They walked quietly through the forest. The beasts gave way before them, but for Tyler, there was no way they were leaving the forest without hunting their way through. They continued their journey, both increasing their strength. Tyler focused on leveling up, while Mia worked on controlling her bloodlust and gaining experience points.
Mia then told him, 'I guess this is by my lord.' It sounded odd, even to her. She felt a strange unease, as if her body instinctively resisted being seen. So, she moved through the forest with a newfound determination, quickly reaching their own ship. The students gathering around the Warriors Academy spaceship were shocked upon her arrival. Whispers echoed through the surroundings, and despite the noise, her enhanced hearing could pick up every word. Gazes filled with lust, envy, and seduction filled the air, making her nervous. As she walked, she felt a tug on her cloth. It ripped, exposing her frail singlet. She quickly turned and saw that it was Lucy, one of her bullies.
"Wow, bitch,' the bully sneered. 'Who knew you would get plastic surgery? How dare you look prettier than me, you level 2 piece of crap!' She raised her hand to slap Mia, but only slapped air. The crowd gasped. They quickly turned and saw Mia radiating an intense killing intent towards Lucy. With a burst of speed, Mia dashed forward, knocking Lucy unconscious with a single strike. Then, in a fit of rage, she leaped onto Lucy, raining down a flurry of punches.
Meanwhile, at the ship of the Heroes Academy, nothing much happened. They had already taken off into the skies, heading back to their school. They took their time to record the kills of the students. As usual, Tyler's kills were overkill. They had over a hundred Emperor Tier beasts recorded, not just in terms of numbers, but also in terms of their overall strength. Their Cores, or crystals, were now in Tyler's inventory. He wanted to check out his status but decided to do that later.
Back at the warriors spaceship, the principal immediately brought Mia out of her frenzied state. He summoned her to his office and asked, 'Why were you emanating the Aura of a beast?' Mia was scared. She couldn't explain what had happened, so she decided to brush it off, telling him, 'It was due to my surroundings for the past few days. If I wanted to survive, I would have to adapt to the ways of the beast.
' The principal nodded in approval. 'Well, congratulations,' he said. 'You've set a new record. You, the weakest of the first-year Warriors, have killed an insanely large number of beasts. Perhaps that's why you could easily knock out the strongest first-year. Well done. You're a true warrior now.' Mia bowed her head and left his office, ignoring his praise.
She had never liked the principal, not for one day, but always. So, she immediately left his presence in disgust.
Meanwhile, at the Heroes Academy...
Tyler and his classmates were back on school grounds. Tyler, now in his room, decided to check his system stats. Afterward, he would move to the book, a relic of his lineage, to check out the new page. By dropping his blood on it, he could confirm his advancement to Vampire noble.
