Chapter 17 - Chapter 17: Wedding Bella

Peverell Beach House, Cornwall, 10/22/1982, 09:38

Harry was seated in the dining room, it was starting to get chilly in the morning now so breakfast on the deck was no longer feasible.

Harry was just getting back from his morning run, after he had healed up from the fight with Greyback he had started running in the mornings.

He was still struggling as almost six months of slothfulness had wreaked havoc on his stamina.

"Would master like his breakfast now?" Jangles asked eagerly.

"Yes, thank you Jangles," Harry replied distractedly as the owl delivering the Daily Prophet landed on the window sill.

Harry got up and retrieved the paper, after paying the owl he retook his seat before unfurling it.

Harry really only took the paper to see if any major changes had happened since his arrival in this timeline, he was surprised when he opened the paper and saw his face looking back at him.

Fenrir Greyback killed by upstanding Citizen!

Harry shook his head in amusement, he was being proclaimed a hero for killing a werewolf sometimes wizards really were barbarians.

Now Lord Gamp would know who delivered the wolf's head to his home but couldn't do anything about it or he would be in trouble for aiding an international fugitive.

Harry's breakfast appeared in front of him and he dug in while reading the article about himself.

They were pretty sketchy on the actual details of the fight though they did mention that he captured the pack before slaying the beast in an epic fight to the death.

"Good morning, Harry," Bellatrix greeted as she walked into the kitchen.

"Good morning, you look in to be in a good mood," Harry said curiously.

"No morning sickness this morning," Bellatrix trilled as she took a seat across from him.

"That's wonderful, I made the paper again," Harry said sliding the paper to her.

"Hmm," Bellatrix muttered as she read the article and absentmindedly ate the plate of bacon and eggs that appeared on the table in front of her.

"This kind of publicity could get you an order of Merlin," Bellatrix said seriously.

"I prefer anonymity," Harry grumbled.

"Yes but so many contributions like this and you could be nominated for the order of Merlin or even a lordship," Bellatrix explained a hint of excitement in her voice.

"We'll see, do you have any plans for today?" Harry asked changing the subject.

"Yes I am going with Cissa to pick out my bridal bouquet, then we have to pick out the other floral arrangements," Bellatrix answered not looking thrilled about flower shopping.

"Alright, I need to run a few errands today as well," Harry said thoughtfully.

"Good you can meet me at the sandwich place at noon," Bella suggested.

"Okay, their French dips are amazing" Harry grinned.

"Yes even if the waitress is a bit too flirty for Bella's liking," Bellatrix pouted.

"She works for tips," Harry pointed out.

"I've got a tip for her, don't touch Bella's things" Bellatrix muttered viciously.

"If you behave we can get ice cream after" Harry offered.

"Fine, what errands do you have to run today?" Bellatrix asked curiously.

"I need to buy some books to study for my N.E.W.T's and if I have time I need to set up an appointment for an apparition test," Harry answered.

"Have you thought about what you want to do?" Bellatrix asked.

"I have, what do you know about magizoology?" Harry asked curiously.

"That most magizoologists are quite... odd," Bellatrix said delicately.

"I was thinking of becoming a magizooologist," Harry answered with a grin.

"Why?" Bellatrix asked.

"I'm good with animals, I can even talk to snakes it would be a fun job," Harry shrugged.

"As long as you take me with you when you have to go abroad it could be fun," Bellatrix admitted.

"Of course, it would be pretty boring otherwise," Harry told her seriously.

Their conversation was interrupted as the fireplace in the next room let out a 'woosh' sound and Narcissa entered the dining room with Draco in her arms.

"Good morning," Narcissa said cheerfully setting Draco onto the floor.

"Good morning, Cissa are you hungry," Harry asked.

"No, but I would like some tea," Narcissa replied hopefully.

"Jangles," Harry called.

'pop'

"Yes, master?" Jangles asked eagerly.

"Please fix Narcissa some tea," Harry asked kindly.

