CHAPTER 3
After what seemed like eternity in the rapids. She suddenly emerged at some river. She gasped for air, and her eyes opened. She focused on filling her lungs first before worrying about her surroundings.
She ran a hand through her face to get the soaked hair out of her vision. Her ponytail came off. The water was in moderate flow, unlike the whirlpool of death that she came from.
Rizika swam to the riverbank and pulled herself up. She grunted and sprawled herself on the grass. Looking at the night sky above her. The stars were winking at her, and the full moon was in clear view. She exhaled a sigh of exhaustion. Her rapid heartbeats finally settled down. She's alive.
Wait. Why is it night in here? She sat up abruptly, which made her see dark spots in her vision. What's happening to her? She felt weak, and her body clammy.
She just noticed too that her sword was gone.
"System, full body check."
[System: Hello, Rizika.]

'Wait, your voice changed.' The male robotic voice that her system had in Albria had turned into a girly voice with a high-pitched tone. It wasn't robotic at all. It seemed like there was a teenager in her head.
[System: You are 100% healthy.]
[System: Stamina: 50%]
[System: Clothes needed to change.]
"Who are you in my head?" She gritted her teeth in annoyance from the girly voice. Her own was the opposite of what's on her head. She had a deep, rich voice for a woman. And the portal took half of her energy. That's why she felt weak.
[System: Hello, Rizika.]
[System: Welcome to Earth.]
Could this be the random glitch that's currently happening? She stood up from the ground, and she just realized that she lost her boots too. She was barefoot on the grass.
She heaved a deep breath. If it's the only glitch, then she can work with it. It's just a voice change.
So, she's finally on Earth, and it was nighttime. She needed to change clothes. The chill breeze was grazing her skin, and it was enveloping her body fast.
"System, outfit change." She had extra outfits for a regular basis that she bought from the clothing shop. And the armor skins from the rewards of the missions.
[System: Closet open]
[System: Only a black shorts and tank top blouse were available. Would you like to change into it?]
She blinked at what she was seeing inside her head. NO.
"System, open all my clothes and armor skins." Her tone was tight. Dread was starting to creep up in her body.

Her lungs were about to constrict again. This couldn't be.
"System, open all the inventory. Show me everything." Her voice came out, restrained under her breath. She was biting her lower lip in contained anger.
[System: Loading resources...]

Each one was showing an image of her face with the makeup. It was an automatic filter on her face.

She was panting for more air. She wasn't in the water anymore. But she felt like she was able to breathe more in the whirlpool than where she was standing right now. She couldn't move as her body was petrified on the spot.
'Repeat the damn inventory!'
Everything remained the same. Her gold chest was empty. Her armor, weapons, and even Blair were gone.
"What the actual fuck?!" She cursed and stomped her foot on the grass. She kicked a pebble that the moonlight from above had glinted to. The sharp pain on her toes from doing so went unnoticed by how her feelings were in turmoil. She paced back and forth. "You've got to be shitting, kidding me! This is not just a glitch!" She screamed in the wild. That made some creatures flee from the trees nearby. She whipped a hand in the air, for how she wanted to crack open her head and dig the strange system out.
Her weapons were like an extention of her arms for how she wields them excellently. And each of her armors were her protection and gave extra strength and abilities to her.
"A goddess system? What the hell?! This is a fucking scandal!" She wasn't done rampaging yet. "An—" She was panting in furiousness. "An insult! A debauchery to my career!" She went to a nearby tree and punched the sturdy bark. She had never even touched any makeup in her life. She was solely focused on training, fighting, and drinking beer with the knights. Never in her life did she even wear a girl's clothes outside of her standard military dress robe uniform. Sure, she had suitors, for despite how manly her actions and status are, her natural beauty was remarkable in the entire kingdom. But she did not even pay attention to it.
Her knuckles got splinted wounds, and bits of blood were outlining the scratches.

"Shut the fuck up!" She bellowed and punched the tree again. This time the pain had become unbearable. Her knuckles must have cracked. She grunted and stepped away from the tree before she threw another punch and would likely get her bones broken before she could even start with the mission. "How the hell does makeup help me in my mission for devil's sake?!"

Seriously? A damaged skin had to be alerted? She exhaled loudly in maddening frustration and the boiling rage in her. Her system before wasn't this sissy over some small cuts! "Goddammit!" And this was the first time she cursed nonstop in just a short span of time.
"System, do you eve know what's the freaking mission?" It was a sarcastic question. "It's to ret—"

Her body had frozen in absolute shock as her mouth remained open in utter disbelief. "That's it! I'm done!" She waved her hands in the air as she stormed back to the riverbank. "I'm going back down to the water. Maybe the portal would suck me back in!"
