Tonight was her date with Dave and she was beyond excited, she had been waiting for this moment for a very long time.
She would make sure that she was ready and looked breathtaking, and this was possible as it was her day off. The day went dreadfully slow until it was time for her to get ready.
After a much-needed soak in the bathtub, she went out to get ready. When her makeup was on, her dress was on, and her hair curled, Luna was ready.
Dave came and handed her a bouquet of yellow roses, "You look amazing and I hope that you like these."
Luna blushed, "I do love them, and thank you. You look dashing yourself."
They got into the car and made their way to the restaurant and it was beautiful, he opened the chair for her, "Thank you."
She sat down, and Dave sat across her, and the waiter bought the wine that they had requested,
"I don't know how I have never seen it before."
Luna was confused as to what he meant, "Care to explain."
"I should have asked you out sooner."
Luna blushed, "It's okay, what matters now is that we are together."
Dave smiled, and his smile made her stomach get filled with butterflies,
The wine made her a bit fuzzy, and with everything that Dave said, she soaked it in like she was dying of thirst. The dinner was great.
"Want to go dancing?" Dave asked.
"I would love to."
They arrived at the club and immediately she went to get some shots, Dave took her to the dancefloor and held her tightly.
She pressed onto him tightly and he smiled down at her, his hands felt like fire on her body. This was too good to be real.
"I need to pee."
Dave nodded and took her hand, she headed into the bathroom and Dave went to the men's bathroom, after reliving herself, she felt way better and headed out to wash her hands.
When she went out of the stall, Luna jumped and wondered if she was seeing things, was it Ace or was she imagining it?
"Cat got your tongue?"
"Am I in the wrong bathroom?" She said it to herself in disbelief.
There was no way as Dave had gone to the men's bathroom and no way he would confuse those two, but now her dilemma was the fact that Ace stood in front of her.
"No, I ordered everyone out."
"How did you know I was here?"
"The VIP area makes it possible to see everyone."
"How did you spot me? There are so many people."
"Well I can spot you from a mile away and to make it worse you were dancing with that fucker."
"Don't call him that, he is Dave."
"I know that but I will say it as I see it."
She carried on washing her hands, "I have to leave as I'm done."
"Don't get too close to him, I will lose it if he touches you any longer."
Luna sighed, "I can do what I want." The alcohol was making her brave and did not hold back.
"What did you say?"
"I said he can touch me, that is what I want and I love his touch."
Ace leaned in, "Do I look like I give a fuck as to what you want?"
"If not, then you wouldn't be bothering me so much."
Ace gripped her jaw, "Say it again."
"I want Dave to touch.........."
Before she could finish her sentence, his grip tightened and he was pressing her jaw hard, and Luna was in a lot of pain.
"Why are you now quiet?"
Luna tried to remove her face from his grip but he was too strong so she gave up, and her rage was swift underneath.
"Don't you dare, to ever challenge me?"
His hand was removed from her face and she scoffed, "Challenge you? I don't want to be anywhere near you or anywhere else that you are."
Ace seemed to be liking it as he was looking at her with amusement, and Luna dashed out. She ran down the hallway and found Dave the minute she was out.
"I have been looking for you."
