Chapter 2 I became an NPC?! (1)

[Morning, in a certain room]
"Umm..." slowly opening my heavy eyelids, I woke up after a long night.
"Aaahnn..." yawned loudly. My spirit was much more refreshed, because I slept earlier, right?
"Ah right! The bug! Has it been fixed yet?" I immediately sat up, quickly ran to the table with the intention of opening the laptop and checking if the app had fixed the bug yet.
I suddenly stopped for a moment, my mind was spinning. I fell to my knees and groaned nonstop.
"What the fuck...why does my head hurt like hell? AHHHHHH"
I was aware that my living habits were very bad. But I had never experienced such pain before. It hurt like thousands of ants were biting my head.
'Could it be because I slept too much last night?' I heard that sleeping too much is bad for the brain, is this the result?
I'm not sure about that, but now my mind is quite hazy, all my thoughts are intermittent and unclear. But gradually the headache is also less.
I was about to let out a breath when suddenly another pain came, this time my whole body was in pain. The pain was heartbreaking, I felt like every muscle in my body was twisted in a hideous way. My bones felt like they were breaking, my body felt like it was twisting itself at some strange angle.
"AHHHHHHHH. Damn it!!!" I screamed in utter agony.
'What the hell is happening to me...'
The pain was getting worse and I couldn't take it anymore, the last thing I remembered before I passed out was that I was lying on the floor.
---
I don't know how much time passed, but the pain finally subsided and I slowly woke up.
Slowly standing up, I regained my vision. My left hand rubbed my head while my body was still trembling, I slowly moved to the table.
"Wait..." my pupils narrowed, my lips moved. I immediately turned around and observed everything around me, I couldn't believe what was before my eyes.
'This isn't my room!' That was my first thought after seeing everything clearly.
The room I was standing in looked nothing like my bedroom!
My breathing started to become rapid, I still couldn't believe my eyes.
'Is this a dream? Or an illusion?'
I pinched my cheek hard.
"Ouchh!"
...
'That's not right! If it was a dream, how could I feel pain?' My mind was spinning, the gears in my brain were working crazily. My heart was beating so fast that I felt like it was about to jump out of my chest.
'I need to calm down' I closed my eyes, trying to catch my breath. Inhale, exhale, repeat until the feeling of shortness of breath lessened.
"Phew...what's the situation now..." Opening my eyes, I once again observed my surroundings.
All around me was a completely unfamiliar room, it had a futuristic style, not much but I was sure it was not like the usual architectural forms.
Observing more closely, I noticed on the table was an object that looked like a metal bracelet. It was silver in color with a simple design, a small blue stone attached to the top.
I frowned and observed it carefully. After a while, realizing that it looked harmless, I picked it up to take a closer look.
"It's a bracelet...right?" I muttered.
After a while, I decided to take a risk. I put the bracelet on my hand. Hoping nothing bad would happen.
As soon as I put it on, the bracelet quickly shrunk to fit my wrist. Then, a holographic image shot out of the blue stone on the bracelet. The stone had turned green.
"What the hell?!" I took a step back in surprise, my feet tripped over each other and I fell to the ground.
"Ouch..." I grimaced, feeling sore. With a feeling of discomfort, I looked at the projection floating on the bracelet. On it were basic information and an image of someone I had never seen before.

Name: Danz Grayson
Age: 16
...(and some other information related to identity verification, similar to citizen identification, ID cards of all kinds)

"...Who?" My face was completely blank. I swear to God that I had never seen the face on the profile before.
My brain froze for a moment. My eyes were staring at the projection.
A wild thought suddenly flashed through my mind. But with the situation I was currently experiencing, the possibility of it was very high.
I immediately stood up and walked towards the smaller door next to the wardrobe. I opened the door, behind which, as I guessed, was the bathroom.
I quickly walked towards the mirror, looking straight into it. My pupils narrowed.
"Ahh... is that really so..." my lips trembled. My right hand was raised, trembling. I placed my hand on my face and started moving. The reflection in the mirror was exactly what I was doing at that moment.
"Really transmigrated..."
I just stood there staring at the mirror for a while. After about 10 minutes, I regained my composure and began to take a closer look at this new body.
This body had a pretty good-looking face, but not handsome. The only word that could be used to describe this appearance was "Ordinary". This face was exactly the face of a genuine NPC. A face that was almost generic and had a pitifully low sense of existence.
A little long, straight black hair that covered the eyes and a face that had nothing special about it. The skin was white but pale and lifeless, with two large dark circles under the eyes.
Perhaps the only thing that stood out to me on this face was the eyes that were partially covered by the bangs. Lifting the hair up, I saw a pair of mysterious purple eyes. I felt that if I stared at these eyes for too long, I would be drawn away. But in just a blink of an eye, that feeling was completely wiped away as my bang fell back into place and covered the eyes again.
'An illusion?' The vague feeling made me feel uncomfortable, I gently rubbed my eyes and looked at the mirror again.
This time, nothing has happened.
"It must be an illusion," I shook my head slightly, once again blaming my long sleep.
'Sleeping too much is not good'
After that, I looked down at "my body".
'This body's name is Danz, right?' I recalled the information that was shot out from the bracelet just now. Then I began to observe the body more closely.
Danz was wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts.
'Strange, this body is wearing the same clothes as my original body before transmigration' I was a little surprised for a moment. But I quickly regained my composure.
'This kind of clothes are also common, maybe it's just a coincidence'
Hmm, it must be like that. No matter how you look at it, this body is someone else's. I transmigrated myself into this body, how could I bring the clothes from the previous world?
The more I thought about it, the more I felt that this thought was correct, so I ignored it and continued observing Danz's body.
Danz had a rather skinny body, or I would say weak. With average height, not much muscle development.
"Almost the same as my original body..." I muttered while the corner of my lips twitched.
"I transmigrated and still have to endure the same body as before, I'm so unlucky" I laughed sarcastically.
'At least he's healthy'
It seems like Danz doesn't have any illness except for being a little skinny. Or at least that's how I feel...
"That's enough observation, I should check out some other information about this world"
After saying that, I turned around and walked out of the bathroom.

Author here. This chapter is a bit long and drawn out, huh? Please bear with me, it's the beginning so I'll describe it a bit more thoroughly...
