After absorbing sufficient energy in the Captain's office, it was already noon. Jun An left the office, supporting his waist, nearly reduced to a husk. It seemed that last night she had still shown some restraint, as Jun An's human body simply couldn't handle such exertion.
When Yalina saw Jun An emerge from the office supporting his waist, she left with a trembling and guilty expression, clearly misunderstanding something again.
In reality, because most work had been delegated to Cocolia, leaving Himeko with basically nothing to do, she had been... occupied until noon, which was now rest time.
After an afternoon of contemplation, Jun An made a decision - he must first seek out Mobius, prepared to join if he couldn't win against her.
At dinner time, Jun An explained his thoughts.
"Himeko, Theresa, I've decided to stop being human. I want to become a Fusion Warrior!"
Jun An declared seriously while eating from a table full of yang-replenishing tonics.
Himeko poured Jun An a cup of wolfberry tea and said earnestly, "Captain, are you serious? Have you forgotten what Theresa said? Once you become a Fusion Warrior, you won't be able to grow up anymore. I still wanted to experience watching you grow up."
Jun An replied wearily, "This isn't some raising simulation game. Besides, don't you already play with me from beginning to end anyway?"
Dissatisfied, Himeko placed some deer blood jelly in Jun An's bowl. "That's not what I meant about specific body parts. Besides, having a body that never grows up has many downsides - just ask Theresa."
Jun An looked down at Theresa who was... occupied under the table, feeling increasingly convinced of the necessity to become a Fusion Warrior.
Theresa, seemingly sensing their gaze, paused her activities. "Mm, being stuck as a child does have many inconveniences. Like being treated as a kid, not being able to reach the brake pedals properly, needing Judah's help to reach snacks on top of the fridge... even this requires considering the Captain's size, it's already becoming difficult to handle."
Theresa looked at Jun An somewhat reproachfully, his impressive stature allowing her to see only half his face. "This isn't exactly a normal size for children, is it?"
Though Theresa hadn't seen many, she had read Jun An's records extensively. At her age of fifty, she knew what was considered normal.
Theresa continued her activities, mumbling, "If it gets any bigger, I don't think I could manage."
But then she had a thought, "Come to think of it, maybe it's better if the Captain never grows up? If the Captain grows bigger, would there still be room for me?"
After all, the Captain's current form was already a perfect fit, if he grew larger wouldn't that mean...
Himeko, while feeding Jun An, said, "I heard girls' bodies can adapt. What are you worried about, Theresa? As long as the Captain grows up with you, you'll still be able to handle it."
Theresa remained concerned, "But what if my body can't adjust while I sleep? I've heard it can be painful if things don't fit properly."
Though Theresa had stronger recovery abilities than most, she wasn't a masochist. She still longed for more normal expressions of affection.
"Theresa, we're both parental figures here. You can't just think about yourself."
Himeko continued feeding Jun An, "If he stays that small forever, while it might appeal to certain preferences, it would cause unnecessary complications in daily life. You know that better than anyone, right?"
Theresa stopped her activities in protest, using her hands to argue, "You just want to experience being filled completely! Can't you just use your toys for that?"
Listening to their argument, Jun An felt like a thousand alpacas were stampeding through his mind.
"I think we're getting off track here. The issue isn't whether I should grow up, but whether I can grow up at all."
Jun An put down his chopsticks and pressed Theresa's head down as punishment. "I feel like I'm about to die, okay?"
Theresa's small mouth was soft, and having the Grand Bishop of Destiny serve him was quite satisfying. The Captain's punishment lasted about ten seconds.
After cleaning up, Theresa rose and wiped her mouth with a napkin, savoring the moment before saying embarrassedly, "Well, Himeko and I are getting on in years, please be understanding, Captain."
Himeko immediately objected, "You're the only one getting old here, Theresa. You're over fifty, while I'm only in my twenties."
While Himeko's demeanor might seem mature for her age, she was undoubtedly still in her prime, and thanks to her Houou genes, she would remain so indefinitely.
As for Theresa, she was simply a century-old virgin.
Jun An suddenly understood - they were unleashing decades of pent-up desires on him, weren't they?
"But you can't keep going like this. Himeko uses me during the day, then Theresa comes at night. This body won't last!"
Jun An was just a normal human now; this couldn't continue.
"It's because the Captain took so long to resurrect! We just can't help staying close now that you're back."
Theresa sat next to Jun An, acting cute, "But the Captain will forgive adorable Theresa, right?"
Himeko deeply empathized - seeing someone they thought long dead suddenly reappear, their half-frozen hearts began burning again. Who could resist?
A year was far too long for Himeko, who had just become a Fusion Warrior.
If not for work, if not for Theresa's presence, Himeko would want to stay with Jun An all day, tie him up so he couldn't leave, just keeping him by her side forever.
But now it was about the Captain's survival.
"Theresa, stop fooling around."
Himeko sighed, "How about we reduce it to just three times each per day?"
"Wait, you were planning on ten times daily?!"
Jun An was shocked. He thought they were just making up for lost time, but they really weren't treating him as human!
Himeko and Theresa averted their eyes, feeling somewhat guilty about this.
Himeko coughed twice, "Anyway, Captain, we've heard your complaint. Theresa and I will show more restraint. About becoming a Fusion Warrior, please consider it carefully. Not being able to grow up isn't a small matter."
Becoming a Fusion Warrior truly meant no longer being human. The body would basically remain fixed at the time of transformation - Liliya and Rozaliya were in similar situations.
"That's not a problem. Besides, Fusion Warriors' bodies aren't truly unchanging. Though the cycle is longer, they still grow."
Theresa's eyes instantly lit up, "So you mean I'll still grow up?"
"Yes, but it'll take at least ten thousand years."
Jun An's words shattered Theresa's dream of quickly experiencing Himeko's... affections.
Jun An remembered it took Gray Serpent
fifty thousand years to grow, while Moondown took ten thousand. Though it was difficult for someone like Jun An to comprehend such timeframes, it at least proved that Fusion Warriors still experienced some form of aging and mortality.
"Well, if that's your decision, Captain, Theresa and I won't stop you."
Himeko began piling deer essence into Jun An's bowl, "Eat up. Once you're full, in three days, Theresa and I will take you to the Land of Past Pleasures."
"Three days? Why three days? Can't we go tomorrow?"
Jun An found Himeko's gaze somewhat frightening.
"Oh, because Theresa can only stay here for three days, and that's about how much free time I've squeezed out of pressuring Cocolia."
Himeko moved behind Jun An, holding his shoulders to prevent escape, and licked her lips, "Captain, I'm guessing this trip will take quite a while, so let's use these few days to... fulfill our remaining quota all at once."
