How would you feel if you died just as you were about to reach the pinnacle of your life? What's more, your death was not caused by your own fault, but by the fault of someone else who even seemed unreliable.
If you were to ask me how I feel right now, I would probably say that it honestly feels quite bland. What's more, I am currently sitting on a fragile and cheap-looking wooden plank while oscillating between the earth and the moon.
Staring at the earth that looked like a giant ball in front of me, I somehow felt that all the achievements I had made so far felt meaningless.
If I had known this would happen, I should have gotten rich sooner before losing that feeling.
Before that I was just a simple guy who had been climbing the career ladder for seven years, right after I graduated from high school when I was 17 years old, my life was fine as I slowly began to improve my family's economy and started opening up some electronics stores in remote areas, but all of that had to be ruined just because of the carelessness of an unknown man who possessed cosmic-level power.
While I was still thinking about some things in my previous life, the stupid man sitting beside me, the one who since the beginning of my arrival had always said things that I couldn't understand was the entity responsible for my previous death.
Although he claimed that he was an admin of some world and still had a boss at work, I was a little skeptical that this guy would last long with this job.
Although I didn't understand most of the things he was talking about but I still understood a small part of one small part of his explanation, firstly because he was having continuous losses in the game, so he threw his cell phone to the earth and it magically hit my head and I magically died from it.
Not a cool way to die at all, at least let Truck-kun pick me up.
"So as I've explained before, even though you look physically dead, but I managed to pull out your soul right before my cell phone crushed your skull, so as compensation I'll grant your three wishes, but there's a limit, understand!"
Despite looking stupid and strange-looking, this man was quite reasonable and made me retract my earlier words calling him unreliable.

"I haven't even finished my request, and also, why? Isn't this system just standard equipment for transmigrants?" I complained with some annoyance.
"There's no way that system is too powerful and could affect the balance of the world, and I don't want the events of ten thousand years ago to repeat themselves, but calm down I can still allow other things" he explained.
"What about Anos?" I tried to propose.
"Rejected, it's also too damaged for the world you'll be living in after this"
"Then what about the rimuru?"

"No!" Although this man only had an abstract form when in front of me, I could somehow see the mocking look in his eyes as he continued to refuse my request, Damn that pissed me off!!!
It seems that I can only take the path of zero to hero like most of those shounen manga protagonists, but thinking of the world I'll visit after this makes me a little excited.
And it seems that aligning my power with the powerful people in that world would be quite good, but the problem is what kind of power should I take?
While powerful types of powers such as time manipulation have been taken away which makes my options limited and this stupid man also said earlier that I shouldn't have powers similar to the original occupation to avoid chaos in the world wheel system.
However when I thought for a moment, an idea popped into my head, if I couldn't have the power to control time why couldn't I have a power that could disrupt time?
Like gravity manipulation, perhaps?
While it may not look impressive or cool, let's not forget that gravity is one of the most powerful things in the universe, even with extreme force it can bend space and time itself.
Imagine if I could create a singularity that could be freely controlled, wouldn't that be pretty cool!
However, as cool as it might seem, in reality, in that world there was even a little girl who was able to seal the movement of the earth's rotation. So, if I think about it, gravity manipulation probably won't be too impressive.
But it's still better than nothing, and let's not forget that I'll be very different from all the Spirit girls out there.
"I've already decided! For the first request, I want to become a spirit with the power of gravity manipulation! I want to be a pure spirit as my race, without the Sephira Crystal inside me!" I said excitedly, while the man looked interested.
"Oh? Gravity? That's pretty good, especially if you can create something like a black hole, that's fine"
"And for the second request, I want the ability to travel to other fictional worlds! And before you refuse, I'll use the second and third requests for this request!"
The moment I saw that the man was about to refuse, I immediately made another offer, sacrificing two requests at once for this might sound stupid, but who knows if the anime world I'll visit in the future will have a much stronger power system?
The man paused for a moment before sighing.
"Are you sure you want to sacrifice two wishes for something like this?"
"Yes! I'm sure!" I replied confidently.
" Okay, I'll give you the ability to travel between dimensions, but you can only do so with an equivalent sacrifice, be it the Spirit energy you'll soon possess or any other form of payment, I don't care what you do after this, but just remember not to overdo it."
Right after he said that, extreme silence began to occur around me, different from the previous state where despite the silence I still felt the life forms on earth, but right now it seemed to have been cut off completely.
"I hope you won't regret anything in the future, and I pray that you live a better life" right after those words were spoken, an overwhelming drowsiness slowly hit me.
I slowly began to fall asleep.
