A massive city ruled by an extremely smart and cruel dictator, is running low on fresh water. The beach spanned for a mile, until a person could see the ocean, yet it is heavily guarded by a massive titanium wall. High paying jobs are rare in few; giving the few access to live in skylines, while others resorted to crime...just to live and make ends meet.
With that the dictator gave high rewards to mercenaries and the such to capture, notorious criminals.


Occupants of Lens City all with different morals and shades of skin. Some follow the laws and rules, but all know, to follow the High Emperors’ rule...
