Sierra was unaware the fact that Patriarch Magnus is going to try and set traps for her. Sierra was sitting on her queen size bed reading a book her hair was in a messy bun her kids are already in bed fast asleep. Sierra didn't have a job nor did she need one she was a genius in her right and she could make money quickly. She rubbed her temples she dislike going to that gathering yesterday but it was good she also saw some other people. Sierra eyes narrowed and she closed her book. She closed her beautiful eyes and she fall asleep.
The room was quiet and peaceful, the only sound being the soft hum of the air conditioner in the background. Sierra's chest rose and fell with each breath, her eyes fluttering closed as she drifted off to sleep. Her messy bun was a testament to her relaxed state, and her hand had fallen limply to the side, the book slipping from her grasp. The soft glow of the bedside lamp cast a warm light on her face, illuminating her features and making her look almost ethereal. As she slept, her face was calm and serene, a look of peacefulness washing over her. But even in sleep, there was a sense of strength and determination about her, a sense that she was a woman who could handle whatever life threw her way. And as the night wore on, the shadows in the room seemed to grow longer and darker, as if they were waiting for her to wake up and face whatever challenges lay ahead.
She had a dream a dream of a figure that a god like aura. She could only see his back and his long blue hair. Who is he?
Sierra's eyes fluttered open, her mind still foggy from the dream. She sat up, rubbing her temples, trying to remember the details. The figure's long blue hair was etched in her mind, but his face remained a mystery. She felt an inexplicable sense of longing, as if she had been searching for him for a lifetime. But who was he? And why did she feel such a strong connection to him?
Sierra shrugged off the lingering sense of frustration and decided to clear her mind with a night run. She quickly changed into her running gear and slipped out of the house, into the cool night air. The darkness seemed to envelop her, and she felt a sense of freedom as she started to run. Her feet pounded the pavement, and her breathing became rhythmic, as she let the stress and confusion of the day melt away. The city lights blurred together as she ran, and the only sound was the pounding of her feet and the soft rustling of her clothes. Sierra felt alive, her senses heightened as she ran through the night, the wind whipping through her hair. She didn't think about the dream, or the mysterious figure, or anything else. She just ran, letting the motion clear her mind and wash away her worries.
"Let's go and eat," Patriarch Magnus said and grabbed Sierra hand and dragged away.
Sierra's eyes widened in shock as Patriarch Magnus grabbed her hand and started pulling her away. She tried to resist, but he was too strong, and she was forced to follow him. She stumbled a little as she tried to keep up with his long strides, her hand feeling like it was being dragged behind him. "Hey, let go of me!" she exclaimed, trying to pull her hand free. "I don't want to go anywhere with you!" She tried to dig her heels into the ground, but Patriarch Magnus just kept pulling her along, his grip on her hand like a vice. Sierra's face was burning with anger and embarrassment as she was dragged through the streets, people staring at her as she struggled to free herself. She was furious at Patriarch Magnus's bold move, and she was determined to make him pay for it.
"Magnus who is this?" A guy with blonde hair and blue eyes asked and smiled at Sierra who just looked at them coldly and emotionless.
Sierra's gaze flicked to the new person, her expression unchanging. She didn't smile, didn't nod, didn't acknowledge him in any way. She just looked at him, her eyes cold and uninterested. She didn't care who he was or what he wanted, and she wasn't going to pretend otherwise. She was still seething with anger at Patriarch Magnus for dragging her away, and she wasn't in the mood for small talk. The blonde-haired guy seemed to expect a reaction from her, but he didn't get one. Instead, Sierra just turned her gaze back to Patriarch Magnus, her eyes narrowing slightly as she waited for him to explain what was going on.
"This is Sierra," Patriarch Magnus said, his voice smooth.
"And this is Ryder, an old friend of mine." He smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement, as if he was enjoying the tension between them. Ryder's eyes lingered on Sierra's face, his expression still friendly, but Sierra just ignored him, her gaze fixed on Patriarch Magnus. She didn't care about Ryder or his friendship with Patriarch Magnus. She just wanted to know what was going on and why she was being dragged around like a puppet on a string.
"Patriarch Magnus I do not appreciate you dragging me here we aren't friends, boyfriend, fiancé, or even husband so stop bothering me and my peaceful life the only connection we have is my sister Amber is marrying your nephew Lucas, and my well Olivia is dating your other nephew Kingston that's it and I have since cut ties with them so I have no connection people will mistake that I am trying to chase you when I am not," Sierra said bluntly.
*Patriarch Magnus's smile faltered for a moment, and he looked taken aback by Sierra's blunt words. Ryder's eyes widened in surprise, and he took a step back, clearly not expecting Sierra to be so direct. Patriarch Magnus's expression quickly recovered, and he let out a low chuckle.
"Ah, Sierra, you're as fiery as ever," he said, his voice dripping with amusement.
"I like that about you." He took a step closer to her, his eyes locked on hers.
"And I'm afraid you're wrong, Sierra. We do have a connection, one that goes beyond your sister and my nephews. You see, I've been watching you, Sierra. I've been watching you for a long time, and I have to say, I'm intrigued. You're not like other women, Sierra. You're... different. And I think that's what draws me to you." He paused, his eyes glinting with intensity.
"So, no, Sierra, I won't be leaving you alone. I'll be seeing more of you, whether you like it or not."
"You pervert! I have kids! You also have a son and a fiancé, I heard you love your son go and hang out with your child and your future wife," Sierra blurted out.
Sierra's words hit Patriarch Magnus like a slap in the face. His expression darkened, and he took a step back, his eyes flashing with anger. Ryder's eyes widened in surprise, and he intervened, placing a hand on Patriarch Magnus's arm.
"Magnus, calm down," he said, his voice low and soothing. Patriarch Magnus's gaze never left Sierra's face, his eyes burning with intensity.
"You have no right to speak about my personal life," he growled, his voice low and menacing.
"Same for you stay away from me," Sierra snapped she turned around to walk away but Patriarch Magnus grabbed Sierra and forced her to seat down she was bewildered by this man! Before Sierra could consoling Patriarch Magnus stuffed a sweet yet a delicious strawberry in Sierra mouth this shocked two of his friend Ryder and the red head.
Sierra's eyes widened in shock as Patriarch Magnus stuffed the strawberry into her mouth. She was caught off guard and couldn't react quickly enough to stop him. She felt a surge of anger and embarrassment as she was forced to sit down and eat the strawberry. She glared at Patriarch Magnus, her eyes flashing with anger, but he just smiled at her, his eyes glinting with amusement. Ryder and the red-haired man looked on in shock, their eyes wide with surprise.
"Magnus, what are you doing?" Ryder asked, his voice low and disbelieving. The red-haired man just shook his head, a look of disgust on his face. Sierra, still trying to process what was happening, felt a wave of humiliation wash over her. She was being treated like a child, and she didn't like it one bit. She tried to speak, but the strawberry was still in her mouth, and all that came out was a muffled sound. Patriarch Magnus just laughed, his eyes sparkling with amusement, and patted her hand.
"Eat up, Sierra. You need to learn to relax and enjoy the sweet things in life."
The red head Austin and Ryder knew that Magnus wasn't the type of person to be nice to someone or feed someone other then his six year old son Arjuna. The fact that he did this they all wondered was this woman the famous fourth miss who disappeared seven years ago how did she catch the eyes of a fearsome, reckless, cruel, ruthless, and cold blooded man like Magnus and allowed him to be gentle and kind! He wouldn't even feed his own fiancee!