"At once, sir," Jangles replied before popping away and reappearing a moment later with a tea service.

"Thank you, Jangles," Narcissa said happily.

"So have you heard from Sirius lately?" Bellatrix asked hopefully.

"No, for some reason he is avoiding me," Narcissa said in faux sadness.

"We haven't seen him since Harry's stag night," Bellatrix pouted.

"Huh, he does have a sense of self-preservation," Harry said in amusement.

"I disagree, if he had any sense of self-preservation he wouldn't have made a big breasted caricature of me and had it dance like a common prostitute," Narcissa said matter of factly.

"I should be able to return the favour on his stag night," Harry pointed out.

"That is your revenge, I must get my own," Narcissa replied sweetly.

"Poor sod," Harry said shaking his head.

"He knew I would find out, he must have known that I would seek revenge and this time Andi cannot protect him from me," Narcissa muttered, there was a familiar gleam in Cissa's eye that Harry saw in Bella when her sanity slipped.

"I guess I'll just stay out of it then," Harry shrugged wanting no part of what was coming Sirius' way.

"I knew you were smart," Bellatrix grinned.

"Oh, we had better get going Bella, I need to stop by Twilfit's and get Draco some new robes," Narcissa said after looking at the grandfather clock across from her.

Harry let the ladies go on ahead, there wasn't all that much he needed to do, after a few minutes he finished perusing the paper before getting up and heading to the fireplace.

Throwing in a pinch of floo powder he called out, " minister of magic atrium."

Diagon Alley, London, 10/22/1982, 12:08

Harry sat at his table outside of the Happy Hippogriff waiting for Bellatrix to arrive. He had ordered a coke and sat there watching people go about their business.

A few minutes ago he could have sworn he saw Molly Weasley with a whole gaggle of redheaded toddlers going to the second-hand store. That must have been hell to live in a house with five children under the age of six and two of those kids being Fred and George.

He also saw Augusta Longbottom coming out of the apothecary and had to endure her steely glared as she passed by him on her way to the apparition point, the old bat sure could hold a grudge.

There were a few others he recognized from the order going about their shopping but for the life of him, he couldn't remember their names.

Harry's observations were interrupted when Bellatrix, Narcissa, and Draco came into his line of sight walking towards him from the other end of the alley.

Narcissa looked at her ease, Bella on the other hand looked exhausted.

"Oh, that was a nightmare!" Bellatrix exclaimed.

"Now now Bella, I enjoyed picking out the flower arrangements," Narcissa said while transfiguring the chair into a high chair and placing a squirming Draco into it.

"Bella doesn't care about the flowers, except my bouquet," Bellatrix pouted in her little girl voice.

"Nonetheless we have gotten it over with, is that Andy?" Narcissa asked looking across the street.

Harry glanced over and saw Andromeda walking out of Flourish and Blotts, she seemed to have spotted them because she was making a beeline for them.

"I want some ice cream," Draco squealed in his high pitched voice.

"Maybe if you eat all of your food, my little dragon," Narcissa cooed to him making the little boy giggle.

"Ah, I see my invitation was lost," Andromeda commented dryly.

"Of course not, please join us," Harry said politely.

"Thank you, Harry," Andromeda smiled before taking a seat on his left.

A minute later the waitress arrived and took their order before leaving to get their food.

"So what brings you to the alley?" Narcissa asked looking at Andi.

"I have been trying to practice my potion making, I just bought a new mastery level potions book," Andromeda explained.

"That's nice, we were just picking out the flower arrangements for Bella's wedding," Narcissa said happily.

The conversation stopped as the waitress brought their food, she cooed over Draco as she set his ham and cheese sandwich and chips in front of him.

"Fank you," Draco said after getting a pointed look from his mother.

"You're quite welcome," The waitress said before leaving the table.

"So Andi, have you seen cousin Sirius?" Bellatrix asked innocently.

"Yes, him and little Harry came over for supper the night before last," Andi said not noticing the looks passing between her sisters.

