The runic slime looked at itself in the mirror.
It was now a water dragon. The system had decided that a slime was simply not good enough. And since the slime had already given a lot of points towards strength, this transformation was the only choice the system had to keep the rune in line.
The system saw the opportunity in all of that.
Peter would probably never learn how to make runes the normal way. That wasn't such a big cause for concern for the system. It could get an army, and with that army, an opportunity presented itself.
Peter might have actually been a villain for a total of one or two days, but that didn't mean that Peter was anything like Asmodeos or even Nestor.
The man didn't want to take over the world, he just wanted to live in it.
He also wanted to save it if possible.
