The loud alarm sound from my phone blares loudly and I groan, snoozing it for the second time in a roll. It rings again this time and with no other choice, I sit up and put it off, yawing and stretching my body as I decide to finally wake up.
It's few minutes past 6am.
With a face palm, I stand up and walk towards the open window. The bright sunlight escaping through the curtains attack my eyes and I put a hand over my face before turning around and walking into the bathroom.
Turning on the tap and the heat, I lean against the wall and let my mind wander.
Last night after I'd told Serene after Theron's true identity, she'd hung up on me surprisingly.
I didn't know if it's because of how shocking it is or there was something more. I didn't expect she would hang up on me. After the call, I'd tried to call her but her phone wasn't connecting anymore.
I sent her so many messages and it wouldn't connect.
