Chapter 15 - Chapter 15 {Adventure}

Amber clenched her jaw as she took a deep breath let's enjoy her engagement she couldn't help but feel so angry and jealous of Sierra. Alice sighed that bitch why is she back, Millie frowned even deepen as she shook her head not believing this shit. Sia stepmother was so angry as well no you can say everyone was upset! Olivia was jealous, angry, and also wanted to make sure that Sierra never takes her place as the fourth young miss of the House of Watergate Kingston sighed.

"What's the matter?" Olivia asked innocently.

"It's the first time cousin shown interest in someone Patriarch Magnus is…"

Kingston's eyes flicked to Olivia, a hint of warning in his gaze.

"I don't know, but it's clear that Sierra has caught his attention," he said, his voice measured.

"And it's not just Patriarch Magnus. Lucas is furious, and the other guests are all talking about her."

Olivia's face twisted in a scowl.

"That's not fair," she spat. "I'm the one who's supposed to be the center of attention, not Sierra. She's just a... a..."

Olivia's words trailed off, her eyes flashing with anger and jealousy. She couldn't believe that Sierra was stealing the spotlight, and she was determined to do something about it.

Olivia's eyes narrowed, her mind racing with schemes and plans.

"I'll make sure that Sierra doesn't get the attention she's seeking," she said, her voice dripping with malice.

"I'll make sure that she's brought back down to her place."

Kingston's eyes watched her warily, sensing the venom in her tone.

"Olivia, don't do anything rash," he warned.

"We don't know what Patriarch Magnus's plans are, and we don't want to risk offending him."

But Olivia just laughed, a cold, mirthless sound.

"Don't worry, Kingston," she said.

"I know exactly what I'm doing. And Sierra will soon learn that she's not welcome here."

As Olivia turned to walk away, Kingston's eyes followed her, a sense of unease growing in his chest. He knew that Olivia was capable of great cruelty, and he feared for Sierra's safety.

Sierra appeared at her apartment. She opened the door and saw the nanny who nodded her head and the three kids rushed over and hugged their mama.

"Mama were you bullied!?" Sierra chuckled and touched her six year old babies and she shook her head as she scooped them up and wrote a check for the nanny.

"You didn't bully her?" "Oh we did but it was a failure."

"Oh I see you meant your match." The triplets pouted.

The nanny smiled and took the check, nodding in amusement.

"I think they're getting a bit too big for their britches," she said with a chuckle.

"But don't worry, I can handle them." Sierra smiled and handed her a small package.

"Take some extra for yourself, you deserve it." The nanny's eyes widened in surprise as she took the package, and Sierra just winked and mouthed

"Thank you" before turning to her children.

The four of them snuggled up together on the large bed, the triplets' excited chatter gradually fading away as they drifted off to sleep. Sierra's eyes, however, remained open for a few moments longer, her mind still reeling from the events of the evening. She couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off, that Patriarch Magnus's interest in her was more than just a passing curiosity.

As she lay there, her thoughts began to jumble together, and her eyelids grew heavy. She let out a soft sigh, feeling the weight of her exhaustion finally catch up with her. The last thing she remembered was the sound of her children's gentle breathing, and the feeling of their small bodies snuggled up against hers.

As the four of them slept, the room grew quiet, the only sound the soft hum of the air conditioning and the occasional creak of the old building. But outside, in the darkness, a figure watched the apartment building, their eyes fixed intently on the window where Sierra and her children slept.

The next day at 1:00 p.m Sierra woke up she found that her kids aren't there. Sierra stretched out her arms she felt so happy she looked at her Zeken device and tapped it she saw the news the screen followed her as she went to the bathroom she brushed her teeth oh my gosh this is actually…damn this family is so annoying. After Sierra was done brushing her teeth she tapped the wall and the shower screen appeared. She set the temperature to the right level. She washed her fair body. Her eyes closed and she smiled after her shower she changed into ripped jeans and white top with a jean jacket.

Sierra's eyes sparkled as she checked herself out in the mirror, her hair still damp from the shower. She smiled, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She headed out of the bathroom, her eyes scanning the apartment for her children.

"Where are my little munchkins?" she asked aloud, her voice playful. Suddenly, she heard the sound of giggles and chatter coming from the living room.

Sierra's face lit up with a smile as she walked towards the living room, her eyes scanning the space for her children. She spotted them sitting on the couch, surrounded by toys and snacks, their faces lighting up with excitement as they saw her.

"Mama!" they chimed in unison, their voices filled with joy. Sierra's heart swelled with love as she walked over to them, scooping them up in a big hug.

"You three mama is going out to the market want to come along?" Sierra asked. Nevaeh closed her spell book her mother created for her, Apollo stopped making coding. He tapped his Skqub the screen disappeared so did the key board only a black metal was there.

"No we don't want to go," Nevaeh and Apollo said. Aurora who just finished her game took her headset off as well.

"Mama I don't want to go either I have a friend meeting with someone who I been training."

"Okay."

"Guess what you idiots!" A man shouted the man had red hair and blue eyes this was Leo one of Sierra friends.

Sierra rolled her eyes good-naturedly as Leo burst into the room, a big grin on his face.

"What's got you so excited, Leo?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. The triplets just groaned and went back to their activities, clearly uninterested in Leo's antics.

"I just got us tickets to the exclusive preview of the new virtual reality game, 'Eternal Realms'!" Leo exclaimed, holding up his Zeken device.

"We're going to be the first ones to try it out!"

"WOW Uncle Leo is the best!" The triplets shouted in union forgetting about their mama who chuckled and thanked Leo who grinned forward and winked with a flirting manna. Sierra kicked him hard and he groaned.

"You will die alone Sierra!" "That's good I want to die alone.

Leo clutched his stomach, laughing and groaning at the same time.

"You're a cruel woman, Sierra," he said, shaking his head.

"I'm just trying to bring a little excitement into your life, and this is the thanks I get?" He pretended to limp away, still chuckling. The triplets giggled and snickered, clearly enjoying the banter between their mother and Leo. Sierra just rolled her eyes and shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips.

"Anyway, I should get going," Sierra said, glancing at her Zeken device.

"I don't want to be late for the market. Thanks for the excitement, Leo. Try not to corrupt my children while I'm out."

Leo held up his hands in mock innocence.

"Who, me? Corrupt your children? Never," he said, grinning at the triplets, who giggled and snickered. Sierra just shook her head and headed for the door, calling out over her shoulder.

"Nevaeh, Apollo, Aurora, behave yourselves and don't let Uncle Leo spoil you too much." The triplets chorused a

"Yes, mama" as Sierra walked out the door, leaving Leo to his own devices.

As soon as Sierra was out the door, Leo turned to the triplets with a mischievous grin.

"Alright, kids. Now that your mom is gone, we can have some real fun." He winked at them, and the triplets giggled in anticipation. Nevaeh closed her spell book, Apollo put away his coding device, and Aurora took off her headset.

"What are we going to do, Uncle Leo?" Nevaeh asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Leo just chuckled and said,

"Oh, I have a few ideas. But first, who's up for some ice cream?" The triplets cheered and clapped, and Leo laughed, leading them off on a adventure.
