I have never been a morning person so the blaring of my alarm clock was always annoying, I'm trying so hard to mute it ,it's as if the universe is telling me to wake up as much as I hate to get up I have lectures this morning and I can't afford to miss another one.

I'm getting up sluggishly until I see it's 7:15 am

" oh shit my class is by 8:00 how I'm I supposed to get ready in time"

" Katy are u awake vee is here she waiting don't take to long" I could hear my mom calling from the dinning room it was pretty easy since we had pretty thing walls

"I'm coming ma give me 5min and tell vee to not leave without me"

"Did u wake up late again I've always told you to set your alarm clock"

"I did ma" I said as rushed to take a quick shower,

"Well stand up immediately next time " I answered with an umm sound as I continued getting ready

that bitch vee shouldn't leave me, I and vee has been friends since highschool we were both the center of a prank and since then we've been really good friends. I ran my brush through my curly hair and decided it wasn't worth the hair loss, so I grabbed a rubber and pulled my hair into a pony tail , grabbing my cap i heard my moms voice,

" Kate Leticia Brown"

I immediately grabbed my bag as I heard my mom call me my full name, as i ran down the stairs, i saw vee looking stylish as ever in her beige cropped shirt and her mini skirt with her perfectly manicured nails,while i was just dressed in sweats .

" hi kitty cat "

" hi vee"

" didn't know you could fly down that fast I think all I really need is your mum to help you get your lazy ass going" vee said while snickering the last part.

" bye mum "

" did you grab your breakfast"

" yes ma love you I'll be back pretty late though don't wait up" I said as I kissed my mum good bye

" bye na bleh bleh bleh didn't know your such a Mama's girl " vee said laughing as we entered her car that she park in our driveway she's always driving us, I do appreciate it though cause God knows I didn't have the energy to board a bus.

" ha ha ha very funny " I said rolling my eyes really she can be horribly annoying sometimes

" hehehe Kate fix ur face you look really hideous right now,you should really do something about your expression" vee said finding this whole situation amusing .

"Hey it's not my fault my face has subtitles"I mumbled she was really getting on my nerves

Thank fully by some miracle we reach school without me trying to commit murder after convincing myself multiple times that she's relevant to me.

this is practically my first book so don't judge there is going to be a lot of misspelt words
