The Doctor, Seven and Harry are back safe from being captured by a species that's involved in a robot war against photonics. Hmm, turns out treating sapient minds like slaves and pieces of equipment make them likely to rebel.
Who would have thought something like that could possibly happen?
Seven hid the Doctor by uploading his program into her cybernetic interfaces which also put him in charge of her body. They where able to escape he took some...liberties.
No, nothing like that, just overeating and over indulging into drinking.
Once they where safe and I found out I made sure Annika was ok before I had a talk with him. Not only about treating the one you are currently possessing right, but also about the possibility of getting him a actual physical body if he wish. All it would be required would be a clone with cybernetic implants.
While he seemed intrigued of the possibility he decided to only look into it for now.
The Chakotay saved the ship from being fractured into temporal flux, each section of Voyager in a different timezone. However as I was in one of the fractured sections I was unaware of this until everything was put back together again.
I spot him in the corridor and catch up "Commander. I don't suppose you saw me in one of the future sections. Did I say something?"
He frown slightly "Not sure I should say. Temporal Prime Directive you know."
Grinning I shrug "Well, what you saw was 'one' possible future. Even only you seeing it have already changed things."
Chakotay frown "Nightingale icecream." and I nod
"Understood Commander. No more questions then."
He just told me one of my temporal passwords, this specific one meaning 'leave it the hell alone'. Some I already had even before I appeared at Voyager and I have come up with more since the whole Braxton business and going back in time.
Then there was B'Elanna locking herself I sickbay try and use a reprogrammed Doctor to change her fetus DNA to have more human and less Klingon DNA so her daughter wont have klingon head ridges as B'Elanna was teased for it while growing up. The entire thing was stupid...but proves humans are still humans.
Next event was almost a month later when we ran into a prison transport with a broken engine core. We beamed them over or they would have died.
Turned out the prisoners are on deathrow, on their way to their executions.
I was assigned to assist Tuvok with the cell designs. I was not happy.
"I am against unnecessary death in all forms, Tuvok, government sanctioned and otherwise. I'm not comfortable to work on these cells." I say with a frown as we walk into the holodeck.
He nod "I am not fond of the concept of executing prisoners either, but according to the Prime Directive there is nothing we can do. We do however need to keep the crew safe from the prisoners during the transport and that is our task."
I grimace before nodding "Very well. Three times three times two meter metal cube with independent power and life support. Food are entered into the cube via a two hatch airlock system where the inner door can only be opened if the outer is already closed. Pluming will also be a closed system. Lighting need to be shatter proof diodes in the ceiling connected to a lightswitch so the prisoner can chose their own light level. Each cell should have a number of books in their language for entertainment under the week long trip."
Tuvok frown before nodding "A...efficient design. Not one that would have occurred to me. How do the prisoners get in and out of the cell?" he ask as he start to create a copy on the holodeck
Snorting I turn to walk out again "Transporter."
I want nothing more to do with this business.
AN// In these few episodes there have been very little the SI can actually affect. Next ones will be better though as its Prophecy and Void.
