It's just passed the fifth hour since Thomas took my ex-boyfriend with him, and I haven't heard from them. I don't know where they are or what they're doing, so I'm even more worried about Victor. I realize that the demon is doing this on purpose. It wants to lead him down the wrong path. I'm sure this moron plans to thwart his plans and send him off to hell!
Victor has been trying to be invisible from the beginning and waiting for the Costume to come back for him, but my demonic roommate doesn't like pure souls hanging around him. It was a matter of time when he decided to lead him down a path full of sins.
The worst part, however, is that Andy still isn't coming home. I wonder if he is actually serving his sentence, or is he so comfortable in heaven that he decided to take a vacation?
I get up from the couch and fulminate with my eyes at the guys who enter the house, accompanied by two, demonic-looking girls. They have long, straight hair and the top of their heads is decorated with red horns. Dressed in skimpy bras and short shorts, they look like Brazilian dancers. The worst part, however, is that these girls have hairy tails.
- What is this? - I ask, pointing at them with my hand.
- Not what, but who. Don't insult my hell, girls. I, personally, pulled them down from hell," replies Thomas, hugging one of them.
- You take advantage of the fact that the owner is not home, right? Andy, after all, has clarified it that no stranger is to cross the threshold of his house.
The demon rolls his eyes.
- More madness, girl. It's boring with your constant whining. - I fulminate with my ex-boyfriend's eyes when I see with what joy he embraces the horned girl.
- Craziness? You'll have these tail-tailed floozies daily once you get to hell! - I yell at him, not knowing myself why the sight of them arouses so much anger in me. - Wrap up, because Thomas is specifically destroying you!
- And what are you snoozing so much? Calm down," says the demon, putting his hands to his ears. - My eardrums are ringing. - He comes closer and strokes my head, making me feel like a dog.
I push his hand away.
- Don't touch me.
- I think you're missing the games that you're so nervous. - I open my mouth in indignation when I see their friends giggle under their breath.
- I lack words for you, moron. - I glare at him one last time and climb the stairs to the second floor, not intending to participate in their fun. Let them do what they want. I don't care anymore if Victor ends up in hell. Since he's under the influence of a demon, that's his business. I have no intention of dealing with him.

- Let the demon dogs eat you, you moron! - I shout into the empty room, lashing out at the pillow. I hit it with my fists, hoping to be relieved.
Thomas continually gets on my nerves. I've had it up to my nose. Now it's all about him doing what he openly likes.
The door to my room opens with a bang, and I blink my eyelids when I spot a muscular guy already doing an erotic dance for me at the threshold. He turns his back and waves his tail in front of my face, even tickling my face with his fur.
- What on earth is this! - With a shout, I bring my stupid roommates into the room.
- Jennie, have some fun. I purposely got you a handsome bachelor to keep you company so you'd stop being so grouchy, and you keep on with your day. - Thomas shakes his head.
- Handsome? You think I'm attracted to someone with horns on his head and this.... - I point to his black tail with my hand. - That thing hanging down!
- It's a tail. Look how cute," he replies, walking up to the demon. He takes it in his hand and touches my face with it. - It has a pleasant fur, doesn't it?
I feel like getting out of bed and smacking him so hard that he won't get up from the floor for the next five minutes.
- Get out of here. - The boy crinkles his eyebrows. He looks offended. - I said, get out.
But he is stubborn and doesn't listen to me at all. Without my permission, he takes me in his arms.
- I need to work on you, because even angels are not as annoying as you.
I try to break away from him, but he persists in holding me. I open my eyes wide as he stops at the top of the stairs, no doubt planning something.
- Victor! - My ex-boyfriend runs downstairs and puts out his hands. - Prove that you loved her when she was alive.
- What!" my heart stands still as I realize what they are planning. - What are you guys going to do now?
- This is an exam test. If Victor catches you, he's a good student.
- And if he doesn't, I might even die!
- It seems to me that something weak trust your dead boy.
- Because he's dead, damn it!
Thomas shakes his head, and then I feel him pushing me away. I am horrified when I realize that he has let me go. I see myself getting further and further away from him. I fly down with the thought that I will die shortly.
It's impossible for me to be caught by a ghost.
I clench my eyelids, fearing what is about to happen, yet I feel no pain and, more strangely, I am floating in the air.
I want to say something, but it takes away my speech. With frightened eyes, I look at my ex-boyfriend, who is holding me in his arms.
- Sometimes you are cruel, but I won't let you get hurt. You said our relationship was more like a friendship, but I think I loved you after all. I feel it more and more every day.
I look into his eyes, being surprised by his words. I never really knew how Victor felt about me. I never heard him say "I love you," but maybe the reason was that he was afraid of how I would react to it? Was he unsure of my feelings?
If he really loved me and I was only with him for fun, I don't think I will ever forgive myself, especially since he was the one who died when I was given a second chance by my Guardian.
- Don't look so deeply into each other's eyes, because you will see your souls. - Thomas cruelly separates us. - Although you are a soul," he turns to my ex-boyfriend, causing him to feel offended. - Never mind. You did a good job. You passed my lessons. - He pats him on the shoulder with his hand. - You didn't kill Jennie, although I sincerely hoped for it.
I fulminate him with my eyes, even though I know perfectly well that he is anxious to finish me off from the beginning.