'Oh boy, Sirius you better watch your back,' Harry thought with a grin.

"So Harry are you nervous about the upcoming wedding?" Andi asked between bites of her sandwich.

"A bit, but that's mostly because Cissa invited most of the wizarding world to attend," Harry said looking pointedly at Narcissa.

"Now there is no reason to be nervous, this will be the wedding of the year," Narcissa exclaimed happily ignoring his look.

"Ugh, I can't wait for our honeymoon," Harry said before taking a bite of his sandwich.

"Neither can I," Bellatrix purred.

The rest of lunch passed with the sisters chatting and Harry cutting in every so often, he was starting to feel nervous about the upcoming wedding.

'At least after the wedding is over we get a week just to ourselves,' Harry thought as he listened to the sisters talking about the flowers Narcissa picked out.

Hogwarts Head's Office, Scotland, 10/28/1982, 18:24

Albus was reading the paper and feeling unease the more he read, Peverell not only killed Greyback but he captured the entire pack. There was no mention in the paper about what happened to the other wolves but Albus assumed they had been put down.

He had just received word from one of his contacts that Mr Peverell had sat his O.W.L exams with Griselda Marchbanks a little over a week ago.

Being of the curious sort Albus looked into the matter and got a sneak peek at Peverell's scores, they were off the charts in everything except for history of magic.

The results still had to be filled with the I.C.W, so Mr Peverell wouldn't get them until the middle of next month. According to Griselda, Harry planned to take his N.E.W.T's as soon as his O.W.L results came in.

Why the man hadn't taken these exams already was a mystery. It was unusual but not unheard of for someone that was homeschooled to wait until after they came of age to sit their exams.

Still, twenty-four was a bit late but in the grand scheme of things that was the least of his concerns.

He had received the invitation to the Peverell wedding and now after reading the prophet he was determined to meet the man and get some measure of him.

He couldn't afford another dark lord popping up especially as he didn't believe Voldemort was completely gone. The man had traits that most dark lords had.

He was powerful, the fact that he trapped a dozen werewolves and killed a fully transformed alpha hinted at the man's proficiency in magic.

He was intelligent, the answers on his Transfiguration test was easily N.E.W.T level and showed an intimate understanding of the subject.

Finally, he had wealthy and influential backing. He was marrying into one of the top three wealthiest families in Britain. If that wasn't enough his bride was the last dark lord's right-hand wand.

Albus knew her imperius defence was complete hogwash, but like with Lucius Malfoy, his hands were tied on the matter.

All his position as chief warlock in the Wizengamot granted him was the power to mediate, he still had could only cast one vote like everyone else.

He would admit that from the picture on the invitation that the two genuinely cared for one another, they looked to be in love.

There was also the problem of Peverell being in such close proximity to Harry Potter, which could seriously interfere with his plans for the boy.

He might have to consider bringing the order back out of retirement and have them start gathering information about this man.

The orders numbers had seriously diminished since the war, more than half of the original order died or in the case of the Longbottoms were non-compos mentis.

There might be a chance that he could have Remus spy for him but last he had heard the werewolf had run to the continent after the events of last Halloween.

Speaking of Halloween it was rather odd that Peverell was marrying Ms Black on the one year anniversary of the day her old master fell.

'Perhaps it was time for a few words with Sirius, maybe the Black lord could help shed some light on this, and answer a few of the many questions he had about the mysterious hairy Peverell,'' Albus thought to himself as he popped a lemon drop into his mouth.

Black Villa, Nice, France, 10/31/1982, 12:45

Harry stood in one of the sitting rooms that had been transformed into a dressing room admiring his wedding robes in the mirror.

They were made of acromantula silk and breathed nicely, they were enchanted with all manner of cooling charms. He really should have rethought the boots though, still, he only had to wear them for the ceremony then he could change into loafers.

Harry had seen the area where the wedding would take place when he arrived with Sirius and little Harry this morning.

