Chapter 13 - Chapter 1

It may seem strange, but I am just hanging head down. Held by Victor's leg, I try to reach my bracelet, which has caught on a branch.

I have a lesson not to play with jewelry on the balcony next time.

I reach out hard, but I'm literally missing a few millimeters. Victor doesn't try at all, he just holds my foot, while browsing the web on his phone with his other hand.

- Can you rock me a little? - I turn to him, feeling my stomach go up to my throat.

What does he do? Of course, he follows my order, but misses the word "a little" and at this point I'm like a rag doll during a gale.

There is a Garm breed "Shiba Inu" running around the garden, barking furiously, wanting to bite the heavenly master at all costs. Andy runs away from him with a scream, warning his friends that he will purchase a shotgun and get rid of this infernal monster at the earliest opportunity.

Thomas' whistle is enough. The dog runs to him and obediently sits by his leg.

- I know you don't like the smell of angels, but he is also your master. You can't bite him. - Garm makes sweet eyes and humbly lowers his head. - This is not hell. You have to control your instincts.

The blond man lifts his face and looks at me for a long moment.

- I'm waiting for the moment when you pile into the sand like an ostrich.

I already feel bad from hanging my head down, nevertheless I burst out laughing artificially.

- You should become a comedian, blond pig.

Victor tosses me up, and I literally land in his arms. I look at him with wide eyes as he smiles wryly.

- I would have thought you would have blushed because of me, but....

I put my finger to his lips as long as he doesn't finish that sentence. Since he's a demon, his texts are so good that I feel like dragging him to bed.

Seriously, before he died he was doing better, now he sucks.

- Limit contact with Thomas, because you are becoming hopeless.

I pull myself out of his embrace and walk away.

- May you grow moss, bitch.

Outraged, I turn to face him, but his gaze is directed toward the window.

- What did you say?

- Well, just look ... This hussy is chasing Garm.

I step out onto the balcony and look at the black mutt running around our garden.

- Why is this wild animal on my property! - Andy's loud shout is heard. - Demons, I warn you that you will clean up all the poops in the garden! And with your bare hands!

For more than twenty minutes, Lisa rests her cheeks on her hands, absorbing with her eyes the boy she loves. Andy pretends not to notice her at all. He looks through the angelic documents, ignoring her presence.

I feel sorry for Lisa, but I know what is the cause of the angel's anger. Last time, she overreacted again when she publicly jumped on him, expressing displeasure that he helped an attractive girl pick up the groceries that had fallen out of her shopping bag.

She may have actually acted out of jealousy, since everyone in the house already knows how crazy she is about him, but she did not make the right impression on Andy.

- Jennie! - I look over my shoulder, and my lips twist into a slight smile at the sight of my tailed friend.

Well... our first meeting was not one of the best, but at the next party I was convinced by him and, being already strung out with alcohol, I watched the striptease he prepared for us.

That day it was Thomas who was most excited about his dancing. He cheered him for ten minutes and thirty seconds.

I watched my watch out of curiosity.

- I haven't seen you in a long time, Rafaello.

I was the one who gave him that name. I think it fits him perfectly because the tip of his tail is round and looks like it's covered with coconuts.

- I was recovering from the last party. I had quite a hangover. - A loud yelp erupts unexpectedly from his mouth as Garm grabs his tail with his teeth and growls, pulling it mercilessly.

- He does this out of joy. He is different from an ordinary dog. - I shrug my shoulders.

- Why is he even in your house? He should guard the gates of hell.

- We adopted this cutie. He is ours," interjects Thomas, who unexpectedly appears in the living room at Victor's side.

Ever since they returned from hell, they have been inseparable.

- How could you adopt him if Irene doesn't know anything about it? She will rip your balls out if she finds out that you have wrapped up the guardian of hell.

Thomas looks furious.

- Say even a word to her that the dog is in our house, and you'll say goodbye to your tail.

Rafaello wrinkles his eyebrows, being outraged by his colleague's threat.

- I'm not a snitch, but eventually, she will find out where her dog is staying anyway.

- Andy will flirt with her and it will be over. - Victor shrugs his shoulders.

Lisa looks like an angry cat as she shifts her gaze to the brunet.

- Don't provoke me, bastard.

The watchman ignores their presence, being fully focused on the documents.

- Why is the angel so stiff? It's time to tear him apart!

I blinked my eyelids in amazement, when instantly the surroundings change, and me and the rest of the household, we move to the sea.

The water is red. There is no wind, it is hot. Here everything looks different, even the sand. I am sure that we are not in the human world, but in hell.

Nevertheless.... it's a beautiful place.

I look at the dancing demons, who are as admirable as my roommates. Some of them have tails, yet still look attractive.

Garm runs on the beach, barking merrily.

Scantily clad women, who remind me of Brazilian dancers, move rhythmically, provoking the males to play boldly. Music is ringing in the ears, and alcohol is pouring in streams.

- Do not be afraid, my dearest. I will protect you from all these beasts. - Lisa puts her hand around Andy's face, telling herself that he is uneasy being in a dangerous place. The angel, however, ignores her concern as his gaze is focused on the delicious-looking alcohol. He doesn't feel strange here at all. He likes this place.

- From whom does Lisa want to protect Andy? Is he in danger for trespassing on Hell's grounds?

Rafaello rolls his eyes.

- He's in no danger here. Many angels are barging in for parties. Lisa is anxious because Andy is attractive and has great success, even with men. Just look.

I pull down my eyebrows, watching my guardian angel run away from horny, tailed boys.

