Just as Duke Wilson had stated, Edward and his entourage soon arrived.
"You are here, Your Highness," Duke Wilson greeted with a bow as they met at the door.
"Where is my wife?" Edward asked impatiently.
"You need to relax, Your Highness, she is not your wife, yet," Duke Wilson paused, excited to see the impatient look on Edward's face. It was obvious that Madeline had him tied around her fingers, which was a superb thing.
Edward sighed.
"And besides, you know the law of Asteria, we need to perform some activities before you decide to take my daughter out of my house," Duke Wilson continued with a smile.
Edward nodded, understanding the words of the Duke.
"Shall we?" Edward asked, and Duke Wilson led him into the mansion leaving behind the entourage.
