Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: The Night of Reckoning

The next morning, Naruto summoned his loyal ANBU operatives, including the three former Root members whose memories he had altered. They knelt before him, awaiting his orders.

"I need you to monitor Danzo closely," Naruto instructed. "Report any unusual activity, especially regarding the Uchiha clan. When the massacre happens, I want evidence that ties him directly to it. Is that clear?"

"Yes, Uzumaki-sama," the ANBU chorused.

Naruto dismissed them with a wave, his mind racing with possibilities. With Danzo's involvement exposed, he would have the leverage needed to rally the other clans to his side.

Preparing for the Massacre

In the weeks leading up to the massacre, Naruto continued to train under Yugao's guidance. He maintained his facade of a normal child, never revealing the full extent of his abilities. Yugao, however, was no fool. She had read Naruto's diary and knew exactly what he was capable of.

Still, she played along, silently observing as Naruto pretended to struggle with basic exercises.

"Good job, Naruto," she said one afternoon, handing him a water bottle. "You're improving."

"Thanks, Yugao-neechan!" Naruto replied with a grin, masking the calculation in his eyes.

Yugao watched him carefully, her thoughts conflicted. He's not as innocent as he seems, but his intentions... they're not entirely wrong. Perhaps he really can bring about the change this village needs.

The Night of the Massacre

When the night of the Uchiha massacre finally arrived, Naruto was ready. He donned his mask and activated his Sharingan, blending into the shadows as chaos unfolded. He watched as Itachi and Obito carried out their grim task, carefully avoiding detection.

As planned, his loyal ANBU operatives collected evidence of Danzo's involvement, documenting every order he gave to his Root agents. Naruto stayed hidden, waiting for the perfect moment to confront Obito.

The air was heavy with tension as Naruto slipped into his dark combat gear, mask in place, ready for the critical mission. The time had come to execute his plan to prevent the Uchiha massacre. His loyal ANBU operatives were already stationed around the Uchiha district, their orders clear: stop the massacre and gather evidence against Danzo.

Naruto's mind raced as he moved through the quiet streets under the cover of night. This is it. If I succeed, I'll save the Uchihas and expose Danzo for his treachery. If I fail... no, I can't fail.

Intercepting Itachi

Naruto arrived at the outskirts of the Uchiha district and spotted Itachi moving silently toward his first target. The elder Uchiha's expression was stoic, his Sharingan glowing faintly in the moonlight.

"Itachi," Naruto called out, his voice muffled through his mask.

Itachi froze, his hand inching toward his kunai pouch as he turned to face the masked intruder.

"Who are you?" he asked, his tone calm but wary.

Naruto didn't respond. Instead, he flicked his wrist, and a complex sealing scroll appeared in his hand.

"You're not carrying out Danzo's orders tonight," Naruto said, his voice cold. "Your family doesn't need to die for the village's sins."

Itachi's eyes narrowed. "You don't understand. If I don't do this, the village—"

"The village is being manipulated by Danzo," Naruto interrupted. "And you're his pawn. But not tonight."

Before Itachi could react, Naruto weaved a series of hand signs and activated the sealing scroll. A bright light enveloped Itachi, freezing him in place. The scroll consumed him, sealing him into a stasis state.

Naruto held the scroll tightly and muttered, "You'll thank me later, Itachi." He placed the scroll into his pouch and turned his attention to the next target: Obito.

The Fight at the Uchiha Police Station

The sound of explosions echoed through the night as Naruto approached the Uchiha police station. Flames danced across the rooftops, and the streets were littered with debris and injured Uchiha clan members.

At the center of the chaos stood Obito, his orange spiral mask gleaming ominously. He moved with deadly precision, cutting down Uchiha after Uchiha with his Kamui-enhanced techniques.

Naruto clenched his fists. This is the man responsible for so much pain and suffering. Tonight, it ends.

He stepped into the fray, his own Sharingan blazing behind his mask. "Obito!" he shouted, his voice echoing through the chaos.

Obito paused mid-attack and turned to face him. "Who are you?" he asked, his voice distorted through his mask.

Naruto didn't answer. Instead, he dashed forward, drawing Enma, the blade he had acquired from the system shop. The sword gleamed in the firelight as he swung it toward Obito, forcing the man to phase out to avoid the attack.

"Interesting," Obito said, his tone laced with mockery. "You're not an Uchiha, yet you wield the Sharingan. What's your game?"

Naruto didn't respond. He activated Kamui, matching Obito's phasing ability and closing the distance between them. Their battle was fast and brutal, a clash of blades and jutsu as they moved through the burning district.

The Turning Tide

As the fight continued, Naruto's loyal ANBU operatives joined the fray. They worked to evacuate the remaining Uchiha clan members and secure the evidence of Danzo's involvement. One of the ANBU operatives whispered through their comm link, "The evidence is secure, Uzumaki-sama. We're holding our ground."

Naruto nodded, his focus never leaving Obito. He needed to end this fight quickly.

He feigned an opening, allowing Obito to attack. As expected, Obito phased through Naruto's body to strike. But Naruto was ready. The moment Obito materialized, Naruto activated Kamui and trapped Obito's arm in his pocket dimension.

Obito growled in frustration and pulled back, his arm partially disintegrated. "You're more trouble than you're worth," he spat, retreating into the shadows. "This isn't over."

Naruto didn't pursue him. Instead, he turned his attention to the Uchiha survivors.

The Aftermath

The battle had ended, and the flames were extinguished. The remaining Uchiha clan members were shaken but alive, thanks to Naruto and his ANBU team.

Naruto stood in the middle of the ruined district, his mask hiding the exhaustion on his face. The ANBU operatives gathered around him, awaiting his orders.

"Ensure the safety of the Uchiha," Naruto instructed. "And prepare the evidence. Danzo's reign of terror ends tonight."

The operatives nodded and dispersed, leaving Naruto alone in the eerie silence. He removed his mask and looked up at the moon, his eyes burning with determination.

This is just the beginning. The road to peace is long, but I'll walk it. No matter the cost.
