James turned towards the door and revealed a sly grin. It would have sent a chill down Allister's spine if he had seen that grin.
When he got into the office, he first cast a silencing spell over the room so no sound went out, but it only went one way, allowing James to hear anyone approaching.
'Hehehe… Let's play a little game.'
James thought with a sinister smile and decided to reveal himself. He took his real appearance for obvious reasons.
'The bastard might attack her if I don't do something! Where the hell are the knights when you need them?!'
Allister may be many things, but he loved his woman and while they had their issues, it wasn't to the extent where he would play with her safety.
Suddenly, the bastard revealed himself and Allister could swear his heart fell in his stomach.
'What the hell…?'
His eyes widened in horror when he saw James with his sinister and piercing red eyes that felt like looking into the abyss.
