In the northern suburbs of the capital at a nameless care facility. The facility was ranked by the World Medical Association half a year ago as the care facility with the world's best equipment. The fee for just one month of treatment could reach as high as 10 million. It was an extremely high nursing fee. There was a flower shop by the entrance and a small pot cactus cost 18,000.
Sierra held up a palm-sized cactus and tilted her head to take a look. It sure cost quite a lot for such a small item. She raised an eyebrow, put one hand in the pocket of her jacket, and walked steadily the hospital.
Sierra's eyes scanned the hospital's interior, her expression calm and collected. She walked with a quiet confidence, her long strides eating up the distance. As she passed by the nurses' station, she nodded curtly at the staff, who couldn't help but stare at her striking appearance. Sierra ignored them, her focus fixed on her destination. She stopped in front of a door with a small plaque that read "VIP Ward 1" and produced a small keycard from her pocket. With a swift swipe, the door unlocked, and she slipped inside.
Sierra's eyes adjusted to the dim lighting of the ward, and she made her way to the courtyard she found a young woman her hair was golden brown she was humming a song to herself as she watered the plants. Sierra just leaned against the tree and she sweetly smiled at herself as she stepped forward.
"Diana how you feeling you are happy?" Sierra asked. Diana turned around so fast and threw her arms around Sierra who smiled gently.
Sierra's eyes crinkled at the corners as she smiled, her expression warm and tender. She wrapped her arms around Diana, holding her close as she returned the hug.
"I'm glad to see you're doing well, Diana," she said, her voice soft and soothing.
"You look happy, and that's all that matters." She pulled back slightly, her eyes scanning Diana's face, taking in every detail.
"You're looking more radiant than ever," she added, her smile deepening.
"I take it the treatment is going well?"
Diana took Sierra arm hand gently and pulled her to the place she been staying at for the past twenty-two years as Sierra sat down she looked at her friend closely Diana is her best friend and also her responsibility to take care of her. Diana took out some dried fruit and snacks that she made.
"Sierra, these are made from the mangoes and strawberries that I grew myself. It's really good. I put a lot of sugar in so you'll definitely like them."
Sierra looked at her. A momentary absent-mindedness clouded her cool, languid eyes.
Sierra's gaze softened, her eyes filling with a warm, gentle light. She looked at Diana, her expression a mixture of affection and nostalgia. She reached out and took a piece of the dried fruit, her fingers brushing against Diana's as she did so. She brought the fruit to her nose, inhaling the sweet scent, and then took a bite. Her eyes closed, and a small smile played on her lips as the sweetness exploded on her tongue.
"Mmm, Diana, these are delicious," she said, her voice low and husky. She opened her eyes, looking at Diana with a warmth that was rare for her.
"You always knew how to make me happy, didn't you?"
Sierra's eyes lingered on Diana's face, a softness in her gaze that she rarely showed to anyone. She took another bite of the dried fruit, savoring the sweetness and the memories that came flooding back. She and Diana had grown up together, and despite their differences, they had formed a bond that went beyond words. Sierra's expression turned wistful, her thoughts drifting back to the past.
"Do you remember when we were kids, Diana?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
"When we would sneak into the gardens and steal mangoes from the trees?"
"Yes I remember," Diana said with a giggle. Sierra sighed and she frowned.
"Speak."
"I want to go and make some Krugers," Diana said Sierra frowned.
"No," Sierra said bluntly.
"But why not? You know I can't stay here forever and I am now normal I can do normal things."
"I still disagree."
Sierra's expression turned stern, her eyes flashing with a hint of warning. She set her jaw, her voice firm.
"I don't care if you think you're normal, Diana. You're not going out there. It's not safe. You know that." She leaned forward, her eyes locked onto Diana's.
"You're not like everyone else, Diana. You have... limitations. And I won't risk anything happening to you." Sierra's voice softened slightly, but her expression remained resolute.
"I've taken care of you for twenty-two years, Diana. I'm not about to stop now."
"But Sierra, I just want to make Kruger's and pay you back, it's so expensive in here the fact you paid here got private mages and teachers to teach me I am so grateful I want to experience magic university life," Diana said and Sierra frowned.
"I have money."
"How?"
"I can fight," Sierra bluntly said.
"Are you hurt!? You can't do that!" Diana said.
"No little coding." "Oh that's better."
"You really want to go to a mage university?" Sierra asked.
*Diana's eyes lit up, and she nodded eagerly. "Yes, I really do! I've always dreamed of learning magic and being a part of the mage community. I want to experience the university life, make friends, and learn from the best mages in the world." She paused, her expression turning serious.
"And I want to prove to myself that I can do it, that I'm not just a burden to you. I want to be independent and make you proud, Sierra." Diana's eyes shone with determination, and Sierra could see the fire in her spirit. Sierra's expression softened, and she looked at Diana with a mix of surprise and admiration.
"You're really determined, aren't you?"
"Yes Sierra why don't we go to a university together?" Diana asked.
Sierra's eyes seemed to glaze over as she lost herself in thought. She hadn't considered going back to school in a long time, and the idea of doing so now was both intriguing and daunting. She had always been a prodigy, finishing high school at the age of 5 and going on to earn multiple degrees from various universities. But despite her academic achievements, she had never really experienced the normal university life. She had always been focused on her studies, and later, on her work as a...* *Sierra's thoughts trailed off as she looked at Diana, who was watching her with hopeful eyes. She felt a pang of nostalgia and a desire to experience the normal university life that she had missed out on.
"You know, Diana," she said slowly.
"That's not a bad idea."
"We will attend Warrior Holy Grail University," Sierra said and Diana dropped her more Warrior Holy Grail University is the most mysterious universities in the world and those who get in are true elites!
