As more and more monsters emerged from the shadows of the trees, the air grew thick with roars and the sounds of attacks. Beebo stood firm before them, his red lines glowing fiercely across his body, while Kath moved like lightning, his claws slicing through the air with a sharp, deadly sound.
The tension was palpable, evident on both Beebo and Kath's faces, while the young human stood nearby, seemingly lost in deep confusion, as if disconnected from the chaotic scene around him. He stood just a few paces away, moving his hand through the air as if manipulating something invisible.
Suddenly, a massive ape-like creature lunged at the human from the side, its claws aimed straight for his head. But Kath, quick as a storm, appeared out of nowhere, slamming into the creature and sending it flying. His claws dug deep into its body, leaving a trail of blood and causing the beast to stagger back.
"We need to get out of here, fast!" Kath yelled, turning to Beebo, his voice urgent.
The monsters charged toward the three of them. Beebo struck one with a forceful punch, his glowing fist crushing the creature's bones and sending it collapsing to the ground. Kath, agile and swift, danced between the beasts, using his speed to strike at their weak spots with his razor-sharp claws.
However, a small, nimble monster attempted to launch another attack on the human. Despite being absorbed in the strange illusions in front of him, the human suddenly leaped in a completely unexpected move, narrowly dodging the creature's strike at the last second. The beast pulled back slightly, giving the human just enough space. He took a step back, still waving his hand through the air as if interacting with an unseen force, his focus entirely on something intangible.
The tension in the air heightened, as the monsters, more determined than ever, advanced.
While crushing one of the monsters with his fist, Beebo growls in frustration and confusion, "I don't understand! What is the human doing?"
Kath, dodging another attack, quickly responds, "No time to think! We need to get him out of here or he'll die!"
The monsters begin to close in on the human, their growls filling the air, their claws poised to strike. Beebo yells from afar, "Don't worry! I'm coming!"
But then, something completely unexpected happens.
The young man begins to tremble, and a searing heat emanates from his body. Suddenly, it seems as if his skin has transformed entirely, becoming like dark, rock-like scales that glow at the edges with a deep crimson light. His hair turns into actual flames, dancing in the air as if it were alive. Golden glowing lines envelop his body, pulsating as though they were veins of energy.
The young man stares at his hands in shock, flames rising uncontrollably from them. His voice begins to rise in pitch as panic takes over: "What... what... whattttt?!" Then, he screams at the top of his lungs, "I'm BURNING!"
The monsters pause for a moment, stunned by the scene, while Beebo stands a few meters away, deeply shocked. His eyes widen as he mutters softly, "Impossible... what is this that I'm seeing?"
One of the monsters, a creature resembling a wolf with long fangs, decides to attack the human, charging toward him swiftly. But the human, without fully realizing what he's doing, instinctively raises his hand and opens his palm.
In an instant, flames burst from his hand, hitting the monster directly. The creature's scream tears through the air as it burns completely.
The young man looks at his burning hand after witnessing what just happened. His shock intensifies as he mutters, "I... I burned it?! What's happening to me?!"
The remaining monsters, two in particular, decide to charge at the young man after a brief hesitation. One is a massive creature resembling a black panther, launching forward with incredible speed, while the other is a slithering monster like a lizard, moving fluidly, its eyes glowing with a venomous green light.
As the two monsters close in, the young man leaps back with surprising agility, as if the flames engulfing his body have granted his muscles newfound strength. With both hands open, he unleashes a massive wave of blazing fire toward the two monsters, the flames rushing like a tornado, burning everything in their path.
The monsters' screams pierce the air—the panther burns and retreats, roaring in agony, while the lizard creature attempts to slither away, but the flames catch it.
In the moment of temporary silence, an energy screen appears floating before the young man, with a glowing message that reads:
"Mission Complete."
Before the young man could think any further, Beebo enters the arena, his red markings glowing fiercely as he crushes one of the monsters with his massive claw. With a single powerful punch, he sends another flying through the air. But the flow of monsters doesn't stop, more creeping from the shadows, their numbers growing.
Suddenly, Kath appears in the distance, running with lightning speed, the air behind him creating a trail as if a small explosion had just gone off. He shouts loudly as he gets closer, "I've checked the front! The situation's getting worse, more monsters are coming!"
Kath leaps next to Beebo and the young man, his claws covered in monster blood. His eyes narrow as he stares at the direction from which the monsters are emerging. He speaks quickly, trying to push them into action, "If we stay here, we'll be surrounded! The path to the forest is clear, we need to move fast!"
Beebo looks at the young man, still standing in the midst of the flames surrounding him, and shouts, "Can you move?"
As the young man hears Beebo's voice urging him to run, he begins to move quickly, his steps weighed down by a mix of panic and amazement. He feels his body is different now—the heat radiating from him, the rocky skin covering him with flames dancing on top of his head. All of this sparks a whirlwind of conflicting thoughts inside him.
He starts screaming in his mind, staring at his hands, "What's happening to me?! That screen... what was it? Am I... am I becoming like them?"
After a long period of continuous running, they all collapsed to the ground. Beebo the gorilla, Kath the cat, and the young human, each of them exhausted to the point that their chests rose and fell rapidly. The sound of their heavy breathing filled the air as they struggled to catch their breath, each feeling pain in their body after the intense battle.
The young man lay on the ground, staring up at the sky, breathing heavily, his hand touching the earth. He felt an unprecedented exhaustion.
After a few moments of deep thought, the young man sighed, and a strange sensation rose in his body, as though he was about to discover something new about himself. Slowly, he raised his hand in front of him and whispered, "I command it to appear."
Suddenly, an energy screen appeared before him, clearly displaying information that caught his attention in an unexpected way.
