Mr Elias was reading a letter at his desk. It was a letter that was put on his desk anonymously.
"So, he is his son. No wonder." His eyes widened when he was reading it. After a while, he closed his eyes with a slight smile on his face.

Alvin woke up early and reached the library on time. He opened the door and entered the library. It was a large library with a row of bookshelves. The bookshelves was split into few sections which are knight, mage, support, and general knowledge.
Alvin glanced around and noticed Mr Elias. Mr Elias was sitting at his desk, reading his book.
"Good morning, Mr Elias" Alvin greeted as he walked towards Mr Elias.
Mr Elias put down his book and looked at Alvin.
"Morning," Mr Elias said. Even though he had been in this school for around 7 years, none of the students were sorted in this general knowledge class. Alvin was his first student.
"Show me your cloud," Mr Elias said gently. He wanted to understand Alvin's situation before deciding on what to teach.
With a nod, Alvin summoned the cloud on his hand. The cloud was floating on his hand.
Elias extended his hand and touched Alvin's cloud. As soon as Elias touched the cloud, a surge of cloud energy was rippling around the cloud, like the pond was disturbed by a stone.
After a few moments, Elias retracted his hand and leaned back on this chair, musing.
"So, cloud level 10 awakening with no element right?" Elias looked at Alvin and said with a calm voice. It was an interesting combination, level 10 with an elementless cloud. Normally elementless clouds will have very low cloud energy levels.
"Teacher Elias, is it really no future for a elementless cloud?" Alvin asked. Coming from a poor village, Alvin had no access to cloud knowledge. He wanted to know why people say elementless cloud had no future.
"That is a rumour, but in some way, it was right because usually,y elementless cloud had no high cloud level." Elias chuckled and said.
"Cloud is shapeable. The future depends on your wisdom and hard work. People try to blame everything on what they were born with. Yet, the future depends on you, yourself." Elias continued.
"But why is my cloud level stuck at level 10? I couldn't level up anymore" Alvin asked, curious.
"That was not because of the elementaless cloud. That was because you haven't gone through the spire." Elias explained.
"Spire?" Alvin mumbled, confused.
"You will know about it soon since you are already level 10. But now, kid, you have a choice" Elias said as he took out two scrolls. The first one looked decent, the second one looked old and ancient.
"Here are two cultivation ways. The first one is a 7-star Arcane Veil Cultivation. The other one is a 10-star Phoenix Rebirth Cultivation. " Elias gestured at the two scrolls.
"What is the difference?" Alvin looked at the two scrolls and frowned. If the 10 stars were so good, why Elias ask me to choose?
"Both are cultivation methods that can strengthen your cloud,and improve its power. The 7 stars Arcane Veil is a high-rank cultivation method."
"As for Phoenix Rebirth, it was an upgradeable cultivation method. Phoenix Rebirth was split into 7 phases. Phase one gives you 4 stars of cultivation power. Phase two gives you 5-star power. Phase three gives you 6 stars power. Phase four gives you 7 stars power. Phase five gives you 8 stars power. Phase six gives you 9 stars power. Phase seven gives you 10 stars power. To upgrade it to the next phase, you need to add elements into your cloud" Elias explained.
"Add elements to the cloud?" Alvin mumbled with a confused expression.
"Like I said, a cloud is something shapeable. You can add elements into your cloud. You are eligible for this cultivation method because you awaken a level 10 elementless cloud. Of course, it comes with a price" Elias said.
"In order for you to upgrade the Phoenix Rebirth, you will need to find some rare material and undergo an upgrade process, which is quite expensive and dangerous," Elias said with a solemn face.
"So what is your choice? 7-star Arcane Veil cultivation, or a Phoenix Rebirth cultivation?" Elias said with a smirk as if testing Alvin. He was also curious what will be Alvin's choice.
"Wait, I can only choose 1 of them and there is no way for me to change the cultivation for the rest of my life right?" Alvin asked.
"Yes, you are right" Elias nodded and looked at Alvin.
"How likely is it for someone to upgrade the Phoenix Rebirth to 10 stars?" Alvin asked.
"It is too difficult to upgrade it. In short, impossible." Elias said, waiting for Alvin's choice
"I choose Phoenix Rebirth Cultivation." After thinking for a while, Alvin raised his head and said with a smile. To Alvin, he knew that this was an important opportunity in his life. It was a chance to get the top cultivation method in life.
Although it might come with a lot of price and dangers, he believed it was worth it. There was not much opportunity lin life, and when it came, he wanted to grab it tightly.
Hearing Alvin's choice, Elias remained a calm expression, but there was a slight admiration in his gaze. He understood Alvin's choice.
"Alright, take it and do your cultivation every day. It should take you 1 month to master the cultivation method" With a nod, Elias handed Alvin the scroll and gave him the instruction.
Alvin took the Phoenix Rebirth Scroll and had a look. It was an old scroll. There were two words on it, Phoenix Rebirth. The pages were in yellow color because it was an old scroll.
"You can ask me any question if you have any doubt about the cultivation method," Elias said.
Hearing that, Alvin nodded and said. "Ok, thank yo,u teacher."
"Alright, before we actually start the first class. Go run 10 rounds around the school. If you want to survive in this cloud world, that is the first thing" Mr Elias said.
"10?" Alvin asked with a bit of hesitation.
"Ya," Elias said with a lazy voice, but his eyes were sharp.
Alvin swallowed and then went for his run.