The lawn overlooking the beach was covered with row upon row of chairs, there was a dark purple carpet that created an aisle through the middle of the seating area. At the end of the carpet was a large raised platform painted white with a small podium for the officiate and a large arch with purple flowers winding around it.

Looking through the arch you could see a magnificent view of the azure blue water in the distance.

A short distance away the lawn had been transfigured into a wooden dance floor. There were white tables set around the sides of the dance floor with elaborate flower arrangements as centrepieces, from the look of it there was enough seating for two hundred or more people.

There was also a raised platform for the small orchestra to play classical music at the reception, and of course, this would give Sirius a fine place to give his best man's speech.

The three of them had to travel the muggle way to get here, This was the first time any of them had flown on an aeroplane. Harry was pleased to see Sirius was utterly terrified, (he was still feeling a bit vindictive after his stag party).

Harry had to admit the turbulence was very unpleasant and he did envy the Black Sisters being able to take a portkey directly from Malfoy Manor but he hid it well.

Harry tried his best to make Sirius even more terrified during the flight by whispering all of the ways a plane could crash.

"Looking sharp mate," Sirius commented pulling him back to the present.

"Thanks, you clean up alright. I think this is the first time I've seen you without a goatee," Harry commented.

"Yeah, James always said I looked younger than the rest of them so the beard helped me look older," Sirius shrugged.

"Right, compared to Remus you all looked young," Harry pointed out.

"True, say can I ask you a question?" Sirius asked looking nervous.

"You just did, but go ahead," Harry said taking a seat on the couch.

"Why are you getting married today, this is the anniversary of your parents' deaths?" Sirius asked hesitantly.

"That's just it, all my life this day has been a day with horrible memories, anytime things went to shit it was on Halloween. Now I have something good to remember on this day," Harry answered softly.

"Oh, that makes sense I guess, though you are marrying Bella," Sirius said muttering the last part.

"Bella makes me happy but speaking of my parents," Harry said standing up and walking over to stand beside Sirius.

Harry spun the stone on his ring three times and placed his hand on Sirius' shoulder as a breeze blew through the room and two figures materialized out of thin air.

"Padfoot?" James Potter asked excitedly.

"P-prongs?" Sirius stuttered out looking flabbergasted.

"You're my Harry but at the same time you're not," Lily Potter said walking over to him and studying him curiously.

"You're timelines Harry is in the nursery," Harry said softly.

"I know we are always watching over him, congratulations on your wedding. Bellatrix will be a wonderful partner for you," Lily said smiling warmly at him.

"Thank you, mum, I am sorry that I didn't go back further in time, I wish I could have saved you both," Harry whispered sadly.

"I am so proud of what you've done for my Harry, some things just have to happen," Lily said reaching her hand out and caressing his cheek sending a chill through his body.

"You look just like me," His dad whispered to his left.

"He's worse than you were," Sirius muttered trying to surreptitiously wipe the tears from his cheeks.

"I've heard that my whole life," Harry admitted taking in his father's appearance, he could be looking into a mirror there were only subtle differences in their facial features.

"I am proud of you son, you have saved our Harry from a life of misery," James said seriously.

"Thanks, Dad, I always wondered how much better my life would be if I was raised by Sirius, now I can find out," Harry said with a grin.

"He will have a much happier life now," Lily assured him.

"I'm sorry for not being the secret keeper," Sirius blurted out.

"Shit happens Padfoot, we don't blame you for what happened to us," James said looking to his brother in all but blood.

"He's right Sirius, we all believed we could trust Peter," Lily added walking over to stand in front of Sirius.

"Thanks," Sirius said quietly.

"Just give our son a good life, and keep the older one close," James smirked.

"And watch out for your cousin," Harry added.

"We can't stay much longer, the magic of the ring draws power from Harry's core," Lily said sadly.

"Don't call us here again until our Harry is of age, the ring is addictive and can drive a person to madness," James warned.

"I know, I've only used it once. That was right before I walked to my death," Harry replied softly.

