"Show your badge and make your way inside...the ship will takeoff in five minutes," a guard ordered. Covered head to toe in armor, as he pointed towards a crowded, cheering, filled corridor.
"Oh I'm going sir, this place sucks and I'm glad I'm leaving," a woman said as she pulled her luggage in one hand and carrying a child in the other.
"Take a picture of me, I didn't put on this fancy outfit for nothing," a woman wearing a sunflower dress said, twirling in a circle, man wearing a floral shirt took a picture. A moment later a guard shoved them back into the moving line, "Keep the line moving, takeoff will be commencing shortly," another guard ordered, his monotone voice matching the other, the pair quickly shared a glance and merged into the sea of people.
"Last call for the Trip to the Rock," an automated woman's voice echoed, the crowd in the corridor quickly boarded the enormous transport as applause and cheers erupted.
Outside the corridor, a red light shined above it, moments later a woman seated behind a desk, hit a button that slowly sealed the corridors doors. People waiting inside of the hub port grew furious and irritate as they had hoped to be aboard the trip. Quickly guards pushed the agitated crowd towards the entrance of the hub, using their metal shields the guards proved successful.
"For your safety, please take mind in your panic that you are causing harm amongst others," the guards said in unison. Forming a straight line their Forming a straight line their shields interlocking with the next one, the crowd quietly murmured, slowly backing up the entrance doors.
"Thank you for your cooperation, please make your way the sight locations where you will have envious views of Lens city and mostly of our Emperor's Vision," the same woman at the desk cheered. Her white skin, peppered with freckles that matches her updo hair. With that the crowd slowly made their way outside, guards still close behind them, sealing and locking the door.
A endless sea of people gathered together to watch the transport takeoff into the blackened sky, so few chose to stay at their homes and watch history through a box. The ground began to shake violently as white smoke shot out from the transport, making the people quickly cover their faces. A white noise suddenly sounded off, the yellow and grey, 100 ton transport was suddenly in the sky. Just then the sounds of joy and happiness burst out from the crowd simultaneously, almost drowning out the sounds of the transport. All looked up to the sky, waving their hands with smiles joining along, as the flames from the transport grew smaller and smaller, indicating it to be on course. A moment later, the flame died out in an instant sending an immediate hush over the once joyous crowd.
