Akane was reincarnated in the world of Naruto nearly 40 years ago, during Warring Clans Era. As the granddaughter of a powerful ninja in the Uchiha clan.
Unlike the stuck up Hyuga clan, the Uchiha clan is very straightforward. The strongest becomes the clan head. No elders, no election. Truly the way of Indra, the founder of the Uchiha clan.
And women weren't allowed on the battlefield. For which, she was thankful. Moreover, she was a grandkids, and only had a grandpa, with no parents. It is true that parents are too harsh, and grandparents are too lenient.
If she had been reincarnated as Madara's sister, she could have influenced him to accept Hashirama's proposal of peace.
But she wasn't. Still, with her experience as a doctor in her past life, and Sharingan, she became a good medical ninja and develop ninjutsus like Chidori and Rasengan, raised butterflies, and even create a Itachi-like butterfly replacement genjutsu, like he did with his crows. Multi-Shadow Clones+Sharingan is a very good combo.
Her greatest feat was recreating Tsunade's chakra enhanced taijutsu.
Anyway, once Madara became the clan leader, he shoved her into the battlefield.
And she realised how ridiculous it was.
Hashirama was obviously stronger at all points of time. Afterall, he is made up of 100% Hashirama cells. While he could freely use his Wood Style, Madara couldn't freely use his Mangekyo.
And he always shouted in the battlefield that they should stop fighting and build a village, and Madara would be a tsundere and say that he doesn't trust Hashirama.
And when Madara seemed like he would falter and would accept peace, Izuna would deliver petrol and burn it with fireball jutsu.
Like those fanfics, if she was Madara's sister, she would have been able to convince Madara to stop, thrown herself into Hashirama's arms, made a marriage alliance, and experience his Wood Style firsthand.
She didn't like Tobirama. He felt like he would backstab her.
But when she realised that Hashirama entered into a political marriage with Mito, she turned her eyes to Izuna.
Afterall, Izuna was the one who was stopping Madara from accepting Hashirama's offer the most. So, while she healed Izuna's Mangekyo Sharingan after his battles, she seduced him.
And ended up falling in love with that idiot herself. Afterall, his face and body were top-notch.
Yes, she is weird. But she is an Uchiha.
But, he didn't stop his Senju hating, even after she turned pregnant, and ended up dying due to a poisoned sword of Tobirama.
Her medical skills weren't as good as Tobirama's. Afterall, her previous world's medical advancement could be called primitive compared to the ninja world. Even though it wasn't developed much before Tsunade.
And that idiot decided to give his eyes to his brother. He loved Madara more than his wife.
'Why are so many people gay in this world?'

Thankfully, she managed to guilt trip Madara into giving her one of Izuna's eyes.
That she has preserved it until now for her daughter.
Afterall, that eye contained Amaterasu. A trash ability. She wouldn't mind losing the ability when her daughter uses it to get EMS.
Akane herself awakened her MS when Izuna was dying, leaving her behind pregnant.
Her MS, includes Kotoamatsukami and Tsukuyomi. Fortunately, Tsukuyomi is in her right eye, while Izuna's eye is left.
Kotoamatsukami is too valuable to sacrifice for her daughter's EMS. It can be used rather well with Hashirama cells.
And well, Tsukuyomi has done it's job. She helped her daughter in awakening her MS some time back by using Kotoamatsukami and Tsukuyomi in combination on her daughter unsuspectingly to simulate her emotions into awakening Kamui.
Regrettably, only her left eye got Kamui, though it was Obito's. Her right eye got Tsukuyomi.
She controlled her emotions to want to escape into another world by Kotoamatsukami in her very real like genjutsu made from the combination of Tsukuyomi and Kotoamatsukami.
In the genjutsu, Akane made her daughter believe that she has gone crazy and will kill her daughter if she didn't escape to another world. While using Kotoamatsukami to dispell any doubts of her being in genjutsu.
Her daughter most likely believed it to be a dream, that's why she awakened Tsukuyomi. And she had to think that she wants to escape to another world, that's why she awakened Kamui like Obito.
She felt guilty about using such terrible methods, but she couldn't risk it. What if she awakened trash MS abilities like Sasuke?
Or, what if she didn't awaken MS at all?
She had told her daughter to only use her MS when she herself was in danger, that will leave her blind in just one use.
Afterall, if she had told her daughter that she won't get blind in one use, she would have undoubtedly saved Tobirama.
That guy needs to die. After Hashirama's sudden death, even when the war was sure to erupt, the first thing he did was to try to give Uchiha clan the Police department.
For any country, police is hated, and army is respected. Unless it is a war criminal country like USA.
Thankfully, after Izuna and Madara, she was the strongest, and had become the clan head after Madara left Konoha.
She refused concentration of power, and suggested a squad made of Hyuga, Inuzukas, and civilians make the police department. And it should be a matter of choice of the individual.
She has only allowed Kagami and some fodder who might die in the war meaninglessly to join the police.
And the more the hate Hyuga clan gets, the better. She can't stand those weak bastards. Even though she is in poor health, she can still wipe out the Hyuga clan alone if they are gathered in one place. And the enslavement system needs to go. She can't stand it.
Hopefully, her daughter would become the Third Hokage.
Akame is obviously the strongest of this generation. Even stronger than EMS Sasuke, and would be more when she gets the EMS herself.
Her daughter destroyed Land of Lightning using Kirin. First the intense lightning killed them, and then the floods due to cloud bursts.
Those bastards are a bunch of bandits. They continue to try steal things. The thing that was used to seal Gyuuki in the anime, along with that fan that Tenten used, belong to the Uzumaki clan.
The two-tails was bought by Land of Hotsprings, which they stole then. That's why Taki allied itself with Konoha.
Anyway, while Hiruzen is the second strongest, even if he and his boyfriend Danzo fought her daughter together, they would be utterly defeated. Afterall, they are still 17.
The only one who will oppose her daughter becoming Hokage are Hyuga and probably the Senju clan.
There is one thing that really shocked her while living in this world. Amongst all the Senju clan members from the warring states era, after Hashirama, Tobirama hated Uchiha the least.
Afterall, every other clan will be too scared about the consequences if they opposed, and her daughter still became the Hokage. Konoha isn't that cohesive, and Uchiha clan isn't that weak as it was in the canon years later.
And well, Mito is her friend. Afterall, they both are sad because of their husbands' gayness, and are now widowed. While she isn't the Senju clan head, and her son and daughter-in-law have died in the war, she still has influence due to being the only one who took Hashirama cells and survived.
Oh. Madara is still alive too.
Well, she has used up quite a lot of Tsukuyomi to evolve her daughter's Sharingan. And isn't it really good health.
While Hashirama cells might help, she doesn't want Hashirama's head growing on her boobs.
After handing over her eyes and memories to her daughter, she will have gotten rid of the strain of Mangekyo, and the effects of her Chakra disease will be lowered.
She will just use her Grandpa's eyes, and live out the rest of her life overseeing her daughter. It will atleast prolong her life to some more years.
Seriously, why do OP people like her get defeated by the all mysterious chakra-illness!?
