An: hey guys, really appreciate the amount of interaction this fic is getting. I love discussing ideas.
Let me reiterate this is not a story where some kid comes into the TVD universe which is, in my opinion, the most dangerous supernatural world in fiction and runs ramshot over everyone.
Tell me which you would rather have as a backstory for someone knowing what Scott is
A.) would you like one of the originals, probably Kol or Elijah, to have found something depicting the making of the primordials and the subsequent war with the wolves 4,000 years before the originals became who they were.
B.) When Silas arrives, will he know from Qetsiyah that she got the idea to make eachother immortal from a ancestor of hers.
I'm good with either. The first would allow us to learn it quicker, but hey, whatever. Appreciate all your support thus far.

Scott pov
After a week or so making sure I won't kill anyone I meet if they anger me, I decided to get into the thick of it. While I'm not super excited about being involved with the mystic falls crew, I need experience fighting and killing supernatural creatures.
My plan is going to New Orleans after graduating high school. I could just not go, but I want to get my feet wet in a small place like this before going into a warzone like New Orleans.
Like I've said, magic scares me. The versatility of it is unimaginable. If memory serves, the hollow created the 7 werewolf packs long before the originals came into existence.
Esther then made her family immortal becoming even more powerful than the wolves. Next came the hybrids, which were shown to be able to fight vampires with centuries of experience over them.
Hell, even the moonlight ring wearing wolves could kill Marcel's army with ease. Sure, Klaus and Elijah did a good amount of damage to them, but the wolves took over the city for months and held it.
Magic then resurrected numerous people in the show. Hell, Esther came back to life 2-3 times that I remember. Same goes for Kol, Finn, and even Klaus' dad Ansel.
Let us not forget that it also created the 5, superhumans who led an entire crusade themselves trying to make vampires extinct. Had Klaus not been a werewolf they may have been successful.
Anyway, with such examples and many more of magics terror in this world, I need to get acquainted with it. To make Allies to help me should I get in a bind. After all, I may not look like a normal vampire, but who's to say I haven't been basing fiction on something real and made a mistake? I haven't seen a vampire face like the one I have, but I've also never seen a real vampire face aside from mine. How can I know what I am and how afraid I need to be for my life if I don't go ask people who'd maybe have an answer?
I sigh and begin to ready myself after a showe and a bloodbag. One of many i procured from the neighboring states. I don't want the council to start looking into vampires yet. In fact, I want to stay away from making too much trouble in the storyline right now as the knowledge of what's to happen next is my only true asset aside from knowing a bit about the people I'll be interacting with.
I open the door and begin walking to my car, a beautiful 69' mustang. 'I may not enjoy the blood consumption, but compulsion is a true gift.' I think while starting the car that begins to purr.
I quickly back out of the space I'm in and dash toward the school. It takes less than 10 minutes to arrive at Mystic Falls High School. I have a set of earbuds in to keep my crazy supernatural ears away from the sure to be screaming highschool teens. Such a thing was inevitable. I myself had just gone through this, being a freshman in college before dying I knew very well how high schools worked.
I feel many gazes on me and begin to radiate annoyance. I feel all those gazes shift away and whispers beginning. After entering the building I'm hit with a familiar hallway I'd watched with many different girlfriends.
In truth the originals was always more my show, I liked the family dynamic more than the teen drama queen Elena Gilbert and her minions. That's why I'm so excited to meet them, granted they'll probably try to kill me, but hey? That's par for the course.
I come out of my thoughts as I pass a pretty blonde girl in the hallway who does a full turn following me with her eyes. I recognize her, Caroline Forbes. Soon to be vampire.
I sigh internally knowing I'd just ran into the worst person possible. I turn my music up more seeing her, I don't need to be bombarded with questions right now.
Soon I find the admissions office and in a very similar Scene to the first time Bonnie and Elena saw Stefan a week or so ago now occurs with Caroline and I.

Caroline Forbes Pov
I walk in a trance toward the new kid who seemed to have a magnetic presence about him. I'd missed out on the opportunity to snatch Stefan up after queen Elena came into view, I won't miss this one.
I follow him toward the admissions office and stand outside as I see him begin speaking to the women behind the desk. I instantly begin texting Bonnie and Elena,
Another piece of out of town meat has come to Mystic High girls. Get to school Now! So much to discuss.
As I put my phone back into my handbag I see the kid walking toward me with his headphones in and not looking at where he's going.
I move out of his way on instinct. He feels annoyed as crazy as that sounds, what am I a psychic?
By the time I come back to reality I see he's gone. Damn it.

Scott Pov
Arriving in class earlier than many people, I go sit towards the back but Coach Tanner stops me. "Hey kid, don't you want to introduce yourself to the class?" He says gesturing to the equally unenthusiastic teens in the class.
I shake my head, "didn't know this was a kindergarten class. I'd thought it was American History?" A few chuckles escape the students who were listening while I see the coach's face become very red before I look out into the class just as three people come in.
"I'm Scott Corvinus. Stay out of my business and we'll all get along swimmingly." I say with an over exaggerated smile before looking at coach Tanner and asking, "may I sit down now?"

Stefan Pov
I hear coach Tanner from down the hall speaking to a new kid. After poking fun at the coach, he begins to introduce himself As we arrive in the door. I freeze. He looks like he's on fire. Like silver flames are dancing around him. I barely even hear him as he speaks.
I'm shaken out of my thoughts by Elena's hand on my shoulder, "you okay Stefan?" She aske and I nod before seeing Bonnie look as shocked if not more so than me.
I've known for a while she was a witch, but this only solidified my belief. Now, I need to find out what just walked into the classroom.

Bonnie Pov
Scott Corvinus. That was his name. The boy I'd seen attack the man in my vision. The one with a horrible face and black eyes. Seeing him in person was the opposite of my dream though. I felt warm around him. He looked like he was on fire. A silvery flame that danced along his body. It was beautiful.
I decided I couldn't keep this to myself. I had to ask grams about these dreams. 'I will find out who you are Scott Corvinus.' Staring at the black head of hair in front of me.

Unknown to Scott, his hope of staying far away from witches would be flushed down the toilet soon. Only time will tell if that's a good or bad thing.
