Immediately I got down from the plane in Genoa airport I felt what I haven't in years , I felt safe , Its ironic how I feel safe in a place that nearly saw the end of my existence . My mom will probably be turning in her grave right now, she swore never to step foot in Italy , she even made me change my last name to hers.
" I'm sorry mum but I have to do this,so you can rest in peace" even if I try convincing myself that I have to do this,I know deep down that I'm doing it to relieve myself from the guilt that's threatening to drown me

Kris has helped me a lot and I know he wishes for me to take after my father , after my father died and me and my mom left Italy, my fathers spot which was supposed to be passed to me as his only child and sole inheritor has been left open.

On the ride to our manor,Kris kept on talking, saying I've missed a lot that he is trying to help me catch up on what is happening in Italy, eventually I got tried of listening so I tuned him out and focused on how I'm going to find that mother fucker Maximus Valentino.
I hope he knows I'm back ,cause I plan on making a big splash.
" miss you do know that since you're back in Italy,it simply means you're taking over your father's business" Kris said with a solemn look,as if knowing that I have been dreading this conversation but knowing it had to be said. I had always known that this day would come but I tried pushing it and also because my mother was the only reason I wanted to stay sane but now she's gone there is nothing helping me hold unto that last bit of my sanity
" I know Kris,set a meeting with my father's business members ,it's time they know I'm back, scratch that hold a press conference it's time Italy knows that her queen is back" I said with a sadistic look on my face I'm so going to enjoy letting my beast out ,it's been a while since she's been quiet, and that's why people think they could take the most precious thing in the world to me and go scot-free, I'm going to make them regret that they were every born .
We finally reached the manor I remember running around on the grasses in the garden, for a place that hasn't been lived in for the past five years it's still in good shape.
" hey Kris do you have housekeeper's come over and clean the house" I asked genuinely curious.
" yea I do I always hoped you and your mom would come back but I guess that won't happen but I'm glad you're back even if it wasn't by choice "
" yea like why will I come back to a place that nearly ended me, I'm going to repay the favor slowly in the most horrific way they can imagine, now isn't that right Kristopher " I smiled
" you know miss I see your father in you and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing "

" yes ma'am " and with that I turned my back and left without looking back, him comparing me with my father brought back loads of unpleasant memories, memories I wish to forget. father you and mom tried so hard to make me less like you but it turns out I'm you in more ways than one,I said as I smiled at my reflection in the mirror
