Time nodded to himself, as he checked up his bouquet of roses. He smiled, as he smelled Molly's, as he liked to call his one and only true love, cooking.
She was a witch; he had been young. The love potion had been an attempt to get him to give her immortality.
Molly ate souls. That was how she kept her youth. But no one, not even she, could cheat Amos without a little help.
Time smiled, knocked on the door, and then took a deep breath. Now or never!
"Hello and welcome… oh," typical Molly, Time thought, as he pressed the roses under her chin.
"Hello, my love!" The gnome said, who had turned into a human for this meeting. Molly had never liked the idea of turning herself into a gnome.
