"Listen carefully," Father Yun said solemnly to Yun Kong, "Our family name is one of the most prestigious in Konoha, a true noble among the nobles, the Uchiha clan, owners of the Sharingan, marked by the flame fan insignia."
Crack! A bolt from the blue struck Yun Kong—he was stunned. Damn, so I'm not just some ordinary civilian, but part of one of Konoha's most distinguished families? We're the top clan in the village!
Slap, slap! Yun Kong gave himself two quick slaps. Snap out of it, Yun Kong. You're just a regular civilian, stop dreaming!
Yun Kong stared at Father Yun with a clear expression of disbelief.
"You don't have to look at me like that," Father Yun continued. "I didn't believe it either when your grandfather first told me, but the truth is, this is our reality." Father Yun's eyes closed briefly before reopening, revealing the three-tomoe Sharingan. The blood-red eyes made Yun Kong jump.
Gulp, Yun Kong swallowed nervously. "Damn, the three-tomoe Sharingan. Does that mean I'll be able to awaken the Sharingan too? This is like a cheat code. The early stages of the Sharingan might not be much, sometimes not even worthy of the title 'bloodline limit,' but once you awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan, the abilities it grants are absurd. And that's not even mentioning the Susanoo. Once the Susanoo is activated, it's like a massive black hole. When you unleash the Susanoo, you practically have the power of a Tailed Beast. Plus, I know exactly how to unlock the Mangekyō Sharingan, and even the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, clearly."
Yun Kong couldn't help but salivate at the thought.
Father Yun didn't notice Yun Kong's momentary reaction, unaware of the twisted thoughts now swirling in his son's mind. "Although I unlocked the three-tomoe Sharingan a few years ago, that seems to have exhausted all my luck. Even with the Sharingan, I only managed to barely reach the level of a jōnin. I guess I'm just not talented enough as a ninja."
Father Yun sighed, but quickly shifted his mood, sealing his Sharingan again and continuing. "Your grandfather's name was Uchiha Mokurou, and that man's subordinate…" Father Yun's gaze shifted to the dusty scroll in the corner.
Yun Kong followed his gaze to the ancient scroll, covered in a layer of dust.
"That man helped the First Hokage establish the Hidden Leaf Village, and together, they almost conquered the entire ninja world. Unfortunately, things didn't last. After a falling out with the First Hokage, your grandfather followed that man's orders. After faking his death in a battle, he infiltrated the Hidden Leaf as a covert agent, serving as that man's hidden line."
"But after that man's defeat and death at the Valley of the End, our line of agents was silenced forever," Father Yun concluded with a sigh.
Yun Kong's mind was reeling. This was a historical revelation! From the moment Father Yun mentioned that man, Yun Kong knew it had to be Uchiha Madara, the legendary figure, feared throughout the ninja world.
I knew it! Yun Kong thought, his mind racing. There's no way someone like Madara would've had only a handful of followers when he defected. He must have left behind some sort of legacy. And to think that this legacy is connected to my family.
"Then…" Yun Kong's voice trembled as he turned his eyes toward the dusty scroll. "This scroll left by the legendary Uchiha Madara—its value must be beyond anything I can imagine. Forget the Uchiha clan, if they knew we had a scroll left by Madara, the consequences would be unimaginable. The Uchiha clan hasn't seen anyone with a Mangekyō Sharingan since Madara himself. Even without the Mangekyō, just the techniques Madara passed down could rival anything the current Uchiha clan possesses."
Father Yun stood up and sifted through a pile of books before pulling out a scroll and handing it to Yun Kong. The cover read: "Chakra Extraction Method."
"This was a gift from the First Hokage to that man when they were close allies. The Senju clan's chakra extraction method is a level above our Uchiha method. It's far superior to the chakra techniques you learned at the ninja academy," Father Yun explained.
Yun Kong took the scroll. Just from his father's words, he knew this was priceless. This scroll could even be considered a Senju clan secret technique. Chakra is the foundation of a ninja's power, and the Senju clan… well, the First Hokage, Second Hokage, and even the Fifth Hokage Tsunade, all of them were masters of chakra.
Why can the Uchiha clan control chakra so precisely? The Sharingan is one reason, but it's also because of their inherent lack of resources—they had to make the most of what little they had.
"This is a secret of our family," Father Yun said, his tone turning more serious. "And now, it's being passed on to you." He took a deep breath, as though a weight had been lifted from his shoulders. "Next, prepare yourself. I'll seal everything in your mind with a seal technique. This was left behind by that man. Even the First Hokage couldn't break it. As of now, no one has surpassed the First Hokage's abilities." Father Yun's confidence was evident as he spoke, promising Yun Kong that the technique would be safe.
Yun Kong stood up, just about to accept the technique, when he froze upon hearing his father's words…
"Jump!" Yun Kong cursed, "Damn it, if I put that thing in my mind, I'll end up as Uchiha Madara's slave! Everyone thinks Madara's dead, but I know for sure that guy is hiding somewhere, probably still sneaking around, sneaky and tough as ever. Hell, he might even be causing trouble in the Hidden Mist Village by now. The Blood Mist ninjas... just thinking about it gives me the chills."
Yun Kong quickly interjected, "Those advanced techniques left by Uchiha Madara—can you even use them? I think it's better if you just leave me with a simple technique in my mind. No need for anything that complicated. It should be enough if it's something that regular ninjas can't detect."
"It's no trouble," Father Yun replied. "Although the seal technique left by that man is powerful, it's surprisingly simple to use."