- Poor guy. - I immediately begin to feel sorry for him.

- Not him, but everyone who comes near him. Lisa is preparing terror.

I burst out laughing when one of the boys jumps on Andy's back, knocking him to the sand. I don't think he realizes that he is about to die at the hands of the blond beauty.

- Lisa? - I'm amazed when my friend starts to spin around like the "Sorceress of the Moon" and after a while becomes an entirely different person.

I blink my eyelids as the blonde disappears from her hair and is replaced by a fiery red. Dressed in a leather jumpsuit, she hits the sand with a whip.

- Is she fucked up in the head? - Victor, who stands next to me, looks with distaste at his bony roommate.

- Even creatures go crazy for love," I reply.

I lift my face and notice that he is looking toward the water. This is the first time Victor is serious since he became a demon.

I see sincerity in his eyes. He is thinking about someone at this moment.

- Potato, come for a brew! - This magical moment is spoiled by Thomas, who sits on the sand and raises a mug of beer. A loud burp comes out of his mouth. - I have to discuss the division of the estate with you when you die.

I thought he would at least wise up a little when I returned, but he is still stupid. With him, I'm the one I'll never get along with.

Lisa runs all over the beach, hitting with a whip the demons who dared to harass Andy, while Angel sips his drink meanwhile. He looks relaxed, and his eyes are mirroring the girl, who doesn't take her eyes off him the whole time.

I don't like it. I don't know who this attractive young woman is, but you can see at a glance that she's a skilled bitch. It's just that... her face betrays it.

A light goes on in my head as she finally walks over to Andy and sits down next to him.

I have to find out who she is, since she has courted my Guardian Angel.

Well, I don't know... I just have a bad feeling, similar to that of the day of the accident.

I push Victor, causing him to fall right into Thomas' arms.

- You have each other, you don't need me.

I've lived with them for so many years, I'm starting to get nosy like they do.

Well... with whom you associate, such you become.

I squat down near my Guardian Angel and grab a bottle of drink that sits on the sand. I pretend to look at the red sea, but at that moment my ears are like radars and work with greater intensity.

I start coughing as I take a sip of the black drink. It's so pungent that I get the impression that it's burning my throat.

- I suspected that it was Thomas who stole my dog. Of all the demons, he is the most childish and unbearable.

- You can take him back. This red-haired monster is driving me crazy.

The girl bursts into laughter.

- I don't worry about him since I know he is with you. You are responsible, although you like to drink well. Hell is rumbling with rumors about you. Your number one here when it comes to angelic tchotchkes.

What a hopeless bitch! She flirts so boldly with him, it makes me sick.

Hands off, my guardian angel, kite!

- What I like about hell is alcohol, which is ten times stronger than that created by humans. - Andy looks adoringly at the bottle.

Ten times stronger? I feel like returning everything in my stomach. If it chops me shortly, I'll be stiff as a board.

- What I like in heaven are guys who are ten times more alluring than demons. Is it true that you can bring a woman to paradise during orgasm?

I cough loudly, feeling that I'm about to let loose a peacock.

This monkey wants to sleep with my dear, innocent, adorable Guardian Angel!

He's about to rip out all her duds if Lisa doesn't. In general, what is she doing? Instead of taking care of the real enemy who would like to take back her guy, she's running around with a whip after the tailed demons?

Apparently, she's having a lot of fun doing it.

What a crazy woman.

As if that weren't enough, right now, the alcohol is properly hitting my head, and I'm so dizzy that I fall on my back. I twist over onto my stomach and, struggling to crawl on the sand, head toward my roommates. I want them to help me get rid of the intruder who plans to take away the innocence of my Angel.

What's wrong with this alcohol, that halfway through I fall off my strength and land face down in the sand? I lose consciousness, I don't have the strength to fight it any longer.

*

- What a shame to have such a weak head. - I open my eyes and half-consciously look at Thomas, whose head is just above me.

I'm lying on his legs, and more strangely, he's the one holding his hand on my chest.

- Sleeping Beauty is awake.

I look around, not understanding what's going on here, since we're sitting in a circle, I mean I'm lying down, they're drinking alcohol and talking, but why is this horny witch with us? Did Lisa just let this happen?

- How long was I unconscious?

- The lucky ones don't count time," replies Thomas, slipping a blue beverage under my nose.

- I've only just regained consciousness, and you're already giving me another alcohol, blond pig?

- You'll feel better after this.

I rise to a sitting position and look at him with a distrustful gaze, but eventually, I drink the whole compact only because everyone is looking at me.

- This is an elixir of happiness. You will stop grumbling like an old woman.

Lisa is sitting next to the dumper, but I can see that she is not happy about her presence. Could it be that she already knows what happened earlier?

I watch everyone and unexpectedly start laughing.

- Oho, my potion started to work on the person rapidly. - A tailed friend sits down next to us, and I put my head on his shoulder.

- Rafaello... You express more than a thousand words.

I see that Irene is looking at me with superiority. Why is she even sitting with us? She doesn't fit into our company.

He points his finger at her.

- A black character! A supporting character who will mess up our lives!

- And you're the main character who will fly to the bad boy. - Thomas' face is so close that I'm literally looking at his mouth when he says these words.

- Which one? - I spread my arms in a charming way, which makes Rafaello laugh. - There are two bad boys and no good ones, as is sometimes the case in movies.

- But I'm the main character. - Thomas smiles nonchalantly, letting me know that the words he spoke three years ago are still true.

I have to prepare myself for more taunts from him. And not only him, because my ex-boyfriend is also up to something.
