That night, Rhea couldn't sleep. Questions swirled in her mind.
"Rohan, tell me about Nisha," Rhea asked, her voice soft.
Rohan sighed.
Rohan's eyes clouded as he began to share his past with Rhea. They sat on the couch, surrounded by the quiet of their living room.
"Nisha and I met in college," Rohan started. "We were young, carefree, and in love. Or so I thought."

Rhea's eyes welled up.
"Why didn't you tell me about Nisha?" she asked.
Rohan's gaze dropped.
"I didn't want to hurt you. I thought my past was just that – the past. But seeing Nisha at the wedding... it brought everything back."
Rhea's hand reached out, and Rohan took it.
"I'm glad you told me," she said. "I need to understand."
Rohan's eyes locked onto hers.