"We love you both very much," Lily said as she stepped forward and hugged them.

"Take care Padfoot, older Harry," James said joining Lily in the hug.

"Let us go," Lily whispered into his ear.

Harry removed his hand from Sirius' shoulder and spun the stone three turns in the opposite direction making the grey ghostly forms of his parents fade away.

Sirius sat down on the couch and stared out the window looking conflicted.

"You know, I don't think I believed you when you said the resurrection stone was real," Sirius said after a few minutes of thought.

"I figured as much, but believing is seeing," Harry said taking a seat beside his godfather.

"Thanks for that," Sirius said having finally composed himself.

"The guilt over Peter ate my godfather up in my time, as I told you before what happened wasn't on you," Harry said patting him on the back.

"It's been eating me up since it happened," Sirius admitted.

"When you were killed in the department of mysteries I blamed myself for your death," Harry confessed.

" Why?" Sirius asked in surprise.

"Because I was tricked into going there and the only reason you went was to save me," Harry explained.

"That's my job as godfather, from what you told me I fucked up and didn't take the fight seriously," Sirius countered.

"Oh, I know that now. After the horcrux was gone I realized that it wasn't my fault, sometimes shit happens," Harry told him with a sad smile.

"How were you tricked into going there anyway?" Sirius asked curiously.

"Voldemort sent a vision of you being tortured in the department of mysteries, I and five of my friends went there to save you," Harry admitted.

"You have to see the irony in that," Sirius chuckled.

"Now that you mention it, it's like something out of a Greek tragedy," Harry admitted with a grin.

"Alright enough gloom and doom, this is a happy day let's go snag some lunch and get you married," Sirius said cheerfully.

"Alright, just don't mess up your robes or Narcissa will flay you alive," Harry warned as he followed Sirius down to the kitchen.

Black Villa, Nice France, 10/31/1982, 14:32

Harry stood on the platform watching the guest take their seats, there were so many people here it was unbelievable.

" Served me right for letting a socialite plan the wedding," Harry thought wryly as he saw Albus dumbledore arrive taking a seat towards the back with Griselda Marchbanks and who he believed was Lord Ogden.

Narcissa had done a wonderful job of arranging the wedding since he had arrived earlier that day, a canopy had been raised over the entire proceeding.

The canopy was dome-shaped and made of a thin fabric that helped keep the sun out of the guest's eyes while still letting light shine through it casting purple light over the ceremony.

There were flowers wrapped around the canopy supports sending the sweet scent of Jasmine that mixed with the scent of the ocean air, there was a light breeze flowing through that felt quite nice on his face, the sound of the ocean crashing on the shore could be heard in the background.

The setting was perfect in Harry's opinion, Harry leaned over and asked, " You do have the rings?"

"Yep, I got them right here," Sirius said showing him the ring box.

Music started to play from the orchestra and Tonks started walking down the aisle dropping flower petals onto the purple carpet as she made her way to the end of the aisle.

Harry had to stifle the chuckle at the pink frilly dress she was wearing that matched her hair, it looked quite cute on her but the scowl on her face said exactly how she felt about wearing a dress.

Harry had a feeling Bellatrix picked the dress out as punishment for her perfume.

Once Tonks got a third of the way down the aisle, Narcissa and Andromeda began walking side by side down the aisle, they both wore silver dresses that hugged their figure and came down to midcalf and matching strappy silver heels, their hair was styled in quite intricate buns with ornate combs holding their hair in place.

They walked down the aisle following Tonks, when Tonks reached the end of the aisle she darted to the left to sit in the front row next to her father, while the two Black Sisters took their place on the platform to Harry's left, both of them giving him an encouraging smile.

Harry's breath hitched as he watched Bellatrix come into view. She was wearing a roman cut white dress, it was made out of thin acromantula silk that hugged her upper body and then flared out at the bottom and dragged the ground, she had a sheer veil over her face and her hair hung in ringlets framing her face. It looked as if she just wore her hair as she always did and that was more than fine with him

Arcturus was escorting her down the aisle, Harry could see her smiling even through her veil as she made her way towards him.

