A faint smile appeared on the woman's lips.
Ethan recalled all the expressions he had seen on the woman's face so far. Crying, sorrowful, indifferent, bewildered. Indeed, her smile was the prettiest.

As Ellie finally answered hesitantly, Ethan beamed as if he had heard the most joyful news.
Ethan, seizing the moment, asked for Ellie's phone to exchange numbers. Ellie handed it over obediently. Ethan opened the keypad, entered his number, and completed the saving process himself. He had a feeling that if left to Ellie, it would be saved in a boring way.
After pondering for a moment, Ethan saved his number under a name he liked and looked up.
And then, he saw that expression on Ellie's face.
Ellie, staring blankly out the window, seemed devoid of any emotion. It meant that he was being overly excited about this situation. Just him.
