Lu Nianxin saw her signature was missing from above; without it, the signed contract would be rendered ineffective. She bent down to sign her name in the designated spot.
"Alright," Lu Nianxin stood up to bid him farewell. The man watched her enter the elevator, then turned and stretched his neck, his demeanor no longer radiating the approachable aura it had a moment ago.

A strikingly bold sports car designed for ladies pulled to a stop below the Pei Group building.
Lu Nianxin got out of the car and casually tossed the keys to the doorman, then turned and headed upstairs with the signed contract in her arms.
Passing by the secretary's office, she saw Wen Tang busily working at her desk and circled back: "Worn out, aren't you?"
Wen Tang didn't shift her gaze, her focus remained on the computer screen, "I'm alright, thank you Miss Lu for your concern."
"And you," she asked, "is the contract signed?"
