"it's been five days since you moved into his home and you haven't said anything about it " Eva sat next to her friend.
"What do you want me to tell you , you where there once remember" she pointed out.
"I know but you moved in with him .it must be different ,how does he treat you ,do you share rooms or does .".
Vera stopped her getting up , she moved to her desk grabbing the documents Eva had come for .
"We have separate bedrooms and he hasn't been home since I moved in" she said.
"Huh! What do you mean ?"
Vera sighing passing them to her.
"The day I moved in, he showed me my room and introduced the maids". She said.
"Then ?"
"Then he said he needed to go meet his parents and up to now I haven't seen or heard from him again" she explained.
"What ...did you ask the maids or anyone else about him or when he will return ?"
"I did and they all said nothing . Even when I called his number no answer " she breathed.
Eva frowned.
"You said he used your phone to call his mother last time ,why don't you call her instead and ask " she suggested.
"Ahhh I can't " she mumbled.
"Why not , she could help and I met her she is a good person" Eva insisted.
"When did you meet her ?".
"It was during mom's burial . You where sort of depressed then and didn't even notice her when she spoke to you. But she was there the whole time and helped alot ' explained Eva.
"Why didn't you tell me this earlier " yelled Vera.
"Alot happened since then that I didn't think much of it ,am sorry "
Vera got her phone and looked for the number Alec had dialed on hiler phone.
They dialed and let it ring.
"Hello " a calm woman's voice answered.
"Is this Mrs. Irvine?" She asked.
"Yes , is this my daughter in law ,Verana ?" She asked back.
"Uhh...oh yes it's me " she went on.
"How are you doing now ,is everything okay ".
"Am doing okay ,Mrs. Irvine and everything is fine " she answered.
"Are you free ?"
"Mmm, yes I am "
"Then let's me ,I want to see how okay you are " said her mother in law.
"Alright ".
After she hang up she received a text of were they where meeting .
"See ,now you will get to meet you smother in law and also find out about your husband whereabouts" stated Eva.
Vera sighed .
