Chapter 1 - Prologue

In 3051 BC, Atlantis, two Atlantean young boys with blue skin and silver hair are playing by a beach. Their mother, Clara approaches the two.

Clara: Boys....what are you doing?

Young Caspian: Just playing by the ocean, mother.

Young Ramses: How long do you think father will be?

Clara: I don't know, honey. With Enhuman politicians, it takes a while.

In his temple, King Tarnak is approached by an Enhuman councilmen with a scroll.

Councilmen Tolland: This peace treaty with the Enhumans is the best thing for both of our people.

Tarnak: I am doing this for the safety of my people and my family.....what you do with the key to activate this machine I leave in your hands...it cannot be used again.....keep it somewhere safe....

Tarnak walks over to his throne and takes the Trident of Poseidon, before handing it to Councilmen Tolland.

Tarnak: For so many generations, this weapon has been handed down from king to king.....to have it taken.....

Tolland touches Tarnak's shoulder.

Tolland: It is for the best.....not just for Enhumanity or the Atlanteans, but for the world.

Tarnak: If the humans or even the Enhumans ever got their hands on this, then there will be chaos.....

Tolland: What about the other one?

Tarnak: The Spear of Neptune is more personal. My father handed it to me.....from generation to generation.

Tolland: Well, I will depart then. Be well, Tarnak.

Tarnak: As to you, my friend.

Tarnak and Tolland shake hands, before Tolland departs in his cruiser. Tarnak is then visited by young Caspian and young Ramses.

Young Caspian: Father.

Young Caspian and Young Ramses bow to their father.

Tarnak: Boys.....you don't have to bow.

Young Ramses: But you're the king of Atlantis...we must bow....like they'll bow to me when I'm king.

Young Caspain:? When I'm king, I'll lead the Atlanteans to conquer all seven seas! Just like you do now, father.

Tarnak: Boys....you're missing the point....a king does not rule the seven seas because he demands it....it is because he has earned it.....

Meanwhile, in the cruiser, Tolland is seen with another Councilmen, Parker.

Parker: Did you acquire it?

Tolland: I did.

Tolland hands Parker a crystal known as the Heart of Atlantis.

Tolland: My lord. Are you sure about this? These people.....they have knowledge....they can help our race....

Parker: Our race is a perfect one....and we must be the only one's in it....

Parker aims the Heart of Atlantis towards the ocean, using its power to create a massive tidal wave that heads straight towards Atlantis. The Atlanteans working in the ocean notice this and hop into their vehicles and attempting to flee.

Atlantean Soldier # 1: Where did this come from?!

Atlantean Soldier # 2: It doesn't matter! We must warn everyone before the wave reaches the city!

Atlantean Soldier # 3: Too late! The wave is gaining!

The giant tidal wave wipes out a few fleeing Atlanteans while back in the city, Tarnak is admiring the view of the sea, before Clara approaches him.

Clara: You've given the Enhumans the Trident of Poseidon.

Tarnak: I did...with that weapon, billions of innocent lives would be slain.

Clara: Did you do it for those thousands of lives...or for the sake of your sons?

Tarnak: They won't have to know the horrible burden of which I carried out until they are older.....they will understand someday.....

Suddenly, Tarnak notices the giant tidal wave closing in to Atlantis.

Clara: Tarnak.....what is that?

Tarnak: Get the boys. Clara. Go.

Clara flees while Tarnak yells to the tower guard.

Tarnak: Tower! Tidal Wave coming in!

The tower guard looks on and notices the giant tidal wave coming, before sounding the alarm.

Tower Guard: All Atlanteans! Everyone flee to the center of the city! Massive Tidal Wave! I repeat; Code 10! Code-

The giant wave reaches half of the city, flooding the tower and killing the guard. Meanwhile, the Atlantean Soldiers begin evacuating citizens. Tarnak, Clara, Caspian and Ramses are among the few.

