Adelaide's face heated with a strong color of red.
"You are currently a man, why is your face red?" Ethan teased Adelaide.
"That's enough teasing, let's go meet my dad," Adelaide ignored his teasing, although, the blush on her face had already increased.
Ethan gave in. He didn't bother to tease her anymore. He realized that they had better things to do.
Adelaide and Ethan walked around the halls of the building, coming into contact with several guards and maids, who greeted them politely.
A few minutes later, they arrived at a secluded room, and Adelaide frowned, seeing how deserted the door to the room looked.
"Why do you have a frown on your face?" Ethan asked as he noticed the frown on Adelaide's face.
"This room looks more deserted than usual," Adelaide pointed out, which caused Ethan's brows to become furrowed.
"What do you mean by that?" Ethan asked, completely unsure of what she was trying to say.
