Wellington Mansion – Command Room
"They are approaching," Marcus announced, he sounded tensed as he monitored the live CCTV feed. The screen showed Victor Crowe and his team of armed men moving stealthily toward the mansion's fence.
Aiden stood behind Marcus, he thought of what his next line of action would be, finally he gave the command. "Lock down the mansion. Nobody gets in or out without my permission. Do you understand?"
"Yes, sir," Marcus said, typing speedily into the system. Alarms began to blare throughout the mansion as the automated lockdown engaged.
Marina stood by Aiden, she could feel her pulse thump. "How did they get this close to the house without being spotted earlier?"
"I think they have been planning this for probably weeks," Marcus said. "Crowe's not just muscle—he is a strategist. He's probably studied every inch of the house."