Atlantean Soldier # 1: Quickly, my lady! We must find shelter!

Young Caspian: Mother! Father! What's happening?

Tarnak: There is a giant flood coming! We must hide underground!

Atlantean Citizen # 1: That flood is massive! We're not going to make it!

Atlantean Citizen # 2: This is it! We're all going to die!

Clara looks up and notices a certain tower with a flashing beacon.

Clara: I know of a way to save us!

Tarnak: Clara!

Clara looks at her family, before using her accelerated jumping power to jump from building to building and activate the tower. Young Caspian and Young Ramses cry out for their mother while the main tower begins to activate and create a energetic force field that seals up most of the main city, but locking out a few citizens including herself. Tarnak, Caspian and Ramses look on as Clara looks at the giant tidal wave, before looking at her family with a smile. The wave floods the city out of the force field and destroys the main tower, killing Clara.

Young Caspian: Mother!

Young Ramses: No!

Tarnak: Don't look, my sons!

The force field closes and sinks the city, before the giant tidal wave wipes out the entire landscape of Atlantis. Years later, 998 A.D., in the middle of the Ocean across the coast of Greece, the Vikings are looking at the book of Atlantis as their leader is looking at the drawings of the passage way to what he believes to be Atlantis.

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) This is it. Our final marker. We are one step closer to Atlantis and whatever treasures await us.

Viking Servant: (in Viking Language) My lord, you needeth remember; if it is Atlantis, we are searching for. It says that a Kraken guards the gateway to-

The Viking Lord grabs the Viking Servant by the throat.

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) Silence! Did Beowulf flee when he had slayed Grendal? Did King Arthur give up when he couldn't lift the sword of stone the first time? I've slained a dozen monsters in my time and I'm sure we will slay this one! I will not stop until I have the treasure in my hands! Do you understand?

Viking Servant: (in Viking Language) I'm sorry, my lord! I was mistaken!

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) see to remember your mistakes; or it will be your last!

The Viking Lord throws the Viking Servant to the floor.

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) Sail on!

Suddenly, as the Viking ship sails on, the storm is getting harder to sail through.

Viking Sailor # 1: (in Viking Language) The storm is getting stronger, my lord!

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) Continue forward, you dogs! Raise an arm! Put your back into it!

Suddenly, a giant sea creature jumps out of the water and jumps back in, landing behind the Viking ship. The passengers look on with a confused and horrified look.

Viking Sailor # 2: (in Viking Language) What in the name of William Wallace was that?! a whale?

Viking Sailor # 3: (in Viking Language) What kind of whale would be in the middle of a storm you fool?

Viking Servant: It is the sea demon!

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) It can't be! Hold steady, men!

The Viking Lord and Sailors look on as they notice something moving under the water. The tail of the sea creature pops out and floats back in, before disappearing.

Viking Sailor # 4: (in Viking Language) what the devil?

A Viking Sailor looks under the water as it appears the sea creature has fled.

Viking Sailor # 5: (in Viking Language) I think it's gone!

The Viking Sailor is suddenly impaled by a tentacle, before being pulled into the water, causing the passengers to panic.

Viking Servant: (screams) (in Viking Language) I don't want to die!

The Viking Servant jumps off the ship and swims away as the Viking Lord yells to him.

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) Get back here, you sniveling dog! You think you're safe swimming away?!

The Viking Servant is suddenly pulled under water as blood flows in the sea. Suddenly, giant tentacles emerge from the sea and begin attacking and killing the passengers. The Viking Lord uses his axe to cut off a few of the tentacles.

Viking Lord: (in Viking Language) Do your worst, monster!

The claw of the sea creature emerges as a tentacle grabs the Viking Lord, before proceeding to rip him in half. After the slaughter, a giant beam of energy destroys the ship, creating an explosion. The book of Atlantis is seen floating underneath to the bottom of the sea as the sea creature (the Leviathan) is picking off the remaining corpses of the dead Viking passengers.Â
