After dinner, Samuel suggested they
take a stroll through the garden,
wanting to spend more time with Hana under the stars. As they walked hand in
hand, the fragrance of blooming flowers
filled the air, adding to the enchanting
atmosphere.
Samuel stopped near a cluster of roses,
picking one and presenting it to Hana.
"For you," he said softly.
Hana accepted the rose, her eyes
sparkling with happiness. "Thank you,
Samuel. It's lovely."
They continued their walk, the soft glow
of the garden lights casting a romantic
atmosphere around them. Samuel
pulled Hana close, his arm wrapped
around her waist. "You know, Hana, I
never thought I'd find someone who
makes me feel this way," he said, his
voice filled with emotion.
Hana looked up at him, her heart racing.
"I feel the same way, Samuel. You mean
everything to me."
They reached a secluded bench and sat
down, gazing at the stars. The silence
between them was comfortable, filled
with unspoken love and understanding.
Samuel turned to Hana, his eyes
reflecting the starlight. "You are my
world, Hana. I promise to always protect
you and keep you safe."
Hana leaned into him, feeling the
warmth of his embrace. "And I promise
to stand by your side, no matter what,"
she whispered.
The next morning, Hana got ready for
another day at the university. As she was
about to leave, Samuel stopped her, his
expression serious yet caring.
"I'll have a couple of my men keep an
eye on you at the university. They'll be
discreet, but it's just for your safety."
Hana smiled and nodded, appreciating
his concern. "Thank you, Samuel."
Samuel prepared to take Hana to the
university as usual. As they walked to the
car, Samuel held Hana's hand tightly, his
protective nature evident in every
gesture.
"Remember, if anything feels off, call me
immediately," he said, his tone serious
yet loving.
Hana nodded, appreciating his concern.
"I will, Samuel. I promise."
He kissed her forehead before opening
the car door for her. "Take care, my love.
I'll be here to pick you up later."
Hana smiled her heart full of love. "I'll be
counting down the minutes until I see
you again."
As Samuel drove her to the university,
he kept a watchful eye on the road, his
mind always thinking of ways to keep
her safe. And as he dropped her off at
the main gate, he watched her walk
inside, knowing that his love for her
would always be his greatest strength.
The next day, after dropping Hana off at
her university, Samuel received a letter
from Andre. It was a threat, explicitly
targeting Hana's life. The words on the
paper made Samuel's blood boil.
Without wasting a moment, he called
Hana, but she didn't answer. Panic
began to set in until he received a text
from her: "In class, can't talk now."
Relieved but still on edge, Samuel texted
back, "Take a half-day today and two
days off. It's important." Hana agreed
without question, trusting his judgment.
During lunch break, Hana approached
her class teacher to request leave. The
teacher, who held Hana in high respect,
bowed slightly and granted the
permission without hesitation. Hana
accompanied by Emily, walked towards
the cafeteria.
"What's going on?" Emily asked, sensing
the urgency in Hana's request.
"I don't know, but Samuel asked me to
take some time off. It must be serious,"
Hana replied, trying to mask her worry.
Meanwhile, in his office, Samuel was
restless. He decided to take action,
instructing his PA to drive him to the
university in his Rolls-Royce. As they
drove, the PA noticed Samuel's
uncharacteristic anxiety.
"Why are you so worried about this
task? You've always handled things
easily and without fear," the PA
remarked.
Looking out of the window, Samuel's
face was a mix of determination and
vulnerability. "Back then, I didn't have anything to lose or anyone to cry after
me. I had no reason to worry, nor did I
have a reason to stop. But now, I have
someone to lose, someone who would
cry for me, someone to worry about,
and a beautiful reason to spend my life.
And moreover," he added with angry
eyes, "I know Andre will do his best to
attack her."
As they reached the university, students
were once again stunned at the sight of
the luxurious car at the gates. Samuel
stepped out, his presence commanding
as ever. Hana noticed the crowd of
students and made her way through
them, her heart leaping at the sight of
Samuel.
She approached him, and without a
word, he took her hand and led her to
the car. "What's going on, Samuel?" she asked, sensing his tension.
"We'll talk at home," he replied, opening
the car door for her. "Let's get you out
of here first."
As Samuel and Hana drove away from
the university, Hana sensed the tension
in the air. "Samuel, what's wrong?" she
asked, her voice filled with concern.
Samuel glanced at her, his eyes
softening as he took her hand in his.
"Hana, you're not safe. Andre has
threatened your life. We're leaving the
city now, taking your mom and dad to
my safe house."
Before he could say another word, a
truck came out of nowhere and
slammed into their car. The impact was
jarring, sending shockwaves through the
vehicle. Hana's heart pounded as she
looked at Samuel, panic rising in her
chest. Samuel's PA tried to steer them
away, but it was too late. Cars and bikes
surrounded them, trapping them.
"Stay down, Hana!" Samuel ordered,
pushing her below the seat to keep her
safe. He drew his gun, ready for the
onslaught. The PA hit the gas, ramming
into the cars and bikes that had
surrounded them. The attackers opened
fire, bullets flying in every direction.
Samuel leaned out of the window, firing
back with deadly accuracy. One by one,
he took out their pursuers, his face a
mask of cold determination.
The PA swerved through the traffic,
expertly avoiding the bullets and
ramming into the enemy vehicles.
Despite their best efforts, the attackers
kept coming, their bikes roaring as they
closed in. Samuel continued shooting,
taking out riders and drivers with precise
shots. The air was thick with the smell of
burning rubber and gunpowder.
A car collided with them, causing their
vehicle to swerve violently. The PA fought to regain control, speeding
through the narrow streets, narrowly
avoiding obstacles. Samuel blasted
another car, causing it to explode in a
fiery wreck. The force of the explosion
sent shrapnel flying, damaging some of
the pursuing bikes and cars.
Despite the relentless attack, Samuel
and his PA managed to keep moving.
They were outnumbered, but Samuel's
sharpshooting and the PA's driving skills
kept them one step ahead. The sound of
gunfire was deafening, and the tension
in the car was palpable.
"We're almost there!" the PA shouted,
his knuckles white on the steering wheel.
Samuel nodded, reloading his gun. He
glanced at Hana, who was crouched
below the seat, her eyes wide with fear.
"Hold on, Hana. We're going to make it."
