Chapter 34
Alaina's POV
"I will kill Nicole when I see him, I swear it." Keisha's voice rang all through the room. She had been pissed off when I told her what Nicole did.
I hadn't been able to comprehend why Nicole would do what he had done. I called several times but he just let the phone ring and ring without picking it. I left him afterwards, hoping he would come forth and then tell me what he wanted from me; he would want money, nothing more.
But then a part of me wanted to think about what he said. What if he wasn't lying? What if he was speaking the truth?
Truly, I had woken up that day without having any memory about what had happened the previous night, and I was naked. Nicole was naked beside me too, and all though we haven't been together in weeks, I wasn't sure about that night.