It felt like an eternity before Arcturus arrived and passed Bellatrix's hand to Harry and then drifted off to sit beside Cassiopeia and a grey-haired man who watched the proceedings looking conflicted.

Harry smiled at Bellatrix as they both turned to face the ministry officiate with both of their hands entwined.

The officiate was a kind-faced grey-haired man in his early sixties, he wore long blue robes and a Wizengamot styled hat.

The wizard waited for the excited muttering of the guests to quiet before clearing his throat.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Lords and Ladies, We welcome you here this day to join these to in binds of matrimony," the officiate called out as Harry and Bellatrix stared into each other's eyes.

The first part of the ceremony passed by quickly. Harry couldn't take his eyes off of his bride as the officiate recited the marriage rites spoken in ancient Latin

"Do you Harry James Peverell, take this woman as your bride, to remain faithful only to her and to cherish her for the rest of your life in the good times and bad?" The officiate asked.

"I do," Harry said softly and watched in wonder as a gold strand of magic wrapped around their clasped hands.

Do you Bellatrix Druella Black, take this man as your husband to remain faithful only to him and to honour him for the rest of your life in the good times and bad?" The officiate asked Bellatrix.

"I do," Bellatrix whispered as a silver strand of magic entwined with Harry's golden one wrapping around their hands before sinking into their skin.

"Lord Black, the rings please?" The officiate said looking over to Sirius.

Sirius reached into his pocket and removed the ring box and handed it to the officiate who waved his wand over the rings chanting in a language Harry had never heard before and causing the rings to glow white for a few seconds.

"Mr Peverell, please place the ring on your bride's finger," The officiate instructed.

Harry shakily took Bellatrix's ring from the box and slid it onto her ring finger, there was another flash of gold as the ring resized itself to fit her finger perfectly.

"Mrs Black please place the ring on your betrothed's finger," The man instructed.

Bellatrix took the ring from the box sitting on the podium and slid it onto Harry's ring finger, the ring flashed gold and conformed to his finger making her smile excitedly.

"As a representative of the French ministry of magic, I now pronounce you, man and wife. You may kiss the bride," The officiate exclaimed loudly.

Harry gently lifted Bella's veiled as she leaned forward, Harry met her halfway and kissed her tenderly, neither of them noticed as their kiss deepened and their eyes closed that a pulsing silver dome formed over them completely obscuring them from the view of their audience.

When they pulled apart the dome dissipated and the audience watched on in awe as the officiate called out.

"I now present to you Mr and Mrs Harry Peverell!"

The guest clapped and cheered loudly as everyone rose from their seats, (most of them complete strangers) celebrating their union.

The reception was a blur to them both, lords from every house in Britain and some from France came forward to congratulate them.

Harry recognized a few like Lord Greengrass and much to his amusement a very nervous Lord Gamp.

After Harry shook what felt like hundreds of hands a younger man came forward with a little girl walking beside him, she looked to maybe five at the most with silvery blond hair and wore a white sundress.

"Bonjour Monsieur Peverell, I am Sabastian Delacour. First I would like to congratulate you both on your union," Sabastian said shaking Harry's hand and then placing a kiss on Bellatrix's knuckles.

"Thank you, Monsieur Delacour," Harry said politely.

"I also want to think you for helping out my wife's cousin Isabella," Sabastian continued.

"So she made it to France?" Harry asked curiously.

"Oui, she is staying with me and my wife for the time being. Before I forget, this is my daughter Fleur," Sabastian said gesturing to the little girl.

"Pleasure to meet you, Fleur," Harry said kindly offering her his hand.

The girl looked at him and said, " bonjour monsieur Peverell," before nervously shaking his hand.

"I regret that she doesn't speak much English yet, but she will soon," Sabastian said with a chuckle.

After Sabastian left Bellatrix whispered, "you knew the girl in the future, didn't you?"

