thoughts, he heard Vani's voice in his ear, "Ranveer, what's your plan ahead?" To this, Ranveer responded, "Enough is enough, Vani. I will put an end to the terror of that father and son duo. I don't want others to suffer the way I and the orphanage have. Now, their destruction is the only option left." After hearing Ranveer's determination, Vani nodded in agreement.
Ranveer was walking briskly towards his school. It was around 8:00 AM, and since it was January, people were wearing jackets. Some were warming themselves by the fire, while others were drinking hot tea to fight off the cold. Meanwhile, many were heading out for their daily work. Cars, bikes, and buses were rushing down the streets, creating the typical busy atmosphere of a big city. In a short time, Ranveer reached the school gate. However, upon arrival, he felt an eerie silence engulfing the campus. The once lively school now seemed deserted, almost as if it were a haunted place where people would fear of tread.
Though the school appeared quiet, students and teachers were still coming and going. When some students saw Ranveer, they were shocked because, as far as they knew, Aryan Saxena had his father send some men to track Ranveer down, and rumors had it that those men had killed him on the very same day. The students, management, and teachers were all terrified that Aryan might get angry at them if they did something to upset him, fearing he would treat them the same way he had treated Ranveer. But now, seeing Ranveer safe and sound, they began whispering among themselves, though still in hushed voices, as they were still scared of Aryan's wrath. Even though Aryan himself hadn't come to school that day, his henchmen had.
As soon as Ranveer stepped inside the school premises, he heard the sound of someone being beaten up. It didn't take long for Ranveer to figure out who might be behind it, so he quickly headed in that direction. When he got closer, he saw five or six boys mercilessly beating up one student. He suspected it had something to do with Aryan or his friends, but he wanted to confirm it with his own eyes.
When he got near, he saw that the group of boys were ganging up on someone. One of them taunted, "Did you really think your two-bit friend could escape the thugs Aryan sent after him? No, he couldn't. He died that very day! And you used to ride high on his back. Now, what should we do with you, huh?" Then he mockingly quoted a famous movie dialogue, "Should we kill you or let you go? Tell us, what should we do with you?"
Ranveer's blood boiled when he realized that the person they were beating was none other than his best friend, Sanjay. Ranveer shouted at the guy who was hitting Sanjay, "Stop right there, Farooq, or you'll end up dead for no reason today." When Farooq saw someone interrupting him, he turned around angrily. But when he saw Ranveer's face, he laughed and said to his friends, "Look, look who's here!" His friends chimed in mockingly, "Oh, the coward is here!" And they all burst into laughter.
Farooq sneered at Ranveer, "Why, loser? Last time Aryan had you running scared when he sent those guys after you. You were hiding like a rat, and now, just because Aryan's not here, you think you can act all tough? Don't you think it's time you gave up this attitude of yours? Or do you want us to burn that orphanage of yours to the ground? You're as good as dead anyway; we just need to decide when to finish you off!" Farooq then laughed again, and so did his friends.
Ranveer didn't react much. Instead, he calmly walked towards Sanjay. Seeing Ranveer approach, Sanjay shouted, "Ranveer, why did you come here? Run away, or they'll call their demon friend to finish you off!" Seeing Sanjay trying to warn Ranveer, Farooq swung a punch at him. But before it could land, Ranveer had already stepped between them, grabbing Farooq's hand mid-air. With a single move, Ranveer threw Farooq against a wall, and Farooq crashed into it before falling face-first to the ground.
When Farooq's friends saw how easily Ranveer had thrown him, they all attacked Ranveer together. But Ranveer simply shook his head and swiftly beat every one of them. When they were all lying on the ground groaning in pain, Ranveer turned to Sanjay and helped him up. He then started leading him to the school's medical facility, but not before turning to the fallen boys and saying, "You guys don't have the strength to take me on. So, hurry up and call your 'daddy.' Though even he isn't much of a challenge for me, at least he might bring a few people to make this interesting." With that, Ranveer walked off with Sanjay towards the medical facility.
As Ranveer was beating up Farooq and his gang, a crowd of students and teachers had gathered around again. Many of the students were happy to see that Ranveer had returned and had dealt with Farooq and his gang. Some were so relieved that they had tears in their eyes, as they had been tortured by Aryan and his friends for the past five days. However, the teachers were once again worried about Ranveer, knowing that this terrifying cycle of violence would likely repeat, something they desperately wanted to avoid. Yet they couldn't understand where Ranveer had suddenly gotten this courage from, enough to return to school despite the danger.
As Ranveer and Sanjay approached the medical facility, Vani suddenly appeared in her holographic form in front of Ranveer and said, "Well done, my boy. This is exactly what I expected from you. Now, as soon as they call that guy, kill him. You might think I'm warmongering, but I'm not. These people aren't even worth my attention. I just want you to end this quickly so you can focus on your exams, which start on February 15. I don't want my master's student to score low on a trivial exam. So, you need to study. The good news is that your brain is now much faster than before, so what used to take you 10 minutes to learn will now only take one or two."
Ranveer, smiling at Vani's praise, replied, "I know Aryan will react once he hears I'm back. I was surprised they didn't investigate after I killed some of his men yesterday." Vani explained, "That was because of me. I hacked their phones and used voice mimicking to trick Rishi Saxena into thinking that Mohan Desai and his men were handling it."
Hearing this, Ranveer couldn't help but laugh. Seeing Ranveer laugh for no apparent reason, Sanjay looked confused and asked, "Why are you laughing? I don't get it." Ranveer replied, "Nothing, I'm just thinking about Aryan's reaction when he finds out. It's going to be fun to watch." Sanjay, too, started laughing but then quickly became serious and said, "Ranveer, that's all fine, but why did you come back to school? Aryan might bring his father's men this time, and they might even have guns. You know how our school management is—they get scared of the smallest things!"
Realizing how worried Sanjay was, Ranveer put his hand on Sanjay's shoulder and reassured him, "Don't worry, your friend isn't afraid of these dangers. And as for Aryan and his father, don't you think I've planned something for them too? Do you really think a school topper like me would walk into danger without a plan?" Hearing Ranveer's confident words, Sanjay made a face and replied, "Don't act too smart. There's not much difference between you and me. You're a backbencher, and so am I. The only reason you're a little better is because you're good at studying. And by good, I mean you remember everything instantly. Otherwise, I know all your mischief."
"But you should know that there was nothing wrong with it because none of it was against the law." When Sanjay heard this defense from Ranveer, he said, "Granted, just last year in 2031, our government lowered the legal age for sex to 16, but was it really right to do all that?"
Ranveer laughed and replied, "What was wrong with it? She wanted it too. It was her wish that five guys would have sex with her at once, and that's exactly what we did. But, man, she was something else. Even today, when I think about that day, every part of my body gets excited."
Hearing this, Sanjay looked at Ranveer with disdain and said, "You've always been like this. You just act all good in front of teachers and at your orphanage, but deep down, you're a backbencher of the backbenchers."
Ranveer didn't argue with Sanjay and simply said, "Look, man, no action is wrong if it's legally correct. And think about it: in the old days, kings used to have 50 wives, so why can't a woman have sex with five guys at once? On one hand, we talk about gender equality, and on the other, when a woman tries to do something like this, we label her as wrong. And don't forget, we have a classmate whose father married three women, and all three wives live together. Have you forgotten about that?"
Hearing this, Sanjay gave Ranveer a thumbs up. Ranveer didn't fully understand what it meant, but he knew he had won the argument, and that was enough for him.
As they continued talking, they finally reached the medical facility, unaware that a much bigger problem was waiting for them.