- Your sincerity is sheer sweetness.
Lisa comes home, who is already displeased at the very entrance with the presence of her tailed friends.
- Are you trying to seduce my brother again? Out with the horny hussy hatchlings! - She opens the door, letting them know that currently they are to leave the house. - And you too! - yells at the muscular cuckolded man Thomas hired for me.
- When you are a demon as many years as we are, by then you too will have grown horns and much bigger, because you are a horrible bitch!
They leave, and Lisa slams the door behind them.
- Do you always have to spoil the fun? I didn't even manage to take care of them. - A disappointed Thomas slumps down on the couch.
- I won't let my brother sleep with old men. They are more than a thousand years old!
- So what? The important thing is that they look good all the time.
I already prefer not to express my opinion on the subject, so I just sit down next to the demon and watch him make silly faces at me. He wants to grab my nose, and I bite his finger in defense.
- Where has Andy been all this time? - Lisa looks like she's about to cry.
- Well, what are you experiencing so much about his disappearance? He'll be back when the time comes.
- But I die internally when he is not next to me. Only now do I realize how boring life is without him. - He puts his hands to his chest and sighs loudly. - I feel his absence as if someone took away a part of my heart.
- You don't have a heart. - Victor rarely speaks, but when he does say something, it's usually an accurate observation.
- I have a heart, it's black, but it's still a heart.
- Is that why you like red so much? Are you jealous that we have a normal heart color? - Andy's rival is just being trained, who will replace him in arguments with Lisa for the next few days.
- Honey, you have no heart at all. Please keep in mind that so far you are just a soul.
- I'd rather remain a soul for all eternity than carry the burden of my sins.
- Are you mocking that I suffer for the mistakes of my life! - The blonde jumps to her feet and leaps at him to stomp him on a sour apple for the words he just said. I look at the demon sitting next to me and sigh.
- Is there really no telling when Andy will return? After all, Lisa is a walking volcano of aggression.
Thomas shrugs his shoulders in response.
As usual.

Winter is over, and Andy still isn't back. It's been a few months now without hearing from him. What if he has been punished? Thomas keeps telling me that the angel is all right, and what's better, that he's having a great time. I don't believe his words, even though they are friends.
The March air is quite pleasant. You can feel that spring is coming with great strides. I am waiting for summer to come, and I can lounge in the flower garden at my leisure.
I look with compassion at my demonic roommate, who is depressed. I try to help the girl, not like her brother, who beats her over the head to make her finally come to her senses.
I think she has completely broken down because of Andy's absence. She claims it's out of boredom that she can sit still for several hours and stare at one point. She thinks that only the company of an angel can have a stimulating effect on her.
- She has completely freaked out. If she were human, I would lock her up in a mental hospital.
I look at Thomas, who is standing next to me with his arms crossed over his chest.
- Don't say that. Lisa has realized through this separation how much she cares about your friend. She suffers and worries about him.
- Is she worried about him? No. - Thomas laughs under his breath. - She is worried about the angelic woman who spends time with him. Do you think Andy is sitting locked in a cage? - I look at his face, seeing how amused he is. - He is in paradise. This is his rehab. Apparently, the place is so fantastic that you completely forget about the addiction and don't want to come back from there.
- Really?
- The redhead manages the place, so she's the one my sister is worried about. She's afraid that an angelic woman will snatch Andy from under her nose. - I'm surprised Thomas is telling me this. - Well what? Who is supposed to know her thoughts better than her twin brother?
I lift my face and with wide-open eyes look at the golden glow that appears in the sky for a moment. I watch as something flies down like a bird and realize that it is my Guardian Angel, which neatly lands on the ground, fluttering its beautiful white wings.
His hair is no longer pink or black, but the color of platinum blonde. He is dressed in Hawaiian clothes; a floral necklace is slung around his neck. The outfit is not appropriate for this time of year, but he looks pretty good, especially as he holds an inflatable duck in his hand.
- I was just about to go for a swim in the azure water, but the redhead forcibly dropped me to the ground. - She laughs at us, and I blink my eyelids and glance at Lisa out of the corner of my eye. I can see that the girl is slowly recovering and getting ready to go to war.
- This is what I told you about. His punishment was paradise. No one wants to come back from there," Thomas whispers in my ear, causing pleasant chills to run through my body.
Apparently, I'm ticklish at this point.
- So you mean to say that my Guardian Angel has just returned from paradise? - Like a lurking tiger, Lisa rises from the ground and walks slowly toward her prey.
- This paradise has lasted too long. Now hell awaits him. - Thomas rejoices like a child when he realizes that his sister is about to kill their friend.
The blonde jumps at Andy and snatches the inflatable duck from his hands. He aggressively squeezes it in his hands, causing only guts to be left behind.
- That's precisely what I'll do to you, you virginal playboy!
Chills run through me when I see with what brutality he throws himself at Andy. I cover my eyes, not wanting to look at it.
- They will play and go home.
- They will play? - I repeat. For a brief moment, I watch as Lisa puts the angel's face into the dry ground. I am disturbed by this sight. - You think they are playing?
- They are like dogs in the wild. Come. - She puts her arm around my shoulders and forcibly leads me into the house.
Maybe it's better, too? I prefer not to know what else a jealous, demonic girl is capable of.