"Yeah, she was a friend of mine. She married Bill Weasley the day after my seventeenth birthday," Harry told her as he led her onto the dance floor.

"Attention, as t-the best man I must give some sort of speech. I like Harry he's an alright guy, but my cousin is a monster, good luck with her mate."

" I don't have any embarrassing stories about the groom, unfortunately. The sod wouldn't even let me buy him a lap dance at his own stag party. The bride on the other hand I have tons of embarrassing stories to tell."

"But I won't go into that," Sirius hastily added when he saw Bellatrix smacking her wand against her palm and eyeing her cousin dangerously.

"Let's raise our glasses to Mr and Mrs Peverell," Sirius exclaimed quickly finishing his speech when he saw Narcissa heading his way.

The reception was just breaking up and most of the guests had taken their leave when a familiar figure approached them.

"Mr Peverell we haven't been introduced, I am Albus Dumbledore," his former headmaster said offering his hand.

"I eat chocolate frogs, I know who you are," Harry chuckled accepting his offered hand as Bellatrix wandered over to her sister.

" My greatest accomplishment if I am being immodest, I read about you in the paper recently," Dumbledore commented.

"And you want to know what happened to the rest of Greybacks pack?" Harry asked shrewdly.

"I admit I was curious," Dumbledore said really laying the doddering old man persona.

"They are working off the damages they caused to the Black potions warehouse by gathering and processing potions ingredients, the last I heard they are quite content," Harry said easily.

"Really, that is good to hear. I must be off now but congratulations on your union and it was a pleasure meeting you," Albus said.

"You as well headmaster, do take care of my family's wand won't you?" Harry said cheerfully before walking off and leaving a gobsmacked Dumbledore in his wake.

Harry knew it was risky to let the headmaster know that he knew about the wand, but on the other hand, he felt like he had accomplished a great feat leaving the usually unshakeable man speechless and gaping like a fish.

Harry walked over to Bella and glanced back to see the headmaster had composed himself and was making his way to the apparition point.

"Well done," Bellatrix smirked.

"Yeah, I wish this place would clear out so I can peel you out of that dress," Harry whispered into her ears making her cheeks turn a light shade of pink.

"They're almost gone now, just the Blacks are left now," Narcissa said from behind them.

"Has father left yet?" Bellatrix asked curiously.

"Yes, he left after your first dance," Narcissa assured her.

"I thought your father was dead?" Harry asked surprised.

"No he's still alive, but after he sold me to the LeSteange heir I want nothing to do with him," Bellatrix said flatly.

"Narcissa, I want to thank you for all of your help with the ceremony, it looks amazing," Harry complimented before pulling his surprised sister in law in for a hug.

"It was my pleasure, take care of my sister," Cissa whispered in his ear.

"I will," Harry promised as he pulled back.

"Congratulations you two," Andromeda said coming up to them with Tonks and Ted following behind her.

"Thank you, you look lovely in your dress Tonks," Harry said innocently enjoying the scowl she threw his way.

"I am never getting married," Tonks pouted.

"Just think Harry, you get to have a whiny daughter in a few months," Ted said cheerfully.

"And a son," Harry added shaking the man's offered hand.

"Good luck with that, Dora makes me want to pull my hair out I can't imagine double the trouble," Ted shuddered.

Andromeda spun him around and pulled Harry into a hug, " congratulations you really do make her happy," Andi whispered in his ear before releasing him

Harry had to go through one more round of handshaking from the Black family, Cassiopeia actually hugged him which surprised him quite a bit.

Arcturus looked quite pleased and shook his hand vigorously, when he left Harry heard him muttering about it being Sirius' turn next.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity they were the only humans on the property.

As they were heading inside Harry saw an entire troop of elves that were cleaning up the lawn and taking down the canopy.

Harry also noticed them planting all the flowers on the tables in the flower beds.

As Harry led Bellatrix up to the master bedroom to consummate their union he couldn't help but think that this had to be one of the happiest days
