"What happens to us?"
Thalia asked the question she dreaded asking. From the experience she had in this place, she knew that she would only get in the way of James on his journey around the world.
She was a healer and not much of a fighter. And now that she had someone she cherished with everything she had, she feared being left behind because of her weakness.
"What are you talking about, woman?"
James asked with raised brows, staring at the woman lying on his chest and on the bed he found after a little exploring.
"Well, you'll be leaving in search of a way to fix your split ego, and I know I can't come with you because I am not strong enough as I will only get in your way."
Thalia asked with teary eyes, unable to look James in the eye. She didn't want to look like a crybaby but she couldn't help herself.
