It was too cruel…
Peter decided, as he stared at the apple tree. The apple tree looked so as if it had an apple at every centimeter of its branches.
And all of them looked delicious.
Peter reached out, trying to take a golden apple, only to be zapped by the barrier.
The barrier.
That nymph had been defeated, but apparently, Peter couldn't harvest her grotto. He couldn't harvest this cave, he couldn't get the loot, either.
As Peter looked at Asmodeos, who was trying to overcharge the barrier around the fruit, he decided that life wasn't fair.
Since life wasn't fair, he had to do something about it, of course!
And so, Peter began to walk. He knew that the nymph couldn't possibly be the dungeon core.
If the nymph had been the dungeon core, then there was probably going to be some sort of secluded tunnel through which the nymph could go to places.
That was nowhere to be found.
