Chapter 1 - chapter 1

The Tale of Four Clans

Long ago, there was a land where four clans lived in harmony: Long Jiang, Jin Shin, Wen Jung, and Shi Ling. Each clan was unique, known for their distinct strengths and qualities, and their lives were intertwined with the elements of nature.

The Long Jiang Clan

The Long Jiang clan, also known as the Dragon Clan, resided in a land blanketed with eternal snow. Their lineage was marked by their dragon forms—majestic and pure white like the snow around them. The cold, icy environment mirrored their calm yet powerful nature.

The clan was led by Feng Jiang, a wise and formidable leader. Feng Jiang had two sons:

Yi Ming Jiang, the elder son and heir, was a brave and composed individual. His calm temperament and sharp intellect earned him great respect from the clan.

Lee Ming Jiang, the younger son, was a man of few words. Handsome and disciplined, he always followed the rules and obeyed everyone. His quiet demeanor and unwavering loyalty made him highly esteemed.

The Jin Shin Clan

In contrast, the Jin Shin clan lived in a land of unparalleled beauty, where rivers meandered through fields of vibrant flowers. Their homeland was as lively and colorful as the blossoms themselves.

The clan was led by Xiaobo Shin, a courageous and skilled cultivator, and his wife, Ying Shin, who was equally talented and graceful. They had three children:

Hua Shin, the eldest daughter, was gentle and kind-hearted. She was loved by all for her nurturing and selfless nature.

Hao Shin, the second son, was harsh in his demeanor but deeply pure of heart. Despite his stern personality, he had a profound love for his family, especially for his younger brother.

Xiao Shin, the youngest, was a mischievous and spirited child. With two golden feathers that gleamed like the sun, Xiao was a prodigy in cultivation and combat. However, his playful nature often got him into trouble, much to his mother's dismay.

One day, Xiao Shin disappeared, throwing the Jin Shin clan into chaos. Despite his antics, everyone loved him dearly, and his absence filled the entire clan with worry.

An Unexpected Encounter

Meanwhile, Lee Ming Jiang was meditating under a freezing waterfall in the icy lands of the Long Jiang clan. The cold water cascading down his body didn't faze him as he enjoyed the tranquil solitude.

Suddenly, a loud voice broke the silence. Startled, Lee Ming opened his eyes to see a boy standing before him. His face was strikingly beautiful, and his golden feathers shimmered faintly in the cold light.

The boy seemed confused and frightened, his words tumbling out in a rush:

"Who are you? Where am I? Why is it so cold here? How did I get here?"

Lee Ming remained silent, observing the boy as he rambled on, shivering uncontrollably. Finally, Lee Ming stepped out from beneath the waterfall, his movements calm and deliberate. Without saying much, he walked toward the boy, took his hand, and said firmly, "Come with me."

The boy, though still confused, allowed himself to be led. Lee Ming brought him to the clan's hall, where the head of the Long Jiang clan, Feng Jiang, and the other clan members awaited.

As they entered, everyone turned their eyes toward the mysterious boy. His golden feathers and radiant aura piqued their curiosity and concern.

Who was this boy? And why had destiny brought him to the cold and desolate lands of the Long Jiang clan?
