As they neared Samuel's territory, the PA
floored the gas pedal, pushing the car to
its limits. They blasted through the final
line of attackers, leaving a trail of
destruction in their wake. Samuel took
out the last few bikes with well-placed
shots, causing them to crash and burn.
Finally, they crossed into Samuel's
territory. The remaining pursuers fell
back, not daring to follow them any
further. They knew better than to
encroach on Samuel's stronghold. The
PA drove through the gates, and they
slammed shut behind them, cutting off
any remaining threats.
Hana slowly emerged from her hiding
spot, her heart still racing. Samuel
holstered his gun and took her hand, his
touch reassuring. "We're safe now," he
said his voice steady but filled with a mix
of relief and residual tension.
The car came to a stop, and the PA
looked back at them. "We're home,
boss."
Samuel nodded. "Good job. Get the men
on high alert. This isn't over."
Hana looked at Samuel, her eyes filled
with worry. "Samuel, what just
happened?"
He sighed, pulling her into a comforting
embrace. "Andre's men were trying to
get to you. But you're safe now, Hana. I'll
make sure of it."
As they walked into the safety of their
home, Samuel's mind was already
working on the next steps. He knew
Andre wouldn't give up easily, and he
needed to prepare for whatever was
coming next. But for now, he was just
grateful that Hana was safe.
"We'll talk more about this later," he said
softly, kissing the top of her head. "For
now, let's just be grateful we made it
through."
Hana nodded, leaning into him. Despite
the chaos and danger they had just
faced, she felt a sense of security in
Samuel's arms. She knew that as long as
they were together, they could face
anything.
After the harrowing escape from the
attackers, Samuel knew he had to act
quickly. He called Hana's university to
inform them that she would not be
attending for a few days due to an
urgent family matter. Then, he turned
his attention to ensuring her safety.
Samuel's PA had already arranged to
bring Hana's parents to the safe house.
When they arrived, Samuel took a deep
breath and approached them, his face a mask of resolve and concern.

mask of resolve and concern.
"Mr. and Mrs. Lee," Samuel began, his
voice sincere and steady, "I know you're
worried about Hana. Andre's men have
targeted her, and I won't allow anything
to happen to her."
Hana's parents exchanged worried
glances, their anxiety evident. Samuel,
sensing their fear, dropped to his knees
in front of them. "Please," he pleaded,
"believe me when I say I will do everything in my power to keep her safe.
I love her more than anything, and I will
protect her with my life."
Hana's mother, tears in her eyes, looked
at Samuel and saw the sincerity in his
eyes. "We trust you, Samuel. Please, just
keep our daughter safe."
Samuel felt a lump in his throat. He
looked up at them, his eyes glistening
with emotion. "Amma, Papa," he said, to
show his deep respect and commitment,
"I swear on my life that I will protect her.
I know what Andre is capable of, and I
won't let him harm her."
Hana's father, who had remained silent,
finally spoke. "Samuel, if you love her
and promise to keep her safe, we will
trust you. But you must ensure no harm
comes to her."
Samuel nodded, still on his knees. "I
promise, Papa. I promise with all my
heart."
Hana, witnessing Samuel's heartfelt plea
and the concern in her parents' eyes,
couldn't hold back her tears. She rushed
to Samuel, wrapping her arms around
him. "I want to stay with you," she said
stubbornly, her voice choked with
emotion. "I don't want to leave your
side."
Samuel hugged her tightly, his heart
aching at the thought of being apart
from her. "Hana, your safety is the most
important thing to me. I need to know
you're safe, even if it means being apart
for a little while."
Hana cried, burying her face in his chest.
"But I don't want to leave you. I'm
scared."
Samuel gently lifted her face, looking
into her eyes. "I know, love. But this is
the best way to ensure you're safe. We'll
be together again soon, I promise. And
I'll come to you as soon as I can."
Tears streaming down her face, Hana
kissed him on the lips for the first time.
It was a soft, tender kiss, filled with all
the emotion she couldn't put into words.
Samuel responded, holding her close
and kissing her back with equal
tenderness.
After some time, they all prepared to
leave for the safe house. Samuel had
arranged for his private jet to take Hana
and her parents to a secure location,
guarded by five of his most trusted men,
two snipers, and a team of well-trained
martial artists. He was sending them to
his partner and best friend, Natasha,
who he knew would keep them safe.
As they boarded the jet, Samuel took
Hana's hand one last time. "Stay strong,
Hana. We'll be together soon, and this
nightmare will be over."
Hana nodded, her eyes still glistening
with tears. "I trust you, Samuel. Please,
be careful."
With a final hug and kiss, Samuel
watched as the jet took off, his heart
heavy but determined. He would stop at
nothing to protect the woman he loved,
even if it meant confronting his past and
facing his most dangerous enemy headon.
