Chapter 2 - //2// You can't say no

Once everyone began to leave the hall, Arsenal waited behind, he couldn't make up his mind on whether or not to sneak to his dormitory while there were still so many people in the hall. Besides, how long was he going to hide from Lisa?

As the number of people in the hall reduced, Arsenal stood up and walked up to the window. He looked to the left and right and hoped that he wasn't going to see Lisa, and luckily she was nowhere to be seen.

"Damm, thank God."

He heaved a sigh of relief, holding onto his books like before, and headed out.

Unfortunately, as he stepped out of the hall, a young lady approached him, so quickly that he didn't get a chance to ignore her.

"Lisa?" He was startled, and surprised because he was certain that she was not in the hallway when he checked.

"Please, I don't want Edmonds' problems, I don't want to talk to you, okay, just stay away from me…

"Please, Arsenal," she cut him off, her expression changed all of a sudden, and it appeared that she was in so much distress and needed help.

"I need your help, please." She added, and Arsenal could not discern whether it was acting or not. Besides, why would she a diva like herself need his help?

"Why me?" He wondered, out of the hundreds of students, richer and more handsome, Why would she choose the poor brat to help with anything at all?

"I know it's weird," she continued, and took Arsenal by the hand, but he withdrew thm very quickly before moving to the side of the hall since they were blocking the entrance.

"Don't worry, Edmond is not coming after you, I already told him that I was coming to meet you because you are the only person that can help me. But… if you refuse to then he will come after you."

"A threat?" Asked Arsenal.

"It wouldn't be unless you decline," Lisa replied.

So far, Arsenal could only assume that she truly needed help. If Lisa had only acted nice to him just for a favor then he'd know that something was fishy, but a threat was akin to her genuine personality.

Taking a deep breath, he asked,

"What do you want?"

"I'm glad you agreed," Lisa retorted, briskly,

"I don't want to fail this coming test, so I need you to…

"I am an architectural student," Arsenal interjected,

"I know nothing about economics."

Lisa scoffed,

"I'm not a fool," she said,

"I already knew that. I didn't come here to ask you to teach me economics, at least without giving you guidelines. Listen carefully."

She leaned over to whisper something into his ears, but Arsenal moved away, thinking that she wanted to kiss him.

"What's wrong with you? A hot girl has never been this close to you before?" Lisa snapped, clearly irritated by his behaviour.

"Just Listen, I don't want to say it out for people to hear," once she said that, Arsenal composed himself and she whispered into his ear.

"I have a copy of tomorrow's test papers, and I want you to take them, do the necessary research and write down all the correct answers. Bring it back to me before the end of the day."

"Ah!" Arsenal gasped.

"Be quiet!" Lisa gave him a deadly stare,

"I swear, Edmond will make a snack out of you if this gets out."

"I'm sorry, I can't do this… I'll get caught and expelled." Arsenal pleaded with her and turned to leave, but she caught him by the hand and said.

"You can't back off now! You already know about the papers because I told you, do you want me to believe that you would not report me to the admin?"

Her gaze on Arsenal was intense, and the poor fellow could barely say a word, this was one of the many things he had avoided for such a long time, yet it still met him.

"Look, I'll pay you," Lisa added,

"Judging by my status, you know that money ain't my problem. I'll give you 1k for every subject, and there are twelve subjects, so imagine how much you'll earn?"

Arsenal was dumbstruck, one thousand dollars would do so much for him let alone twelve thousand dollars. He also knew that Lisa wasn't lying to him because she had that much money and more.

Her father was the director of procurement in the state, just two weeks ago she had spent a hundred thousand dollars on her birthday party on a yacht with a few students.

But what if the risk involved was not worth it? What if he gets caught? Not even her money will save him from getting expelled.

"You can't say no… I already told you." Lisa included with a sanctimonious smirk, and watched Arsenal close his eyes in frustration.

"Okay," He agreed,

"But how do I know that this will not get out?"

"It's all in your hands, once you get the answers, send me a soft copy and burn the papers, I don't care."

"Come with me, I'll give them to you immediately." She ordered Arsenal and began walking toward the girl's dorm.

It was a place that he had never been to before, and her dorm was more luxurious than he had imagined. If not that it was still on the school premises, anyone would think it was her home.

She invited him inside, and Arsenal agreed. To avoid trouble he would have stayed out, but since he was meant to secretly receive those papers, he had no choice.

He waited for her in the living room while she walked into her bedroom to get the papers she promised.

His heart raced as he thought about the terrible thing he was getting into, hoping that the devil will not use this to ruin his years of studies.

Arsenal just hope that he will get it over with soon, use the money to pay off the school and write his test peacefully.

However, when Lisa came out of the room, she had no papers with her, rather she was almost undressed, with nothing but a female vest and underwear.

Arsenal tried not to think dirty, he quickly averted his gaze and acted normal, but then she called his attention.

"The paper is on top of a shelf in the room," she said,

"And I can't reach it."

"Shit," Arsenal mumbled, feeling a bit trapped. But he stood up anyway and tried not to look at her as he walked into the room. He had every reason to suspect that something was wrong, but Arsenal reminded himself that Lisa will not stood so low to lay with him.

But as soon as he walked, Lisa closed the door and locked him in. He didn't notice the key to the door was on the other side making it easy for Lisa after which she picked up her phone from the couch.

"Hey!" Arsenal knocked from inside the room, when he realised what she had done.

"What are you doing, let me out!"

But Lisa ignored him and quickly dialed Edmonds's number. When he picked up, she quickly changed her tone to make him think that she was in danger.

"Please come to my dormitory," she cried,

"Someone broke in, and tried to sleep with me but I was able to escape and locked him in the bedroom, please come quickly, I beg you… I'm so scared that he will break the door."
