Chapter 15 - visiting Lian'er and Lui mei

Early in the morning, Lin Tian woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. He stretched his limbs and yawned, shaking off the remnants of sleep. After a quick moment of meditation to clear his mind, he decided to freshen up and start his day.

He washed his face, combed his hair, and put on a new set of robes. Feeling revitalized, he headed out of his quarters, making his way to Lian'er's residence.

As he walked, he thought about the upcoming attack and the importance of warning Lian'er. He quickened his pace, eager to share the information with her.

Once he arrived at her residence, he knocked on the door and waited for her to answer. After a brief moment, the door slid open, and Lian'er's beautiful face appeared before him, a bright smile spreading across her face.

"Lin Tian!" she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with delight. "I'm so happy to see you!"

Without warning, Lian'er threw her arms around Lin Tian, pulling him into a warm hug. Lin Tian's expression softened, and he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close.

"I've missed you, Lin Tian," Lian'er whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

Lin Tian held her for a moment, savoring the warmth of her hug. Then, he gently pulled back, his eyes locking onto hers. Without a word, he leaned in, his lips brushing against hers in a gentle kiss.

Lian'er's cheeks flushed with a deep blush as she accepted the kiss, her eyes closing in delight. The kiss was soft and tender, but it spoke volumes of the feelings they shared.

As they pulled back, Lian'er's eyes sparkled with happiness, and she smiled up at Lin Tian. "I've missed you sooooo much," she whispered.

After a moment .

Lin Tian's expression turned serious, and he began to explain. "Lian'er, I need to talk to you about something important. Xiao Yue warned me about an upcoming attack on our sect. We need to be prepared to defend ourselves."

Lian'er's expression changed in an instant, shock and fear etched on her face. "An attack?" she repeated, her voice trembling. "But...but who would dare to attack our sect?"

Lin Tian's expression was grim. "Xiao Yue's brother, the sect Founder's son. He's powerful and has a grudge against his father and our sect. He'll stop at nothing to destroy us."

Lian'er's eyes widened in horror. "But...but what can we do? The sect master is in seclusion, and we can't rely on him to defend us. And Xiao Yue's brother...he's too powerful. We can't defeat him alone."

Lin Tian's jaw clenched in determination. "We'll find a way, Lian'er. We have to. We'll gather the other disciples and come up with a plan to defend our sect. We won't go down without a fight."

Lian'er nodded, a look of resolve on her face. "You're right, Lin Tian. We'll do everything we can to protect our sect and our fellow disciples."

"I should also tell the other elders," Lin Tian said, "but I'm not sure they'll believe me. They might think I'm just a junior disciple spreading rumors."

Lian'er's expression turned concerned. "Be careful, Lin Tian. If they don't believe you, they might even think you're a traitor."

Lin Tian's expression turned reassuring. "Don't worry, Lian'er. I'll be fine. And I promise you, no matter what happens, I'll protect you with my life. Even if the sect is destroyed, I'll make sure you're safe."

Lian'er's eyes sparkled with tears as she looked up at Lin Tian. "Thank you, Lin Tian," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

Lin Tian's expression turned serious, and he looked at Lian'er with a determined gaze. "Lian'er, I want you to tell the other elders about the upcoming attack. They need to know, and we need to prepare our defenses."

Lian'er nodded, her expression resolute. "I'll do it, Lin Tian. I'll make sure they know about the danger we're facing."

Lin Tian's eyes locked onto hers, his gaze intense. "Be careful, Lian'er. If Xiao Yue's brother is planning to attack us, he may have already infiltrated our sect. We can't trust anyone."

Lian'er's expression turned grim, and she nodded. "I'll be careful, Lin Tian. I promise."

Lin Tian's expression softened, and he smiled at Lian'er. "I know I can count on you, Lian'er. You're one of the strongest and most beautiful elder in our sect."

Lian'er's cheeks flushed with a deep blush, and she looked away, trying to hide her smile. "Thank you, Lin Tian," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.

Lin Tian's eyes lingered on Lian'er's face for a moment, and then he turned to leave. "I'll go visit Lui Mei and warn her about the upcoming attack. We need to make sure everyone is prepared to defend themselves."

Lian'er nodded, her expression serious. "Be careful, Lin Tian. I'll go tell the other elders and start preparing our defenses."

Lin Tian nodded, and with a final glance at Lian'er, then he turned and walked away,

As Lin Tian walked away from Lian'er's residence, he noticed a few disciples gathered near the sect's central square. They were talking in hushed tones, their faces filled with excitement and curiosity. Lin Tian's ears perked up, and he focused his hearing senses, which could cover up to 100 miles.

He listened in on their conversation, and his eyes narrowed as he heard them talk about one of the prominent geniuses of their sect, a direct disciple of the sect master. The disciples were saying that he had come out of seclusion after 10 years, and that he had reached the 3rd layer of the Nascent Soul stage.

Lin Tian's mind began to spin with thoughts and questions. There were many other prominent geniuses in their sect, but they were all in seclusion, working on their cultivation. Why had this particular genius come out of seclusion now, of all times?

And what was even more suspicious was that Xiao Yue's brother was planning to attack their sect at the same time. Was it just a coincidence, or was there something more sinister at play?

Lin Tian's eyes scanned the surroundings, his mind racing with possibilities. He knew that he had to be careful and vigilant, not just for himself, but for the entire sect.

He continued on his way to visit Lui Mei, his senses on high alert, ready for anything that might come his way.

Few seconds later

Lin Tian walked a few steps before disappearing into thin air, reappearing near Lui Mei's residence. The building was a marvel of ancient architecture, with intricate carvings of dragons and phoenixes adorning its walls. The scenery around it was equally breathtaking, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers surrounding the residence.

Lin Tian stood there for a moment, mesmerized by the beauty of the scene before him. He shook his head, reminding himself that he was there to find Lui Mei, not to sightsee.

He searched for Lui Mei, but she was nowhere to be found. Just as he was about to give up, he heard the sound of water coming from a nearby location. He turned to walk in that direction, his curiosity piqued.

As he walked, the sound of water grew louder, and he quickened his pace. Finally, he came upon a spring pond, and his eyes widened in surprise. The view before him was breathtaking, with crystal-clear water and lush greenery surrounding the pond.

But what caught his attention was not the scenery, but the woman standing at the edge of the pond, completely naked. Her body was a work of art, with curves and contours that seemed to defy nature. Lin Tian's eyes were glued to her, and he couldn't help but gasp in surprise.

The woman, Lui Mei, seemed completely unaware of Lin Tian's presence, lost in her own thoughts as she gazed into the water. Lin Tian's face flushed with embarrassment, and he quickly looked away, trying to compose himself.
