Rohan's mind was racing with excitement and wonder, but their conversation was interrupted when Nina suddenly stiffened, her expression turning serious. She stood up abruptly and looked around.
"Hey, where are you going?" Rohan called after her, confused.
Without answering, Nina hurried out of the café. Concerned, Rohan quickly left money for the milkshake and followed her.
Rohan's heart pounded as he chased after Nina through the city streets. He couldn't shake the feeling that something important was happening, something that he needed to understand. Nina's sudden change in demeanor only deepened his sense of urgency.
Nina led him down winding alleys, past busy intersections, and through quiet residential streets, moving with purpose and speed. Rohan struggled to keep up, wondering what had triggered her sudden departure from the café.
Finally, Nina stopped in front of an old, abandoned building, its windows dark and boarded up. She turned to face Rohan, her expression serious.
"This is where it all begins," Nina said, her voice low and intense. "You're going to need all your strength to face what's coming next."
Rohan felt a knot form in his stomach. Whatever Nina had been sensing, he could feel it too now. Something dark was approaching, and he had a feeling that his life was about to change forever.
