Moana
I gently cupped my younger brother, Richard bruised face, "Richard, what happened? You're hurt,"
"Nothing, Moana. I'm fine," Richard said, shooking his head, trying to hide his pain. I looked at him skeptically, "Richard, please tell me. You're always getting hurt because of me,"
Richard sighed, his eyes welling up with tears, "I snuck out of the dining room to bring you food, Moana. You hadn't eaten in two days, and I couldn't bear it,"
My heart swelled with love and gratitude for my little brother, "Richard, you shouldn't have risked getting hurt for me," I scolded, gently.
Richard smiled weakly, "I had to, Moana. Now, eat this," He opened a flask and handed it to me. I took a bite of the food, savoring the taste, "Mmm, this is delicious,"
"I'm glad you like it, sister," Richard smiled, eyes shining with happiness. After we finished eating, Richard looked at me seriously, "Moana, today is the festive season. Everyone's out celebrating. You should go,"
"Why would I go? I don't have any clothes," I asked, raising an eyebrow. He giggled, then pulled out a beautiful outfit from his closet, "Wear this, Moana. It's perfect for you. I want you to have it. You deserve to look beautiful and find your mate," He said, silly, and I cough out in annoyance.
But, my heart skipped a beat at the mention of finding my mate. Richard and I had always dreamed of me finding someone who would love and accept me for who I am, flaws and all.
"Really, Richard? You think I'll find my mate?" I asked, my voice filled with hope, "Yes. I know you will. Now, go and get ready. You have to look perfect for your mate," Richard nodded, enthusiastically.
"Now, go find your mate,"

I slipped into the grand event center, my bare feet making barely a sound on the cool marble floor. The room was abuzz with laughter and music, but I wasn't here to socialize. I had one goal, which is to find my mate.
As I scanned the room, my eyes landed on a figure standing across the room. His piercing gaze met mine, and I felt a jolt of electricity run through my body. I quickly looked away, my heart racing.
But I couldn't shake off the feeling that he was still watching me. I sensed him moving towards me, the presence commanding attention. The room seemed to fade into the background as he approached.
He stopped in front of me, eyes narrowing as he took in my appearance, "What's your name?" He asked, hoarsely.
I swallowed hard, trying to find my voice, "M-Moana," I stuttered. His expression twisted in disgust, "Moana," He repeated, "You're my mate,"
He took a step closer angrily, "You're not even worthy of being my mate. You're unworthy, a plus-size. What a shame the moon goddess had to pair me with you,"
His words cut deep, and I felt tears prick at the corners of my eyes. I tried to speak, but my voice caught in my throat.
His face was inches from mine, and his hot breath washed over me, "I, Jericho Henry, reject you, Moana, as my mate," He declared, showing no sympathy.
I felt myself swaying due to the pain, but before I could fall, an arm caught me. It was Lily, my only friend. Her face was etched with concern as she steadied me back to my feet.
"Moana, are you okay?" She whispered, while scanning my face looking for a hint.
I nodded, still trying to process what had just happened. My mate, the Lycan King, had rejected me in front of everyone.
As I looked up, I saw him embracing a beautiful woman affectionately. Lily followed my gaze and her expression darkened.
"I'm so sorry, Moana," She whispered, angrily.
Just then, my elder sister Nini walked up to us, a sneer on her face, "Look at you, Moana. You're so fat and ugly. No wonder your mate rejected you,"
"Leave her alone, Nini!" Lily warmed, strenly, Nini smiled devilishly. But before things could escalate, the microphone let out a loud screech. My mother's voice boomed through the hall.
"Ladies and gentlemen, as a special treat for this event, we are willing to sell one of our slaves. And that slave is Moana!"
The room erupted into cheers and applause. I felt like I'd been punched in the gut. But before anyone could bid, Jericho's voice rang out, "I'll buy her for 10,000 gold coins,"
The woman beside him smiled, making Lily's eyes widened in horror, "No, you can't do that," Lily protested, but my mother just smiled.
"Sold to the Lycan King! Moana, you're now his slave,"
"My slave doesn't deserve to watch something as merciful as this event," Jericho said, darkly, the guards rushed towards me, and I was pulled out of the hall, leaving behind the jeers and laughter of the crowd.

The door to my prison swung open, and the Lycan King strode in. His piercing gaze locked onto mine, and I felt a shiver run down my spine. I scrambled to my feet, trying to compose myself.
"You're here for one purpose. You'll bear me a child within six months. We'll have sex until you're pregnant. After you give birth, you're free to leave,"
My eyes widened in horror, but I couldn't find my voice. All I could manage was a faint, "Y-yes, my Lord,"
"Good. Let's get started,"
I felt a surge of fear, but I knew I had no choice. I slowly began to strip off my clothes, my hands shaking. I laid down on the bed, trying to prepare myself for what was to come.
The Lycan King undressed himself, eyes never leaving mine. He mounted on top of me, his weight crushing me. He spread my legs apart, and I felt a searing pain as he entered me.
I screamed, the sound tearing from my throat. But he didn't stop. He continued to thrust into me, "Please," I begged, my voice hoarse from screaming.
But he didn't. He kept going harder.
