As Devyansh's work commitments in Raigarh came to an end, he planned to return to Jaipur. But before leaving, he wanted to spend one last day with Ananya. Excited to surprise her, he called her phone multiple times, but she didn't answer. His excitement quickly turned into frustration.
"Why isn't she picking up?" Devyansh muttered, dialing her number again. With each ring, his patience wore thinner. He called her several times, but there was still no response.
He began to pace the floor of his office, his anger building. "Jaan, kaha ho tum?" he growled, feeling helpless. His mind raced with worry and anger, imagining various scenarios of why she might not be answering.
Devyansh sat down, staring at his phone, waiting for it to ring. Minutes turned into an hour, and his frustration grew. "She better have a good reason for this," he thought, his jaw clenched.
The evening dragged on, each second amplifying Devyansh's frustration. Ananya still hadn't returned his calls, and he felt a mix of anger and worry gnawing at him. "She can't just ignore me like this," he fumed, his jaw set in a tight line.
By nightfall, Devyansh couldn't take it anymore. He grabbed his keys and headed to her house, his mind a storm of conflicting emotions. As he drove, his thoughts raced. "Is she okay? Why hasn't she called back? What if something's wrong?"
When he arrived at Ananya's house, his heart pounded in his chest. He parked the car and approached quietly. As he neared the gate, he froze. There she was, standing with a guy. They were talking and laughing, and it looked like they were saying goodbye.
Devyansh's vision blurred with anger. "Who the hell is he?" he muttered under his breath, feeling a surge of jealousy. He watched as the guy walked away, leaving Ananya alone. She turned to go inside, completely unaware of Devyansh's presence.
Instead of confronting her at the gate, Devyansh took a deep breath, deciding to wait for her in her room. He climbed up to her balcony, knowing she often spent time there. The familiarity of the place did little to soothe his anger.
In the dark room, he waited, his thoughts a chaotic mess. "Why didn't she tell me about him? Why hasn't she called back?" His mind raced with questions and accusations.
Devyansh waited in Ananya's dark room, his mind swirling with anger and jealousy. He heard her footsteps approaching and tensed. The door creaked open, and Ananya stepped inside, frowning at the darkness.
"Kya hua? Light kyun on nahi hai?" she muttered, reaching for the switch. As the room flooded with light, her eyes widened in surprise. Devyansh sat on her bed, his expression a storm of emotions.
Ananya stood frozen in her room, her heart pounding in her chest as she watched Devyansh's usual composure give way to a storm of anger and frustration. His eyes, usually warm and reassuring, now bore into hers with a fiery intensity that sent a chill down her spine.
"Dev, kya hua?" Ananya's voice quivered, a mix of concern and confusion lacing her words as she tentatively approached him. She had never seen him like this-his jaw clenched, his brows furrowed in a manner that betrayed the turmoil within.
Without a word, Devyansh swiftly closed the distance between them. In one fluid motion, he took hold of both her hands and pressed them firmly against the wall above her head. Ananya gasped in surprise, her pulse quickening at the unexpected show of strength and dominance.
Before she could utter another word, Devyansh's lips crashed down upon hers in a kiss that was as fierce as it was passionate. Ananya's initial shock melted into a mixture of astonishment and arousal as he kissed her with an urgency she had never felt before. His kiss demanded answers, sought reassurance amidst the whirlwind of emotions that gripped him.
For a moment that stretched into eternity, they stood locked in that intense embrace. Ananya felt every ounce of his longing and frustration seep through the kiss, mingling with her own confusion and desire. His touch, both possessive and tender, sent electricity down her spine, igniting a fire that blazed between them.
When he finally pulled back, Devyansh's forehead rested against hers, their breaths mingling in the charged silence of the room. Ananya's hands remained pressed against the wall, her fingers tingling where his grip had been. She looked up at him, her eyes searching his for an explanation, for understanding.
"Ananya," his voice was a husky whisper against her ear, his breath warm on her skin. "Why didn't you answer my calls?"
