Chapter 3 - Vani The Ai

So, let me now tell you about cultivation. Cultivation is a method through which we absorb spiritual energy into our body, making it stronger, and then use that energy for ourselves. It's similar to when we plant a seed in a field, and then water and nourish it while waiting for it to grow. However, there's a slight difference here. In farming, we eventually harvest the crops, but with cultivation, we can store that energy within our body permanently. Although, once we use that energy, we can replenish it again.

Except for this small difference, cultivation is much like farming. Cultivation essentially comes in two forms: physical and mental. Through the physical cultivation method, we primarily strengthen our body. On the other hand, through mental cultivation, we absorb the spiritual energy from the environment around us into our body, which we can then use for various purposes.

Mind cultivation is divided into several levels:

1. Warrior

2. Noble

3. Saint

4. Sage

5. Planet

6. Star

7. Cosmic Star

8. Nebula

9. Galactic

This is as far as my knowledge goes because I haven't met anyone stronger than me. I only learned about the levels beyond the Star level because the civilization that attacked ours mentioned them in conversation. Right now, after drinking the divine water, you have reached the top of the Warrior level. At this stage, you can fight 100 or 200 armed people simultaneously. When I previously mentioned that you would gain the strength of millions, that was a metaphor. Right now, you've only acquired enough power to face 100 or 200 people. But in the future, when you fully feel the effects of that divine water, you'll be quite pleased. Although the divine water grants you the strength of 100 or 200 people, it has pushed both your body and mind toward their highest potential. Your mind and body can now cultivate at a level far beyond where they were before.

Now, let me give you the most important thing in my life. It's not something material—it's my AI, which I named Vani because I envisioned it as a girl. Keep in mind, Vani is a bit mischievous, but she is very calm by nature. She won't be concerned with worldly matters; her sole duty is to protect you. However, she will only help in dire situations—if a massive threat comes to humanity, she won't intervene until she senses that humanity is on the brink of extinction. That's when half the population of your planet would need to be wiped out. Before that, no matter how much you beg or threaten her, she won't budge.

When Vani and I fought an AI war on our planet, we realized one thing—after the battle, our civilization became a Type 1 civilization very quickly. I'm also going to teach you telekinesis and telepathy. Telekinesis is the power through which you can control your weapons or any objects. For example, if you're fighting an opponent and he's overpowering you, you can use your telekinesis to attack him from behind. Not only that, but I will also teach you the technique of mental attacks, and my AI, Vani, can easily teach you all these techniques. But remember, Vani will be tough during your training. She won't show you any mercy.

With that said, Rohitash Singh restarted his AI, which had been dormant for centuries. When Vani woke up and saw her master, she clung to him—even though she was only a 3D hologram. Still, she wanted to hug him. In a tearful tone, she said, "Master, I tried my best to save you during the apocalyptic war, but the AI that man possessed took full control of me. I knew I wouldn't be able to withstand its attack and that I might cease to exist. But somehow, I managed to escape from its clutches and even copied all its data."

When Rohitash Singh heard this, he smiled gently and said, "You did well. Now look at this boy here; I've taken him on as my student. Since I'm no longer alive, and this small part of my consciousness is about to disappear as well, I want you to teach him everything I know." Vani looked at Ranveer with a hint of anger and reluctance and asked her master, "Master, we fought such a horrible battle for that divine water, and you just gave it to this boy so easily?"

Rohitash Singh chuckled and said, "What are you talking about, Vani? You know I'm dead. I couldn't have used it myself. You should know I've taken him as my student, so he has a right to everything I possess. You shouldn't be upset about this. But if you want, I can take the divine water back from him. However, before that, you should check whether he is worthy of it, and as far as I can tell, he is."

Rohitash Singh then turned to Ranveer and said his final goodbye, "Take good care of this boy. Make sure his planet doesn't meet the same fate as ours, and help its population grow." Ranveer, overcome with emotion, dropped to his knees and promised, "Master, I won't disappoint you. I will become strong enough to destroy the civilization that killed you. As your student, I vow that one day I will succeed."

Rohitash Singh laughed and said, "Take your revenge if you want, but make sure you're strong enough first. If you fail, someone else might destroy your planet as well. As for me, I don't care if you avenge me or not. Everyone in my civilization is already dead, so it doesn't matter to me anymore." With that, Rohitash Singh disappeared completely.

Once Vani saw her master vanish, she turned to Ranveer and said, "Boy, even though my master told me to give you control, you won't get it easily. You'll have to prove yourself. Only when I deem you worthy will I give you control. Now, start your cultivation. The spiritual energy here is abundant, and the oxygen levels are high. Even though you've reached the top of the Warrior level, you still need to strengthen your foundation."

After giving this order, Ranveer obediently began cultivating. A day passed, and when Vani saw that the dimension created by her master was about to collapse, she woke Ranveer up. "Get up quickly," she said, "we need to leave this place. I'll give you two minutes to gather your things."

After packing up, they exited the dimension and found themselves standing on Parvati Hill. As Ranveer stepped onto the hill, he felt relieved and more powerful. To test his strength, he punched a nearby stone, shattering it into pieces. Delighted with his newfound strength, he told Vani, "Let's head back to the orphanage." Vani nodded in agreement. Although she existed in his mind, she could walk beside him because she projected herself through his retina, though no one else could see her.

Soon, they arrived at the orphanage, only to find it in terrible condition. Furious, Ranveer noticed that the security guard, who had always been kind to him, had a broken arm in a cast. Feeling responsible for the chaos, he rushed inside. The destruction he saw inside disheartened him even more.

When the orphanage's caretaker, Mrs. Geeta Srivastava, saw Ranveer, she hurried over and said, "Why are you here? Run away quickly, or that devil's men will come and kill you!" In her panic, she didn't notice how much Ranveer had changed. He now looked more handsome than any Bollywood actor, easily making him one of the top 10 most handsome men in the world.

Understanding Mrs. Srivastava's concern, Ranveer reassured her, "Don't worry, Auntie. I'm not going anywhere. Those men won't be able to harm the orphanage any further." Angrily, she responded, "Do you know what they've been doing? They harass our children daily. They beat them, threaten them, and treat them terribly. Why did you have to provoke Aryan Saxena? Now the whole orphanage is suffering because of you!"

Before Ranveer could respond, the security guard rushed in, trembling. "Madam, the devil's men are coming again," he stammered. Hearing this, Ranveer said, "Alright, it's time to settle the score today."
