Chapter 9 - Act IX: The Echoes of Creation

"I don't know, but let's return later and see what happens," said Infinity, rejoining the others

"Okay," they said, still wondering about what had just occurred and its cause.

Suddenly, Infinity appeared beside them, just as he had said.

"I think before we look again at the last dimensions, we should think about the previous ones and investigate them. What do you think?" said Infinity, curious about the dimensions and waiting for their response.

"I think it's a good idea. By studying them, we can learn much more about the highest dimension and about the Void dimension," said Dimension, answering the question and thinking about what to do next.

"Maybe we'll learn more than just that... maybe we'll learn more about ourselves!" said Void, with slight excitement and contemplation.

"You may be right. In that case, let's begin!" said Infinity, starting to study the structure of the inner realm, with Dimension and Void following him in the investigation.

– A few minutes earlier –

– In an unknown location in the –

-omniverse-

'Bzzzzzzzzzz'

"....?"

"What are they doing?" said Matter, curious about the recent event.

'BOOOOOOM'

"What's happening?!" said Matter, alarmed but with no physical reaction. Despite this lack of movement, his gaze was drawn toward the explosion with curiosity.

Looking in that direction, he used energy in a way never before used by his predecessors, whom he had only recently met.

He had used the energy right on his eyes after a few experiments he tried to conduct about an hour after his disappearance.

And the experiment was a surprising success. Thanks to the energy in his eyes, he could zoom in and out of the image he was seeing, even seeing through matter. However, the distance he could do this at was still unknown.

"What are they doing?" he said, looking at the location with curiosity, observing everything that was happening there.

"Hmmmm….. WHAT?!" he said in shock, not knowing what to make of what he had seen. He saw the previously mentioned outer realm, now known as the white sphere.

"How is this possible! They created it! This is a different dimension!" he said, in utter shock, watching the scene before his eyes.

"Wait! ... This dimension is weaker, but they still created it," he said, more composed but still in shock, continuing to peer into the outer realm. However, his gaze was drawn to something else—another sphere within the outer realm.

"What is this? Is this another dimension?! Yet another one inside this one!" he said, with the same shock as before, feeling that this dimension was even weaker, but what he saw next completely shocked him.

"WHAT!... How???... How did this happen?" he said, peering into the universe and seeing... yes, seeing... matter, over which he himself had control.

"Did this happen because I felt part of me was absorbed? But… but it was just such a small part that I almost didn't notice! How is there so much matter, and it's still forming?" he said, in shock, though it passed after a moment as he looked deeper into the matter itself.

"So that's why… only because the matter is at such a low level that it could almost cease to exist after a while," he said, with a slight sense of relief from the discovery.

Despite his relief, he continued to gaze in that direction, eager to learn more about the event.

– Present Times –

– In a known location in the –

-omniverse-

Infinity began looking into the inner realm with Dimension and Void. With their own vision, they could see a lot—one might say almost everything. However, to see more, they would need to learn to use energy with their eyes.

This wouldn't take long, as Infinity had already tried it before and was close to succeeding. And now, it worked perfectly.

"Finally! I did it!" he said with excitement at his successful attempt.

"What did you do?" asked Void, curious. Dimension also wanted to ask the same question, but there was no need.

"I used energy with my eyes! And I can see more… much more!" he said to them with excitement.

"How did you do it?" asked Dimension, intrigued.

"I tried controlling the energy toward my eyes a dozen times, and it worked," he said, now less excited, though his words were true. It seemed so simple—perhaps only simple for them?

"Try it yourselves, and in the meantime, I'll look even deeper into the structure of this dimension," he said, beginning to look. What he saw was beautiful, almost indescribable. He saw a web of lines, just as before, but these lines were not ordinary. They had different signatures that could be called runes—language of the omniverse.

The runes contained laws that they still had no idea about, but even without understanding, they were connected to them and had a faint awareness, though it was so small that it was almost nonexistent.

This discovery would change their perception of the entire omniverse and themselves.