Ananya swallowed hard, the weight of his question sinking in as she struggled to find her voice amidst the haze of emotions. "Dev... I... I didn't hear my phone," she managed to say, her voice barely above a whisper. Her heart clenched at the hurt she saw in his eyes, at the vulnerability he rarely showed.
He loosened his grip on her hands, his fingers tracing a feather-light path down her arms. Devyansh's gaze softened, the anger giving way to a raw ache of worry and longing. "I was worried sick," he confessed, his voice tinged with remorse. "I thought something had happened to you."
Ananya's own heart ached at the pain she had unintentionally caused him. She reached up tentatively, her fingers brushing against his cheek as she searched his eyes. "I'm sorry, Dev," she murmured, her voice thick with emotion and soft. "Hume apna phone check Karna chahiye tha. I didn't mean to worry you. Vo mera cousin aaye tha is lia thoda busy ho gyi thi, sorry"
Their eyes locked in a silent exchange of understanding and forgiveness. In that moment, amidst the charged air of her room, they both realized the depth of their feelings, the insecurities that had momentarily clouded their love.
Ananya's heart pounded as she watched Devyansh's face soften with each passing second.
"Kyun nahi bataya ki tumhare cousin yahan hai?" he asked, his voice still holding a hint of frustration but mixed now with relief.
Ananya took a deep breath, her voice steadying. "Woh sirf mera cousin, Aarav, tha. Hum bas baat kar rahe the. I didn't mean to worry you," she explained.
Devyansh exhaled deeply, visibly relaxing. "Next time, please, apna phone check kar liya kare, Koi pura din apke ek phone ka intezaar kar raha tha" he reminded her gently, his fingers brushing against her cheek.
Ananya with a soft voice said "Humai maf kar de hum aage sa khyal rakha ga"
"Theek hai, par dhyan rakhna." Ha said.
Ananya nodded, feeling the tension dissipate."Kya tumhe yahan kaise aana hua, Dev?" she asked, genuinely curious.
He sighed, his expression softening further. "Main kal Jaipur wapas jaa raha hoon, and I wanted to spend my last day here with you. Par apnai phone hi nhi uthaya. I missed you, Jaan. Isliye punishment ka toor par hum yahin sone wala hoon."" Apkai sath" he whisper in her ear.
Her eyes widened in surprise. "Yahan? Dev, everyone is downstairs. Agar kisi ne dekh liya toh?"
He laid in the bed. Devyansh shook his head, a determined glint in his eyes. "Mujhe koi farak nahi padta. I just want to be with you tonight."
Reluctantly, Ananya sat beside him on the bed, her mind racing. "Dev, tumhe jaana chahiye. What if someone comes upstairs?"
Ignoring her protests, he took her hand and gently laid her down on the bed, positioning himself above her. His eyes locked onto hers, filled with a mixture of love and desire. "Shh," looking between her eyes and lip he whispered softly. "Just be with me."
He leaned in, his lips brushing against hers in a kiss that was soft and tender, a stark contrast to the earlier intensity. Ananya felt herself melting into the kiss, her worries fading away as his warmth enveloped her.
Their lips moved in sync, the kiss deepening as Ananya's hands found their way to Devyansh's shoulders, pulling him closer. The world outside ceased to exist; it was just the two of them, lost in the moment.
When they finally broke apart, Devyansh rested his head on her neck, his breath warm against her skin. He planted gentle kisses along her collarbone, the tenderness of his touch sending shivers down her spine.
"Dev..." Ananya murmured, her voice a mix of contentment and surrender.
He looked up, his eyes soft and filled with adoration. "I love you so much, jaan.
They lay there in silence for a moment, the moonlight casting a soft glow through the window. Ananya felt the steady beat of Devyansh's heart against her cheek, a soothing rhythm that made her forget her worries.
Ananya: (looking up at him) "Aap hamesha itne ziddi kyun hote ho?"
Devyansh: (brushing a strand of hair from her face) "Jab baat aapki ho, toh hum kuch bhi kar sakta hai. Aap humare liye sab kuch ho."
