David's keen senses picked up on a faint rustling sound coming from a nearby bush, prompting him to investigate further. He slowly opened up the gate, trying to peep out. Suddenly, a group of 6-7 adults, 2 kids under the age of 12, and his closest friend, Arthur, ran past him, screaming, "SHUT THE GATE, LEST WE ALL DIE." David's heart raced as he quickly closed the gate, his mind filled with questions about what was happening. He could hear the panic in their voices and the urgency in their footsteps, fueling his own fear and curiosity.