Ananya: (smiling softly) "Aapko pata hai, aapko yahan dekh kar hume kitni tension ho rahi thi?"
Devyansh: (chuckling) "Aur ab?"
Ananya: (nestling closer) "Ab thoda better. Lekin apko jaana hoga, Dev."
Devyansh: "Thodi der aur. Sirf thodi der."
As the minutes passed, the world outside seemed to fade away. Devyansh's presence was like a warm blanket, shielding Ananya from her anxieties. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to get lost in the moment.
Devyansh shifted slightly, his lips brushing against her neck. Ananya shivered at the sensation, her breath catching in her throat.
Ananya: (barely a whisper) "Devyansh..."
Devyansh: (murmuring against her skin) "Haan, Jaan ?"
His lips moved slowly, planting gentle kisses along her neck. Ananya's resolve melted further, her hands gripping his shirt as she tried to steady herself.
Ananya: (whispering, eyes closed) "Agar kisi ne humein dekh liya toh apko pata hai na, kya hoga?"
Devyansh: (kissing her earlobe) "Haan, pata hai. Par abhi sirf apki baahon mein rehne do."
Ananya's breath hitched as Devyansh's kisses grew more intense, sending waves of warmth through her. She knew they were treading on dangerous ground, but in that moment, she couldn't bring herself to push him away.
Devyansh: (murmuring against her skin) "Tumhari khushboo, tumhari khamoshi... sab kuch mujhe pagal kar deti hai."
Ananya: (softly) "Devyansh, humai yeh sab..."
Devyansh: (cutting her off with a kiss on her neck) "Shh... bas is pal ko mehsoos karo."
He kissed her neck again, his lips lingering on her skin. Ananya felt her heart racing, a mix of excitement and nervousness. She turned slightly, her face close to his, their breaths mingling.
Ananya: (softly, almost pleading) "Devyansh, please... agar kisi ne dekh liya toh..."
Devyansh: (whispering) "Koi nahi dekhega. Main hoon na tumhare saath."
He gently tilted her chin, looking deep into her eyes before pressing his lips to hers in a slow, passionate kiss. Ananya's hands found their way to his hair, pulling him closer as she responded to his kiss with equal fervor.
The world outside ceased to exist as they lost themselves in each other. Devyansh's hands roamed her back, holding her tightly against him. He trailed kisses from her lips to her jaw, then down to her neck again, making her shiver with every touch.
Ananya: (breathless) "Devyansh... yeh sab..."
Devyansh: (smiling against her skin) "Shh... bas kuch der aur, Jaan. Bas kuch der aur."
They lay there, wrapped in each other's arms, their worries forgotten as they cherished the stolen moments of intimacy. The night grew deeper, and the room was filled with the soft sounds of their whispered confessions and shared breaths, a testament to their undeniable bond.
Devyansh: (murmuring against her skin) "Aap humare liye sab kuch ho, Jaan. Tumhare bina main adhura hoon."
Ananya: (teary-eyed, feeling his sincerity) "Aur aap mere liye."
They continued to hold each other close, their bodies entwined. As the night deepened, their whispered words grew softer, and their breaths began to synchronize.
Eventually, the warmth and comfort of each other's presence began to lull them into a peaceful sleep. Ananya nestled closer, her head resting on Devyansh's chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. Devyansh tightened his arms around her, feeling the rise and fall of her breath against him.
Ananya: (murmuring) "Good night, Dev."
Devyansh: (whispering) "Good night, jaan."
Ananya closed her eyes, drifting off to sleep, a peaceful expression on her face. Devyansh watched her, his heart swelling with love. He gently brushed a strand of hair from her face, unable to look away from her serene beauty.
Devyansh: (whispering to himself) "I love you, jaan."
He continued to watch her sleep, his thoughts filled with the moments they had shared and the future he dreamed of with her. The room was filled with the serenity of their love, a perfect harmony of comfort and peace.
After some time, as the stillness of the night wrapped around them, Devyansh finally closed his eyes, his heart content. With a soft sigh, he fell into a deep, restful sleep, holding Ananya close, their hearts beating as one.
